My spot for awesome lattes! Reminds of my old coffee shop back home in Texas. Welcoming, awesome staff, and most of all the espresso is fire. Once a night club turned church/coffee shop. Love H&S!

Definitely one of the best places in the area. Certainly worth going back to. Feels like a place in Charlotte that I enjoyed visiting.

The avocado toast is consistently excellent and the coffee is surprisingly good. If you are expecting Foldgers, this aint it. Every time Ive been its been a nice, light and fruity/floral cup. Its probably the best cup in Modesto if you arent into the motor oil that still seems to be the top choice elsewhere in the Central Valley.

Service is awesome even when they are busy. the staff was very sociable and kind. this place has a nice feel to it.

My new favorite coffee shop! The venue is industrial modern and open. Tables are not too close together so you feel like you have your own space.

Out of mocha smh...you are supposedly a legit coffee house in a big fancy building but what does any of that really matter if you can’t make one of the most basic espresso drinks that exists.

Love the atmosphere and love the people. Coffee is delicious and have a variety of decisions you can sample from. Coffee does not have that burnt taste that people call good coffee from Starbucks...

I love this place! It stands its name, Heart + Soul Coffee. the staff are amazing and I love the atmosphere. Not so grand but relaxing!

This is a wonderful cafe. The flavorful coffee drinks, served by a young, friendly staff, are complemented with a beautiful minimalist design full of organic material that emphasizes a clean, balanced look. With a limited menu full of the best drinks, customers arent overwhelmed when making their selection. The brick wall at the side is protruded by posts flaunting their vintage Edison lights. Close to the center by the stage, where service is held Sunday mornings and evenings, there is an intimate lounge with a coffee table and four couches/loveseats. If theres a place to be productive and get work done, this is it! Ive never been to a cafe made me feel so welcome.

Pleasant, albeit it feels a bit empty relative to furnishings. Whats nice is you can sit and work or have meetings with out being disturbed.

Great coffee and good service, I like the nice calm environment and the couch is do soft and comfortable. They also have regular chairs really clean.

I ordered the BSC Latte and it was amazing. The staff is incredibly kind & friendly. Such a relaxing atmosphere and great coffee !

The amount of stars that Im giving this business would be much higher if it werent for one glaring issue: the regular, black coffee is awful. Ive been to Heart and Soul many times, usually having a latte (which are great) but the last two times Ive had black coffee. The first time, the coffee was terrible. I thought that maybe it was a one time occurence, but just today, I went again and the coffee was even worse. It was so sour that I could only take two sips before I had to throw it away. Ive had subpar coffee before, but this wasnt just subpar, this tasted so bad, I couldnt be sure the cream wasnt spoilt.Heart and Soul, not everyone drinks lattes! Please improve your black coffee.

Obviously you cant go a day without coffee😂 so you should definitely go here because it is not very packed everyone is friendly and good prices they even have a church in there too so you can get some jesus as well. Best place ever for coffee and Jesus

It was a real nice place. Not crowded. Plenty of space and nice customer service. Plus the drink was very pleasant.

More of a sit down, relax and catch your breath kind of place. The service is thorough and kind. Went in early morning before work and spent about 7 minutes total from start to finish. I ordered and loved my cubano coffee with OAT MILK. I have to drive to Merced for this type of milk :)
