I bought a pair of headphones that I paid in cash and realized it was a bad decision due to my financial situation and the headphones that was sold to me wasnt up to par because the left earphone was much more quiet than the right earphone. I tried returning the product the following day but was told The store policy is no returns. Only exchanges. I looked all over the store and the front desk to look for this policy anywhere. I checked the receipt as well to see if there was a policy written anywhere and there was not. There was no policy of what was said anywhere at the store. I was left with a piece of paper stating Store Credit. Yes they have cool gadgets and nice technology but dont be fooled, returning a product (that was just bought yesterday) to get your money back is out of the question. YOU will leave with Store Credit and thats the best they can do.Updated:I used the store credit to buy another pair of earpods and the owner gave me a warranty for the headphones I bought. If anything goes wrong with them I can bring them back for another pair. Thank you for that.
