The staff here are friendly and helpful. The women’s selection of clothing is small and not very good. And the shoe selection for women is non existent.

My many visits for my uniform(s) has always been a pleasant and great experience. They are very helpful and kind here -all of them. One in particular, is Christine! So very patient, helpful and goes above and beyond to make the necessary calls needed to find the information and-or get the job done. She is thorough and keeps you informed of possible delays, issues that may arise, etc.She takes her time with you, even though shes has people waiting for her. Definitely a blessing and asset to the company. She will not disappoint. Its a great store to go shopping at too! Its more than just uniforms here.

This place is awesome! The employees are so nice and make you feel welcome when you come in. Its clean inside and out. I met the owner he is great and takes great pride in his business. They have a great variety of 5.11, clothes and sporting goods. Definitely recommend!

Ive been going here off and on for 7 years now, for pants, shirts, belts and hobby items. Their products are very sturdy compared to department store competition. 3-4 months ago I bought a belt as a quick fix for my last one from Crescent wearing out after 3-5 years of use from a nearby retail store, and its already falling apart, which is why I returned to Crescent and bought two more of the belts found near the LEO uniforms. Everything ive purchased from Crescent is built for the long game, well worth it.

I’ve visited here twice in the last week. I’ve been here many times before that but it has been a while. The staff is very friendly here and always give me top notch customer service. I’m always greeted with a smile and a welcome that you don’t see much of anymore.

Staff is really helpful! A specific length pants were unavailable staff told us that they would alter the length for free since they usually offer that inseam but it was currently unavailable. Will definitely be using them again for husbands work pant!

The prices were kind of high but the service was excellent from the lady that helped me to the lady behind the counter very helpful knew what they were talking about in and out no wasting time.

I have always liked Crescent Supply. Very helpful employees, courteous. Good supply of military surplus they have MultiCam uniforms used and brand new from 511. If they dont have it they can order it. I highly recommend Crescent Supply.

I have always loved this store, I can find everything that I need here. Awhile back I joined a military science fiction fan club and I went in to purchase a beret and one of the employees who was a veteran showed me the correct way on how to wear it and how to shave it down and mold it to fit....Im still in the fan club and I am still grateful for the help that I get when I walk into the store.

I have known Craig and have been around this place since I was little, my dad would work there in the paintball dept (when they had it). I have always gone here for my EMT needs and etc. Everyone here has a great attitude and is always willing to help!!

Had to get new patches on my uniform shirts. The turn around is not bad for the volume they do. I guess if you need any kind of uniform they have them.

The stores tactical supply seems to be full of a lot things civilians would only think is tactical. Unless youre a security guard or a maybe police officer you wont find too much on the tactical gear side thats useful. But they still have an excellent supply of outdoor gear.

I really liked the old store that burnt down, it was much larger. The newly remodeled {old location) on McHenry is great but it doesnt seem to have the larger selection simply due to physical size. The good thing is, theyre back from the devastating fire. Im just happy they didnt throw in the towel and close up like so many other businesses have.The staff is very helpful and very friendly.I really like their 5.11 selection of clothing.

This place is great. They have Carhartt and Dickies bib overalls in a wide selection of sizes along with all kinds of other workwear. Very friendly people who care about your shopping experience. They will make sure if you need help, you will get it. They were very helpful and polite. This is the type of old fashion service we had 40 years ago before the big box stores came in and made you just another number.

The staff at this store are incredible! They always exceed expectations and are my go-to source for uniforms and equipment. They can embroider anything and Ive even gotten calls from staff to alert me to the fact that items they know I use are on sale. When things have gone wrong- a thread coming loose on some embroidery or a flashlight button not working- theyve always taken care of the problem quickly and cheerfully. Id recommend them to anyone I know and Im happy to do business with them.

Awesome selection of gear! I went here to purchase 5.11 pants and they have a HUGE selection with friendly staff. Prices on 5.11 gear are standard so youre really getting a treat by being able to try on the many different styles that are in stock. Bonus!!! At the time I was shopping they offered a free t-shirt if you spent over 100.00. Also, the work/camp/outdoor gear is great to browse thorough. Definitely coming back.

First time visting this location after the other place burnt down. Place is crowded with merchandise due to only having 1 location but it didnt stop my family and I to shop. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Prices are pretty normal for the gear, most of the staff is pretty nice. Had one or two be less than helpful in the past but overall been a very positive shopping location. The orders do take upwards of two weeks to come in but my orders have always been correct.

So my husband wanted me to leave a review. He went in to get some patches sewn on and they never told him it was going to be $3 each for the removal of patches. He is mad because he would have done it himself which I agree that when he asks how much it was going to be, they should have told him about it. Probably would have been cheaper to do it Travis Airforce. Lesson learned
