This pharmacy seldom has my prescriptions ready when I arrive, even when I order refills 3 or 4 days in advance. I really wish t h ey would improve their customer service, it really stinks

SHOCKING!! I will never use this pharmacy again. I reviewed them earlier but just had another experience with them.Out of the blue, THEY called ME!They had MY cell phone number listed as my daughters DOCTORS office number. Imagine if I werent honest the things I could do with a PHARMACY believing I wasnt a DOCTOR!I COULD PRESCRIBE DRUGS TO ANYONE!When Im trying to explain to the woman who called that theyve made a mistake, SHE asks ME how my number was listed as the doctors number. When I told her I dont know because I didnt manage their files, she asked my daughters name and what pharmacy we used. I told her it was none of her business . She said I dont know why youre talking to me like this. Im going to go. Im talking to you like this because I understand the gravity of the mistake you just made and you DONT! YOU are endangering the public with your ineptness!This pharmacy should not be in business.

I will give no stars to this establishment nor will I ever do business with them again! . R the pharmacist was completely unprofessional her demeanor was in fact scary and unnatural for a pharmacist to be, Ranae repeated my name over 22 times interrupting my first and only sentence that I was trying to complete, she spoke quickly (a mile a minute ) deliberately offensive right from the start. I felt as if I was having this conversation in the back ally of a bad place but this was a four minute phone call with a Walmart professional pharmacist. I just wanted an update on my prescriptions and all I got was a instant migraine .This was harmful behavior toxic that I and no one should have to experience, please be careful when getting prescriptions filled because if one could slip so quickly with the tongue What could they do with your medication?

One of the best things about Walmart Pharmacy is the selection of products. One of the worst things is the selection of products. If you just want basic stuff, the Walmart Pharmacy over-the-counter area has you covered but if you like trying new stuff or you need specialized products, your most likely going to be disappointed.I get my basics here but order online everything else. For example, it is so much easier to buy things like soap made from goat’s milk online than try to hunt for it all around town.

For my husband this location is a zero star, for me its okay, I never have issues for my own needs.

Edit: Things have improved in that they offer curb side pick up which is appreciated since Corranavirus. However now the Asian girl will not pick up from our car because of our little one... We will complaint to California Attorney General. This is unacceptable.

Pharmacist at drop off is hella rude. Cant even ask a question without her snapping.

They are always pleasant and professional, and they go the extra mile when needed in my experiences.

Pharmacy staff rude and would not process a request that the Wal-Mart on Orangeburg did quickly and efficiently. Was NOT a controlled substance so there was no reason not to process the request. Lazy pharmacists. Wouldnt go back to this Wal-Mart pharmacy if you paid me.

Omg i went on tuesday . the lady maria she is confused by herself. These people the dont know hoew to spell or pick the right name. There is a tall lady she is off the off. Half of the time her user name is not working. She will be asking question with employee. And the indian guy atish thinks he is a doctor there. He has a attitude problem. I just join this pharmacy coz of my mom. I hope the management is looking and reading on this. I hope someone ask me to rate this pharmacy between 0 to 10 . i would say zero or negative numbers. They dont have customer satisfaction. I came here on the 10/22/16. To get my moms refill . i waa tols that i have to pay but i told the ladie Maria the tech that i dont pay for my moms medication. She told that she is going to check in the system it took them.more then half and hous to check in the system again. Seems like they are side money.. I hope someone is reading this it doesnt go in deaf ears

A female pharmacist chose to return one of 3 of my prescriptions to the Dr. without asking me if I could afford it ($52). I and should have been asked if I could afford to pay for it before she sent it back for a less exp one. I never even knew it existed so I only took the 2 meds given and had to start the 3 meds through a differed pharmacy all over AGAIN. I have rights and she chose to ignore them. I REPORTED HER TO THE STATE PHARMACY BOARD

Horrible service at the pharmacy. Plus they overcharge me when using my insurance.
