After reaching out to Samsung about my washer having really bad rust on top. They told me they would fix the issue no problem and have it done by this company.I looked up the company and saw it’s 1 star reviews, I became hesitant, did I just sign up for more trouble? Well the day of the appointment came, my technician “Ron” was here on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me it would take an hour or so to replace the rusted top but it took him no more than 45 minutes. He told me a small piece he had did not fit this older model washer and he would come back in a week or so to drop off the piece when he had it. The washer wash fixed with the new top but was missing the cover for the area you pour bleach in. No big deal, 2 days later I got a text from Ron saying he had the part and could be here in 10 minutes. I happily agreed and I took him 2 minutes to pop the piece on.All in all, my experience with Samsung and this company was 20/10. Huge thank you to Ron, I can tell he cares about his job and customers. Ron thank you for taking this stressful situation of almost having to buy a new washer and fixing the washers rusty top. I used the washer more than a handful of times and it works perfectly.Even looks brand new!No complaints from me. Very satisfied.Keep in mind every story has 2 sides, and the 1 star reviews are only telling one side to that story…Thank you once again Ron!And thank you Samsung!

Great service! The tech that came to my house let my washer running like new! I know Samsungs have a lot of problems but this tech really knew what he was doing. Would highly recommend. Would give company 6 stars if I could.

I have hired this company to repair my ice maker through Samsung warranty they came out 3 times and all 3 times they had to replace parts, after the 3rd time now my fridge makes noises. I have called Samsung and they said the repair is not covered under the warranty. I called the company and they said the only way they would repair it at no cost if the noise was the cause of the icemaker being repaired. The company is unprofessional they came out three times to repair the Ice maker. Twice they had asked to use our own towels to cover the floor for the repair and theyve used up to 3 bath towels which were soaked in water, took a whole hour to dry. Honestly I dont think their technicians know what they are doing.

Horrible company horrible standards!We had a tech come out to repair a refrigerator. Kyle E. came out looked me in the eye and said he repaired it with brand new parts. It would take a few hours but it would be fixed. Since we were just out of warranty he would give us a discount if we paid cash. He pocketed the cash and did not do the repair but told his company he just did an inspection and recommendation. Now we are stuck trying to deal with the repair the second time.

I have a four year old Samsung refrigerator that has been having some icebox not working properly. Samsung arranged Tekniton to come out and repair the issue.After reading the Google repairs, I was a little nervous about them coming out to make the repairs. However, my experience with the company was pleasant.I was notified by Samsung that Ron, was on his way to my house to repair my refrigerator. Ron arrived a short time later and was very professional.Ron explained to me what repairs he would be doing on my refrigerator and informed me the cost would be covered by Samsungs warranty. A new ice makers was installed in a timely manner, and with no issues.Prior to the repair I had to defrost the ice maker about twice a week. It has been about three weeks since the repair and I have experienced no problems with the icemaker.

This is the third party contracting company through Samsung this place is horrible theyve been out to my house to replace the TV three different times and took it off the wall and now that theyre stating that they cannot work on my TV unless I take it off the wall they simply hung up on me for asking simple questions this company is not professional at all they had some Mexican accent lady that said that she was supervisor shes very rude refused service from this place if possible

Wow people, trust the negative reviews! This company and their employees are HORRIBLE! Samsung gave me a free service repair which was under warranty anyway. Samsung sent Tekniton the service tag and we scheduled an appointment. Gilberto called before he arrived and asked what the issue was. I told him the issues and told him that Samsung was taking care of this issue one time so to please fix the fridge so I didnt have to deal with the other HORRIBLE company Samsung again.Gilberto shows up, opens the fridge and looks at the ice maker, then literally rips the bottom plastic insulated cover off breaking all the plastic clips and throws it in our kitchen sink saying this is broken. My wife standing there and watched him break it, but we didnt make a fuss about it because we were under the impression that he was going to replace the ice maker anyway. He then gets on video chat with Samsung for 2 hours so they can document the issues. By this time he was frustrated which I understand dealing with Samsung has been a nightmare. He finally gets off the chat and explains that Samsung will be contacting us and did not do any work on the fridge. I understand that they have to play by Samsungs rules but as my wife was trying to talk with him about what had happened, he puts his hand up, as a nonverbal shut up and goes on to explain that he is not actually allowed to work on the fridge around chemicals due to some personal reasons. He scribbles notes on a work order that we cannot read, to see what he even did and left without us knowing what happened or was going to happen. He threw the plastic piece that he broke back into the bottom of our ice tray and left treating my wife like she was to stupid to understand and he would contact the husband which he never did. After contacting Samsung a few dozen times, they stated that the ice maker was damaged and therefore they refuse to not only fix the ice maker itself, but the main problem of the fridge not cooling. So basically all we can conclude is Gilberto damaged the ice maker before he was on video chat, so it was not documented and if they even feel like anyone has touched the fridge, they will refuse to fix the problem all together, even under warranty. I read all the horrible reviews, but this was Samsungs choice of repair service. So we can speculate that this is their game, to damage part of the fridge and then service would be denied. Like I said, speculation but exactly what happened. My wife called Gilberto to discuss why he said the ice maker was broken and why he ripped the tray off, he was rude and lied about damaging it and then hangs up on her. Teknitons negative and poor reviews are spot on. Avoid this company at all costs. They have no problem causing a problem and then lying about it.
