I would give 0 star to those disrespectful people.. Dont go to this store if you want to save your money. They are lying about shipping due to covid 19 and the customer service is horrible and has bad manner.JUST DONT GO BECAUSE IF YOU BUY FURNITURE FROM THEM SAY byeTO YOUR MONEY OR WAIT FOR A LIFE TO GET YOUR FURNITURE AND BROKE FURNITURE AND WAIT FOR ANOTHER LIFE TO GET YOUR FURNITURE REPLACED. THIS STORE HAS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

Tony is a great guy but his customer service is absolutely horrible. he promised to provide a new desk as the other one came damaged but it took a long time to arrive as he kept delaying the dates. he would say may 25th then it turned into june 25 and it escalated into july as well. my mother walked into the store to talk to tony hoping to have an update on the desk but was unfortunately approached by one of the workers by the name of kareem. my mother spoke in a nice tone and manner but he kept yelling at her and told her to get out of the store. there was another lady in the store with my mom and he insisted on helping her instead, although my mother and the lady both knew that my mother was there first. i believe my mother was discriminated against due to religious differences between her and the owner (my mother has a pure heart with pure intentions always). overall, the customer service for this store is not the best as the owner is almost never in the store and you will be forced to deal with an awful individual like kareem.

The customer service here is absolutely horrible! I purchased a couch in the middle of July. At the time of purchase we let the man know that we are buying a new couch because our old couches did not fit into the new house as the doors and hallways are narrow and we wanted to buy a sectional. TONY told us it would be no problem at all and his guys would know what to do. They originally had my delivery date for 3 weeks out after I purchased and then that day came and went. Fast forward TWO MONTHS LATER AND I STILL HAVE NO COUCHES! So I call and call and they just kept telling me dates and those dates came and went and came and went. Keep in mind that this entire time I do not have couches inside my house as they did not fit and are now sitting in my garage. So I go in and voice my frustrations and the guy couldn’t care less until I asked for a refund then he was nice enough to offer me loaner couches to be delivered to my house until the actual one I ordered comes in. They delivered the loaner couch BROKEN so they only leave me with half of a sectional since they took the broken piece back to the store and the man who delivered the loaner couches damage the corner of my wall coming in to the house and was told that they would fix the repairs and it would be okay. So now I have these loaner couches for another month before my couches come in. The big anticipated day finally comes And TONY tells us that they are not responsible for damage. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I waited 3 months for couches and they couldn’t even do the right thing after all of that to fix my wall. DO NOT shop here!

This place is honestly a scam. I purchased a bed frame and box frame in October. I was told it would be delivered to my apartment within 2 weeks. I called after 2 weeks, and they told me it would be delayed and I should receive it within 2 more weeks. I wait some more and my husband calls only to be told that they still havent received it and to contact the store owner WHO NEVER SEEMS TO BE AT THE STORE. Another time my husband called the number and the person who answered said they were a driver??? Im tired of calling and for my issue not to be resolved. At this point Ive decided not to call them and went through my bank to dispute the charge. DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE EVER.

We looked around for a long time for a sectional couch. I ended up choosing a couch from this store, but the location at the mall. A salesman named tony helped us and he was so great. He was knowledgeable, not pushy at all and very accommodating. I felt like we got a good deal and the delivery happened even sooner than promised. I felt great about the whole process and ended up with a couch we love. This place is definitely worth checking out if youre looking for furniture.

They made me feel welcome its family atmosphere.Bought an end table which I am very satisfied with the quality.Sales person gave it to me at a lower price than I could of gotten it on line same thing. He offered to put it together for me. It was easier to transport in the box. Had no proble putting it together.Buy local help businesses stay in Modesto.

Worst service ever seen.....you wont see smile on their faces specialty owner of the business...no customer service, high prices...once you paid for the stuff and you out from the store its all yours...you will find his prices 25%-30% higher than other store...
