Gary is AWESOME.He was both personable and professional. I knew nothing about mattresses, but his proficient knowledge more than compensated for what I lacked. I appreciated that he took the time to ask me specific questions so he could walk me through the options that would fit best between my price point and my comfort preference. I would absolutely refer that location to anyone I came across, specifically because of how amazing he was.

My husband and I went in to buy a mattress with very little ideas of what we were looking for or needed. Thankfully Gary was there and was amazing!! I’m embarrassed that we had to give them 1 star. We were completely bamboozled......the salesman was so nice and showed us a Tempur-pedic bed that we really liked, unbeknownst to us, the bed we received was absolutely nothing like the one in the store. After questioning the same salesman we were referred to the contract and the fine print and that we would need to “break-in” our new bed.... after several nights of horrible sleep we decided that we would return the bed and pay the penalty for doing so...THEY WOULDN’T EVEN LET US RETURN THE BED!!! We had this horrible bed for over 30 days and will finally be getting rid of it next week, between the Mattress Firm and Tempurpedic this has been an extremely expensive and time consuming endeavor, I would NEVER recommend either of these companies to anyone. It has cost us $900 out of pocket just to buy this piece of junk bed and return it. If anyone is considering doing business with either of these companies, reconsider or be prepared to deal with no customer service and plenty of run around

I had purchased one several years ago before they changed names/ownership and he took the time to look up the prior purchase and help me find the most similar current model. Ive been trying to order my kids mattresses through a different retailer twice since June. About 2 days or so before delivery they canceled on me and said the beds couldnt be made on 08/11/2020 I decided to go to Mattress Firm Suite #C2 in the back, I was greeted by Justin Brown. As he patiently listened to my situation and was able to pull up a similar mattress. With his honesty he told me that there were only 2 in stock at the warehouse so I needed to decide what I wanted to do and went for it. They were still in stock so I paid for them and was on my way. Today 08/12/2020 the mattresses were delivered in the time frame they mentioned. So I am highly satisfied with my experience with them.
