The staff was friendly, but they were unable to keep their word. They had me believe I would go home with a car, took $500 cash to put a hold on the vehicle & told me I would be able to pick it up in a few days. Called in the day I was supposed to pick it up & they kept beating around the bush, the following day they finally told me I would not be able to take the car because of the finance company & I could pick up my money, in which they handed me my money in a check. Ended up buying a newer car at Star Auto Sales on Crowslanding with the same amount down payment I offered the truck store.

I had to take my car 3 times to the dealer so they could fix the problem of my steering wheel shaking while driving and they never fixed the problem. Until when I went to go get a set of new tires and my problem was solved!! But these guys just want to get you to buy a car and after that they dont care. Also after I paid off my car they lost my pink slip and it took me months just to receive it. I wouldnt recommend buying a car from here!!

Took the car back 3 times to get fixed for the same problem..... the lining on the side was not apulstered rifgt.... which they did it themselves twice... which was done wrong 2 times... i gave up trying to get it done right... just a waste of time. they were rude all 3 times. Said they were going to detail the car for inconvenience but instead found sunflower seeds all in my car.... there very nice and you to sign a contract and leave with the car but once its done attitude changs when returning. They did handle the issue free of charge but didnt follow through with promise. Would never buy there again.

Never in my life would I buy here, that is my first car purchase here. They make you feel that they are trustworthy. The car they sold me began to fail me the next day. Only excuses were given to me, the car left my wife and newborn baby pulled by hours at school every month something new happens to the car and I dont even put 25 thousand a week, I regret breaking down there for 4 years paying for a car that is not even trustworthy ...
