The place for some reason was too big for someone as claustrophobic as me. It is THE place to get large portion sized things to last you through another panic buying type scenario. Youll also notice more Muslims ☪️ and Indians roaming around spending vast amounts of money like the rest of us. Though highly inflated and expensive 😳 😕 😐 🤔 👌.

Very nice place for most of everything. Got a winter jacket for $14.99 good deal 👌. Cashier are fast and lots of parking. Food court service hot cheese 🧀 pizza and soda. I enjoyed they free samples and roasted chicken for $4.99. Currently they is no limit on case of bottles water.

Quality you can reply on. Best quality and service. Returns are no hassle and everything under one roof.

Other than having to wear a mask. It was mostly pleasant.

Costco is the place to go when you need five tubes of toothpaste or a dozen yummy muffins. Its still the best deal youll ever find on a hot dog and soda combo. The chicken bake is worth hitting the snack bar as well. Are you having a party, Costco is a place to find all the best snacks and you can even order a big giant pizza for your guests. The people here are friendly and thorough and theyre always seems to be something I didnt know that I needed. They are back to serving samples so thank goodness for that. Great if you need bulk items. Fresh produce unfortunately goes bad quickly, & limited selection. Their bake to order cakes are fantastic, try the vanilla with cheesecake mousse!!

Royal basmati rice are very bad since they are bit soggy essentially they are not infact basmati rice.

Make sure you read the signs when an item is on sale, the customer service staff members will make it seem like you cant read a sign. Well mam it clearly says this item expired yesterday, but well give you the sale price. I love how they make it my mistake and not the person who was supposed to take that sign down before the store opened today. Good job Costco customer service staff. The door ladies checking the receipts were just talking to each other like if it was, break time so I walked out the door.

I go to Costco about once a week. I live about 45 minutes away. I just got my first place and Costco is has been a perfect place for me to stock up on everything I needed. I had the basic membership but I realized how frequently I was going that I upgraded the membership. Everybody that works there has amazing customer service. My only complaint I have is the distance I have to drive to get there.

This Costco is organized for customer satisfaction and it really comes across as customer-friendly, missing some stocked items but overall, B+!

Always love their selection. Great, quality products at a very affordable price. We go to Costco at least once a week. Their meats are great too. Definitely a one stop shop for all your household needs and more. Customer service is usually great as well. Never really have any issues. Even if its crowded the check out process is rather quick which is awesome because its quite the opposite at other stores. Leading the industry for sure.

Im giving 4 stars only because the outdoor diner seating is disgusting. The place needs to be power washed daily and kept clean. We were at one in San Luis Obispo and it was immaculate! Make me feel that management thinks that Modesto isnt deserving of such cleanliness.

Not a pleasant experience. Staff doesn’t have any idea about what is in their stock. Only time they will smile at a customer is when he reaches the cash register. Check out time is the only time customer feels good. Petrol station is so busy all the time. Most of the product you need to buy two or more products. Serious training needed. Limited variety of products and membership costs are very high. In this world they should have to give money to the customers who is visiting their place and forced to buy in bulk.

As you come up on to the side of the Building you will find a Tire Replacement Shop Fully equipped. Inside this Costco, you will find anything you need⚜️⚜️Easy access to Handicap RampsI strongly recommend coming to this Costco and get to Stock up on some food and other things

Well cleaned customer service friendly. The only thing that did bother me was their wasnt enough employees on the floor to ask for help. It took us a while to find someone to help us.

This store is well supplied has great items, good service, and decent vendor space. In my oppinion the store is not adequately prepared for the shear volume of customers it recieves on a daily. The food court is outside also something that isnt to my liking, and finally the gas station makes it rather dangerous to pull in for some fuel. Other than these key points its a great store to shop.

I took in my Costco bought tires that had approx 17k mile warranty left on them in because one of my tires had a slow leak. Associates shirt said John but his co-workers called him Billy. John told me that the warranty would not cover my tire and that I needed 2 new tires because my car was out of alignment and that was my fault. I told that in the past they were always covered albeit with a pro-rated adjustment. He told me I would need to show a 4 year history repair receipts. I ended up buying the 2 tires but then went straight to a reputable alignment shop. Before I told alignemnt shop the Costco story they told me that my car was not in need of an alignment. Costco tire dept lies in order to not honor their tire warranties.

This place used to be cool. The guy on the speaker out front, needs to take a breath every once in a while. All I heard from the time I got out of my car, until I left the place was his voice; spouting off the same wear a mask, social distance rhetoric, over and over. I felt like I was in a Dystopian Universe and I didnt like that feeling so, I wont be back.

Why doesnt Costco have 10 items or less self check out like they do in Reno... its 2021...come on Costco!!! There are several times when I just want to run in real quick and grab 1 or 2 items but I cringe at the idea of standing in line behind someone whos buying 30 items for their business or family.... smh

Costco is Costco always good prices. Sadly the Customer Service has dropped significantly. Its not as friendly and respectful as it used to be. Well at least this one is not. That used to be one of the things I loved about Costco.

The employees throughout the store are not friendly at all! They always seem to have attitude when you ask them a simple question, do not know how to say excuse me just rudely shove past you like you are nothing and I cant tell you how many times I have nearly got ran over by them while they push their carts around. The lines do move swiftly, which is the Only positive thing I can say.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They finally got 5 or 6 electric carts which is super helpful. Its always very busy when I go there but the lines go pretty fast.

I love Costco and go there often. I highly recommend them EXCEPT when it comes to online orders. I bought a couch online through them and they gave me a delivery date so I got rid of my existing couch to make room. Then I got a call saying my delivery was delayed a couple of days. Okay no big deal BUT.... they never delivered or called to tell me they canceled my order. So I looked up the number and called. I was told my wait time was estimated to be 50 mins!!! After 48 mins of waiting they came on the line and basically said they didnt know what happened and that they had till 9pm to deliver. I talked to a manager and she was going to handle it for me and call me back. Well...24 hrs later I called her (Alana Hicks) back because I never got a call back. It was a nightmare. I made so many calls. Each time you had a 40 or more minute wait time. I finally received my couch 3 weeks after my first delivery time and they knocked $100. off the price. All said and done the couch is great but be prepared and forewarned. Their delivery company is horrible. The kicker was after my couch delivery about 9:30am I received a call from Costco asking if I had covid so they could keep their drivers safe that was at 6 PM! lol what a joke!!! Come on Costco!!!

We went for a price reduction of an item now on sale that was just delivered. We waited in the line in the store only to.....you have to do it on line since you ordered on line. THANKS ALOT .

Modesto Costco pharmacy is wonderful. My pet is on an expensive daily maintenance Rx and Costco has the lowest price and is always willing to special order the drug for us.

Shopping at Costco is good with the products and some price reasonable, Customer Service is fair . I m thankful that they have Security in the parking lot.But months ago a relative got their vehicle broken into while shopping at the Costco, I dont wanted that to happen to anyone else. So please in the future the Security wood look out for the Customers and their cars in the parking lot more . Also I know some time it crowded in Costo, be great manager tell the people over intercom to Social distance for common courtesy. Please and thank you.

If you cant find something in that store your not a good shopper. The biggest disadvantage to any Costco is the crowds.If you treat it as a happening and go with the flow you will enjoy your experience. Watch your spending, you can mess up your budget if your not careful, its easy to drop a few huns.

I went there yesterday but it was so busy I decided to wait until morning. I went there when they opened and it was awesome. No waiting in line and ok got everything on my list and a couple extras. There were a decent amount of people there but the associates were on there game doing a great job. Great start of my day thank you costco.

Very well stocked and had everything my wife and I were looking for. Very clean and not too busy. There was little to no line to the register and also to get gas. Great location with food court outside in a well ventilated area. Very convenient. Overall a five star!
