4 stars because a sales girl looked me directly in the face when I asked for assistance,turned and walked away. Another girl overheard and came over and assisted me. I thought that was very rude and I made It known to the cash register desk.As far as selection and variety of womens boots they are the best. Thats why I drove the distance I did to get to that Boot Barn

Thank you Julie for your help with pointing me in the right area. Went here for safety toe shoes. They had 3 rows of all brands. Sizes from 9-13 and standard to wide fitting. Only wish they carried a bigger color variety. Everyone were very helpful.

Love this store.... a bit pricey but they have quality items. I love their clothing, earrings and cologne.

Everytime I go here I act like a kid in a candy store. I end up going there for one thing then spend about 200 dollars plus when I am finished. Ladies if you have a man just be prepared that half of his check is gonna end up on boots, nice shirts, and some wrangler jeans.

Nice brands, good selection, a bit pricey and the staff was was a bit standoffish. Didnt ask if we were finding everything okay, but under the situations around the world it might have been less than friendly. But I did notice that it was less than other stores that were open during this time. I might recommend them during a parking lot sale but the cost just on regular clothing even for the same name brands was higher than elsewhere.

Ive never been into a Boot Barn in my life. My boyfriend was looking for a specific work shoe. After going to several different locations, we decided to go here. We should have just came here first. The sales associate that assisted us was knowledgeable and friendly. Her name was Celina. I think every store needs a Celina! The store was clean. Well stalked shelves. Very nice location.

Boot heaven! Great customer service and selection of Western boots, clothes and accessories. They do carry work boots but I think their Tracy store has more. Anyhow, still a great place to find Western wear.

I had a vary good experience Sunday at Boot Barn the employees were vary polite and helpful and went the extra mile to help me out on my second pair of boots the first pair was at boot barn a different location. I found out how I love wearing them soo comfortable. Vary good workers you guys have in your company keep up with the 100% of customer service I ready to go buy me something else. The store rocks - great experience

Every time I shop here its the worst experience and I obviously never learn. I had an issue with a return and neither the associate nor the manager seem to put any effort in trying to even look into it. point is bought some boots online needed a bigger size they literally made me pay more than what I originally paid and I know it could have been adjusted because its been done for me before. I called customer service the next day and had it fixed. Worst customer service in this store.

Great visit today, staff was super friendly and offered helpful suggestions on clothing and location of items I was interested in viewing. The manager Paul took time for me and my wife to explain the process of shaping a Stetson hat to my liking if needed. Purchased several items for both me and my wife. Store has a huge selection of items from different brands, so it was easy to find something I liked. I would recommend this store 100 percent.

No social distancing while shopping, just in line. No precautions at all, nobody using mask even the employees. Made us feel so uncomfortable shopping there in this uncertain moments. The authorities should keep control of this.

Went to buy my work shoes here.The shoes where very uncomfortable, so I went back the next day to exchange them for a different pair that where more comfortable.. I was told that I couldnt return nor exchange the shoes, from the manager there.. She said she would feel uncomfortable taking back the shoes.I wore them one day. Now I got $100 pair of work shoes sitting on my closet..Dont but any shoes from here unless there the same pair of shoes you always buy... Not worth it.Definitely will not be buying shoes here again and I dont recommend the place..

Great selection lot of choices people were great but there is no return policy if you wear them at all, the points rewards run out after 2 months so if you buy a pair every 6 months to a year you cant use them and the points that you do have if you buy more than one pair of boots you cant use them only after 7 days I guess thats how they keep their profits up by not being Customer friendly. Being in the military back in 1985 I dont carry my DD-214 with me so no chance of having a military discount they even wouldnt give it to a Vietnam vet, kind of weird!

We picked out and bought the wrong wranglers. So, I called the store and the cashier was so wonderful. She got two pairs of wranglers and had them waiting up by the registers so I could just run in for the exchange. Excellent customer service!

Excellent socks, but price for outdoor boot socks may have been a little steep. Maybe, I dont know. Quite some time since I shopped for them. Could not find hiking boots I wanted in my size.

I asked the lady Jen for help and my daughter needed a sock to try on with the boots. As my little girl asked Jen for her size in boots Jen just rolled her eyes and said they dont carry the throw away socks but she said they have a box of socks to use. She said she will be right back & we waited approximately 20 minutes. She never returned. She went on to go help some guy. Then I asked some young man there and he walked over to a box and brought a cpl socks for my daughter. All within 2 minutes. We started walking to look at more boots and made eye contact with Jen and she looked surprised. She fumbled over her words and i told her that the young man actually helped us and didnt leave us sitting there. She needs to work on her attitude and customer service skills. Ive had better customer service going into K-Mart.

Fantastic quality clothing at a extremely expensive price. However Id your looking for boots and shirts that will fit properly this is one of the few places youll find them. Most shorts in a large size have sleeves much too short. Here the large long sleeve shirts actually are long enough to not ride up the arm when you extend your arm.

Great employees, always hard working and friendly. The store itself is fairly neat and they have a wide selection of clothing/boots/accessories to choose from. They almost always have some sort of sale going on. Make sure to sign up for their rewards and you’ll be able to save even more.

There was a couple different people working, only one offered to help.. I believe she has long blond hair, I believe her name is Courtney. Everytime I have had an issue or in answered questions, she goes above and beyond to accommodate someone elses mistakes.

The staff here was very knowledgeable and super friendly. The selection was also huge! Both my wife and daughter walked away with matching boots and our salesperson spent a good 30 minutes trying to find the right fit for them both. Which appears to have been successful. She tried to get me to buy a pair too, but Im just not sure when I would wear them, so I opted to save the money.In addition to the boot selection, the clothes and hats were pretty well stocked as well. The Hat options were varied in color, style, material and price.Then to top it all off, they had a sale going, and then we had a coupon, and a 2nd online coupon, which they went ahead and stacked. Its always nice when a company will stack coupons.If you want some western wear, definitely give this place a chance.

The line to get in was long ther selection was not big for 15 size boots all though they did show me big size boots they could order they were really high in price they were polite and had a good attitude and tried there best

Crowded but just another western store. Kids selection not that great. Sizes missing. It would be nice to have other western clothing store again. That way we have more selection and prices could be lower.
