Almost a month ago I purchased a Q50! Dom was the most helpful sales representative. He answered all of my questions, and he still does to this day! He will help you with any questions you have and if he doesn’t know the answer he will find out for you! After the buying process was finished, Dom made sure to get my car ready for me to drive off the lot and he even took great pictures for me as seen posted!You can tell he is passionate about his job and loves what he does. Genuinely this dealership is SPECTACULAR! Its a small team of hard working and dedicated people. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have had used cars from Mom & Pop shops my whole life until I just got my QX60 from Infiniti of Modesto. I wanted this truck and had found one at a Mom Pop dealership in Modesto. Put down more then I wanted down but left with a used one but I was happy. For the next two weeks I dealt with going back and fourth of the delarship telling me the bank declined my sale and trying to get me other approvals. Finally, after nothing good was happening and I felt skeptical of the deal and the truck was returned to the dealership in which they were trying not to give me back my deposit or put another car off on me. I was really down and sad. I kept searching online and was skeptical to call a real delarship since the Mom and Pop couldnt even get me approved and things right. I inquired about one I seen online and got a call from Dominic. In the first conversation I felt like he was family or I had known him my whole life. We talked about exactly what I was looking for. How I had just gotten scammed. How I dont have any credit because I always payed cash. We talked about me being a single Mother etc. But what really impressed me and touch me alot was that Domini listened to my frustrations, made me feel so comfortable, didnt judge me but most of all could relate to me. We hung up. He submitted my paperwork and ran my credit and it came back that a bank didnt want to qualify me for the INFINITI QX60 I wanted but he could get me approved for some other trucks like a Hyundai Pilot from their other branch Central Valley. I refused and told him NO and that I wanted the QX60 or I would just wait a few months to built my credit more to get exactly what I wanted. I thanked him for his time and the good conversation. He then said Hang tight. Dont make any decisions right now. Give me some time. He was calling me back and fourth for this and that. We hung up. 3 days went by including the weekend. I had given up hope. I was completely down because my 35th Birthday was coming up on top of I couldnt get the truck I wanted as well as my plans for a big party for my 35th was cancelled due to the pandemic. Monday morning I got a call from Dom saying Hey T. Happy Birthday to you. As coming from a single Mom myself I wanted to make sure you could have a Happy Birthday for yourself and the kids. Come pick up your truck. It will be ready in 30 minutes. It just got out of service and is in detail now. We will go get a full tank of gas when you get here. I thought he was kidding. He was 100% fareal. I broke down crying and thanked God. Went to pick up my truck and completed everything with the Finance Manager Vance. Who was so down to earth and gave EXCELLENT customer service. He worked his magic to take care of me & get me approved. Also, a VERY special thanks to the branch manager Chelsea. I didnt get a chance to meet her but I appreciate her for working her magic, pulling whatever strings she could & negotiating to make the deal happen and putting her stamp of approval on it. Dom showed me their text conversation. She even ended it with Tell her I said I wish her a Happy Birthday. 😭😭😭 It was the BEST birthday yet. This is a TEAM that gets the job done and works miracles. They are not a delarship to just try to force a sale to say they have it. They are trully family and their good vibe is ginuine. They are definitely taking any negative stigma away from the car buying experience. Dominic and Vance are absolute joys and maybe the best people to work with. My husband bought a car from them a 2 months ago and Dominic was calling my husband to check on how our new family is doing (im expecting a son) and how we are enjoying the car. When we told him that I was also looking to find a car, in less then 30 minutes he was able to help me find a beautiful new Mercedes, that’s big enough for the new baby. And Vance was able to find a loan with a great interest rate and very reasonable down payment . Omg I was probably one of the most difficult customers Dominic has had to deal with, we went back and forth (not in a bad way) for 2 months..I wasn’t in the most ideal situation to be buying a car, but Dom somehow worked his magic with Vance, and worked super hard to find a way and get me&&the boyfriend into a super safe family car (which was one of his main concerns since he knew I’m pregnant). Dom is NOTHING like your “normal”, pushy, annoying car salesman who doesn’t care what car they get you into as long as they get their commission. From day one I Never got that feeling from him. He listens to you and actually takes into consideration all your needs/wants rather than pushing you into a deal you don’t. Not to mention he’s hilarious with his mostly bald jokes lol. I usually dread car buying but he made it anything but boring or dreadful, it was actually a lot of fun and exciting! He still checks up on us about the car to make sure we’re completely satisfied and that, I believe, speaks mountains itself! I can go on and on about how great our experience was, but I think there’s a limit lol. I will definitely be coming back to Dom and Vance when we’re ready for another upgrade! TERRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I got 4 new tires for my INFINITI QX60 last week. One tire keep going flat. I have already visited the dealership twice. First time, they said they did not put enough air while installing the tire. Second time, the service guy assured me it’s the problem with the valve. It’s going to be my third time now and it’s flat again. It’s obvious to me now they have installed the faulty tire. It’s terrible that I have to keep on going to dealership again and again, and that too during the COVID-19 time. SERVICE 0/5

Excellent service from beginning to end! I had been looking for a hybrid specifically and found one here in Modesto. I called to inquire about it and Tyler responded. He wasnt pushy, gave me the info I needed and quickly set up a time to come see the car. I came back a week later, once I decided to buy and dealt with Rusell and Vance. They were both very informative about the car, warranty coverage and as a first time buyer of a hybrid took their time answering all my questions. Russell lead the majority of the transaction and was very pleasant to work with, knowleadgeable and also not pushy. Vance in Finance was also a pleasure to work with, he topped my experience by advising me of a rare unbeatable rate that Infiniti finance was offering. I was ready to bring a check from my credit union when he informed of the offer that I couldnt pass up. I cant thank him enough! Their service exemplifies that theyre not just in the business of making a sale. I left not only ecstatic about leaving with my new car, but also feeling like the staff there truly cared about my best interest as a customer.

Truly exceptional dealership and experience. The entire sales staff went out of their way through the entire buying process. They continue to provide great support after the sale. Christian runs a very organized and professional dealership. Natalie, our sales representative, was knowledgeable, prompt, and comprehensive in providing accurate and concise answers to our questions. We returned to the dealership specifically because of Christian and Natalies professionalism, willingness to work with us, and overall they made the buying process quick and they were/are just very easy to do business with.

This is the place to buy your Infiniti! Honest, hard working, quick, painless. My attempt to lease my fifth Infiniti started with a dismal experience with my local dealership (where I had leased my first four Infinitis). Without going into too much detail, the level of honesty was very low and the old style car sale tactics were really high....not an equation that suited my personality.After an offer from the local that proved I wasn’t being respected or heard, a quick Google search for the majestic white Q50 I was after quickly directed me to Infiniti of Modesto (90 miles from my hometown). My local dealer had told me there were no incentives other than the $1,000.00 customer loyalty, but, Ramsen at Infiniti of Modesto professionally and quietly listened to my straightforward and clear wishes. He connected with his Sales Manager and in less than an hour (maybe 2-3 very quick phone calls back and forth to make sure he was zeroing in on all I wanted) we had sealed the deal.Ramsen personally delivered my new car to my driveway the same day, driving 90 miles to do so. I just want to say that Daniel Martinez, the gentleman that worked with my wife and I was awesome! He was polite, very knowledgeable and not smarmy or pushy in any way. When either of us had any type of question, it was answered in a very timely manner. He took care of literally everything we needed in a very professional manner and left no stone unturned when it came to the QX56 we purchased. He even took the time to re-explain features to us on subsequent trips. The dealership was immaculate and the rest of the staff were all friendly and very helpful as well. They gave us a great deal without all the verbal sparring and back and forth. I would DEFINITELY recommend Daniel and Infiniti of Modesto to any of my friends or colleagues if they wanted to purchase a new vehicle! This dealership is getting it right.

My family and I recently bought a G37 . We love this car. We visit the same dealership 3 times test drove three different cars, but fell in love with the G37. What bought us back to this dealership was the great customer service that was provided by Peter and Chris. Peter was a great car sell man. You can tell he loves his job. Chris also loves his job, I saw Chris all 3 times when visiting before I decide to buy and everytime he said I will be here when you are ready. Dealership was very professional and very clean. Vance helped us and was not pushy or the type of car salesman I always avoid and always lie to just not to be bothered. He was very helpful and answered every question I had. He was patient and honest about everything we asked. If it was not for him we more than likely would not have bought the car that day. He made it easy for us and did not push us away with corny sales tactics or annoying / typical sales pitches. Very pleased with the service we received and the follow up involved. The car purchased well worth it but the experience that day made it that much more worth it.

I was ready to but a new car and visited several dealerships on McHenry Avenue. The dealerships I visited were not that interested in helping me although I was poised to make a purchase. Visiting the Infiniti dealership was a much better experience. The salesperson Chelsea was fantastic. She was very well informed, was very professional and upbeat-a change from many sales people in the car business. Not only was she extremely pleasant to deal with she was instrumental in helping me make the purchase. She has been great with follow up and has been available to help me with questions that i have had every time I have called or dropped in. Her service is 5 star.I am very happy with my new Q50- it is a great car .It runs smoothly and has lived up to it.s reviews. Not sure why this place is rated so high, if I could give it NO Stars I would. Chris Awalt and Adam in service are AWESOME! Everyone else we have dealt with there are extremely unprofessional and rude. Could explain why in detail but there isnt enough room in this review but I will say that I had to go as far as submitting a claim with Infiniti corporate due to the distrust with these individuals. I LOVE Infiniti vehicles and have owned two in the past few years but this dealership would be a HORRIBLE first impression for anyone considering an Infiniti purchase, specifically the Service Department.*Would like to add that the owner responded to my post and I emailed all my information a week ago and have not heard anything.

ASK FOR CHELSEA SHELTON. SHE IS THE ONE WHO MADE THIS SALE HAPPEN.We recently bought an Infiniti M37 from the dealership. Chelsea Shelton was our Sales Consultant. She was friendly and gladly invited us to test drive three different models. She knew the features of every model, inside and out, and sold them without being pushy or snobby. We loved her enthusiasm.Christian was the sales manager. He handled the offer and was very pleasant, unassuming and forthright. No hidden catches, no bait and switches.Danny was the finance manager. He handled all the docs and did sell us an extended warranty. Im not a big fan of insurance but these cars are expensive to fix and we keep them a long, long time. Again, he wasnt high pressure at all. He was personable and very likable.Havent used the service dept yet. If theyre as well run as sales, well be pleased.All in all, a great experience.

I have a 2005 G35. I love it- even though its older, it still has its umph! Every trip for services have been excellent. Travis is very nice to deal with. He always gives a pretty good estimate of charges or is sure to make a contact if additional services are needed or charges/estimates have been changed. I would highly recommend purchasing an Infnity. Once my kids are older I hope to own a coupe:)

I just wanted to give kudos to Chris Awalt in service. His customer service and professionalism was beyond excellent. He not only made sure I was comfortable while I was waiting, offered coffee and pastries, but he was more than knowledgeable about fixing my vehicle. It was done quickly and all my questions were answered in laymans terms so that I could understand. It is truly rare that someone goes that far out of there way to make someone comfortable.
