If you’re looking to purchase a full set of appliances to your kitchen at a reasonable price, then this company may work for you.My wife and I had a great experience working with RJ (the good looking one).  He took a lot of time to understand how we used our kitchen and how much of an investment we were looking to make.  Due to Covid, some of the manufacturers were late on delivery, but RJ worked with me to find a replacement for our Range.All was going great until the Range was unboxed and we found damaged.  I had my kitchen project manager head down to the warehouse to inspect their stock in order to exchange the damaged range we received.  Somehow he ended up bring a good unit before returning the old one. The warehouse manager called me and was so rude because i didn’t bring the damaged unit.  He put pressure on me to bring in the damaged unit by a certain time or else.  “Or else what?!”..... The whole experience was good up to this point.We have been enjoying our appliances and I would recommend this company with the following tips:- Must work with RJ- Make sure to take delivery on the days RJ is working in case there are issues with the product- Inspect the product first before installing, this includes the removal of the plastic covering from the stainless steel- Keep the cardboard intact as best as possible in case you have to return- Do not take calls from the warehouse.  Work through RJ no matter whatRJ is the only reason I’m giving this a company a recommendation.  He really made things right as best as possible.  If it wasn’t for the bad experience with the warehouse,  i would have given this 5 stars.If you are thinking about make appliances purchase today, give RJ a buzz.

Bought a propane oven here that turned out to be a non converted gas oven. Terrible customer service. Prices are the same or higher than hardware stores like Lowes and Home Depot. 3 month wait time on the oven between purchase and pickup date. I would not recommend DA to anyone. I wouldve had a better experience being sold an appliance by a down syndrome monkey.

Would give it 0 stars if possible. Sales rep lied about the appliances quality, and they will not do anything to help.Bought a new dishwasher for a family member through Direct Appliance. Was sold this dishwasher under the guise that it works great and dries dishes really well. I made sure to ask about its drying capability, because, well, you know, thats a little important with a dishwasher.Turns out, none of that was true. Dishwasher doesnt dry dishes. Had a service tech out who looked at it and said, Oh, I have this one at home too, it just doesnt dry at all.I called in to see if theres any recourse at all, if I could pay for the difference on a more expensive dishwasher if they could swap it out -- to get one that dries dishes. The rep told me that it works OK, and it doesnt matter what the initial sales rep told me -- theres nothing wrong with it, its just not a great dishwasher. LOLI will never buy another appliance from here, and will advise everyone I know to avoid it.Bonus: their techs could not install the dishwasher even though it came with an installation. I had to call another contractor to install it. All around headache.

When your looking to buy you might want to look elsewhere because they don’t stand by what the sale you. If you install your appliances and don’t like it you can’t return it. If you find a better price after you buy they won’t match it. You would be better off buying at Home Depot, Best Buy or Lowe’s because they will match any price up to 30 days after you buy and you can return if you don’t like what you bought just be careful when buying from this company. Do your home work buy from a company that will take care of you after you buy from them

This should have been 5 Stars. They have remodeled two bathrooms. That have done an excellent job. Sam Garrett, Aaron and Jordan did a great job.Master Bedroom is next.

Don’t waste your time to get a bid for a bathroom or kitchen remodel because they won’t call back. Their communication is very unprofessional and very disappointing. I was told I would hear back after a week. It’s been 3 weeks and nothing. So when I finally called back to find out what was going on, they seemed like they were too busy to even care.

This review is based on my experience getting our oven repaired.The field mechanic did a good job, came out and diagnosed what he believed the issue was. We went through the quote in detail because I wanted to make sure I understood what my total out-the-door price would be and could follow any price changes if the repair part came back at a different price.The next day the office staff, Susie, called to collect and schedule the repair. I was immediately confused that the price came back about $150 more than the original quote. When I challenged this to understand what changed from my quoted price the office staff immediately became defensive and started giving excuses. That mechanic is new and they did stuff differently at his previous work and It doesnt matter what they quote you in the field. All I was looking for was a breakdown on where the price changed in final billing versus what I was quoted in the field. She quickly escalated the situation and stated Im not going to go on about price, you can either pay this price or I will put you on our Blacklist and Direct Appliances will no longer work with you. This level of my-way-or- the-highway attitude lost my confidence in the business and made me no longer comfortable working with them.Later the Field mechanic called me and we were able to clarify where the disconnect was. At the end of the day, disconnects happen and is not a deal-breaker. My trust was lost when the office staff would not continue a conversation as I sought to understand where the disconnect occurred and threatened to blacklist me. I am writing this to make sure the owners see this experience and are able to determine if I had a one-off experience or if this is more common.

I recently attended an Italian cooking class here. I had never been and walking through the floor to get to the back had me straining my neck loving the kitchen layout, cabinets, appliance options they have their. The showroom is large, clean, spacious, and the sales people did not seem pushy at all. The class was packed but fun. If youre looking to remodel or even get ideas, stop by... never hurts to take a look. You wont be disappointed.

Anthony has come to our home for three different appliances in the last couple of months. He has always been timely, considerate, and friendly. He is very knowledgeable and dedicated to doing his best. Along the way, I have learned important functions about some of our appliances that I never knew. He fixed our dishwasher door so well that it is actually better than the original installation!I would highly recommend and have recommended Direct Appliance Service. They are timely in scheduling appointments and get the job done!

My personal experience with Direct Appliance was perfect! Parts for my oven and microwave were ordered on a Thursday and my appliances were fixed on the following Tuesday! I must add that they were fixed by the most perfect gentleman, Anthony!! You can ask him question after question, go ahead just try to irritate him, my grumpy husband tried....nope, couldn’t do it! The owner is very responsive to customers. He truly wants you to have a great expereince. We will make additional purchases and have them build a customized island to house a steam convection oven. They have a lovely showroom with high-end appliances. You should consider a visit because you will find inspiration for your dream kitchen.

Purchased a few items from this location washer dryer and a Bosch fridge near $8,000 in total. We saw the fridge in black on the sales floor but the sale they had was only for the stainless steel witch worked for the colors in our kitchen. We recieved the fridge yesterday and the functionality isnt working with our kitchen. Both of the doors have to be open to use ANY of the drawers in it. Also you have to force the right side closed everytime. The door handle material is an unfinished steel with vertical lines that slice you if you run your hand down it. So we called to exchange modles or purchase a new brand/style or get store credit. They said THEY DONT DO RETURNS!!! We have only had the fridge one day and they consider it used and they are unable to resale used items. Horrible customer service after all this money spent and its kind of like entrapment. I wouldnt ever purchase anything from this company.

Fast service, brought dishwasher and had installed the next day

I appreciate that you are willing to reach out to me to address my grievances, but you probably dont want me detailing my concerns here. I was very happy with the staff - friendly, courteous, helpful - but the difficulties in resolving discrepancies between what was promised, and what was delivered with additional costs added, is what dictated my rating.

Have been buying appliances from them for over ten years. The thing with these people is to have a good knowledge of what you want and dont want before you go in there. Take what they tell you with a grain of salt. Its hit-and-miss whether you get a knowledgable and helpful salesperson. If they make an offer, get it in writing. They contract with Action Appliance for the installations of some appliances and those guys are rude and unprofessional.

Save your time and money. Needed by refrigerator repaired, was running too warm. Tech comes out and literally all he does is change the water filter and change degrees C to degrees F. Tells me fridge is repaired! Calls me next day to tell me tiny piece of door seal is fringed. Fridge obviously does not work. Took a week to finally get to the point they agreed needed a replacement, at which point all of my food was gone. Then they send me a loaner fridge, what a joke! Literally half the size of my current fridge, white, and completely dinged up. Another two weeks before my new fridge comes in.

What a grand shopping trip for top of the line appliances for the kitchen remodel.

BUYERS BEWARE. I was in the market for a Blanco silgranit sink. I spoke to Paula at Direct Appliance multiple times. She was very nice and helpful. After comparing prices of other companies with her, she offered me a competitive cash price and told me that she actually had it in stock. The fact that they had it in stock was important because time was critical for us and nowhere else locally had the sink in stock. So I sent my wife to pick up the sink. When we got it home and opened the box the sink was a different sink, made by a different company. So I called Paula. It turns out she knew that she gave my wife a different sink. She said that the two sinks were very comprable just made by different companies. She baited and switched on us, and had no problem with doing it. After speaking to her multiple times about returning it, and Paula saying that they dont return sinks, I took the sink to the store. Only after getting into a verbal confrontation did I eventually get my money back. What really bothered me was the fact that she was actually okay with selling me one thing and giving me something else. She lied to make the sale because she knew I needed something quickly. What was even more egregious was that some of her co-workers didnt think it was wrong either. A young man by the name of Brandon, who I recommend you not buy anything from, was insulting and condescending. The only reason I got my money back was because a man by the name of Dwayne stepped in. He assured us that they would return the sink. That was surprising to hear given that Paula said multiple times that nothing could be done. If you absolutely have to shop here, I would say deal only with Dwayne. But generally, stay as far from this place as you can!

My wife and I had a Kitchen remodel, and new flooring installed throughout the main pathways and living areas of our home, when first dealing with direct appliance (you know before the sale) they were super friendly helpful and tentative to all of our wants and needs, (after the sale) spending over $50,000.00 and less than a year later we notice the complete poor craftsmanship of the cabinetry as handles and knobs constantly come loose, cracks starting to show where they had just patched it up during construction of the cabinetry, they did not want to level the floor before installing the new flooring (which was the lbt type) nor did they want to put any barriers underneath it was a hassle to get them to at minimum put the leveler down, the leveling they did do was so poor the flooring still clacks in certain spots when walking on it. Where they put new base board around a hidden door (which worked just fine prior to them coming and doing poor quality work) now wont open with out nails poking through from the new baseboard and putting deep scratches on the bottom of the door, this company is a sham when it comes to quality and craftsmanship i wouldnt recommend them to build a tree house for my kids much less allow them into my home to destroy more than they fix. Buyer beware! Do not use Direct appliance and if anyone else has had problems with them as I have maybe we can pull together a class action against them to ensure it doesnt happen to anyone else.

My experience with the staff & service at Direct Applicance was exceptional. Ronnie was a wealth of information & patiently flawlessly guided us through our rather extensive purchase. I shared the below concerns with him, he sincerely apologized & said the installers would call me; however, to this date no call.My rating would easily be 5 stars if not for the installation. Craig was a very nice guy, as was his assistant, however the install was very sloppy i.e. fingerprints all over our stainless steel appliances & the refrigerator alignment is was not close to level. I had them return but just got silly excuses with no resolution. Sadly, the doors hit my custom cabinets & wall when fully opened so I have to continuously pull the refer out. Ive hired a reliable young man to correctly align/level the refer & install a block to keep it from rolling backwards.

The technician who came out was very polite and knowledgeable about refrigerators . He explained in detail the problems and answered all of my questions .

Wow,,did i wish i read these reviews before,,,, this is exactly wht im goin thru.. and i knew i wasnt the only one,,,, also wouldnt refund or credit appliances that they havent even ordered,,,,, the owners really need to step up and stop turning the cheek and own up to the bad service and foul mouth ....i had it when the person there claims to be one of the owners by the name of sam cursed not only once but twice after not able to keep his composure,,,, if they would of refunded me my appliances before anything was even built or even called in not even delivered ..my family would be three weeks of delays for wrong cabinets and sam crumbled up our order and demanded we go somewhere else,,, which i agreed and then asked politely to refund my appliances which they refused and said they were special order,, i was,,there not even here our kitchen wasnt goin to be done until four weeks from then,,, but they held there ground and refused to over and over,, but they were all nice and polite selling it to us ..actually forcing us to buy it there so they can make or buiild our cabinets custom so they fit nice,,,,, i could not believe my eyes how this salesperson acted especially sam ...making a fuss and almost pouting like a kid ... this person then had the nerve to curse me on speaker phone with my son and wife listening,,after i had to finally contact him by phone because tex messages were not getting me knowhere but three weeks of running around,,,, and still not correct,,,,i kept asking for the owner to call us back and sam was the only person who kept calling us ...my question to the real owners,,, how do you let this matter continue to occur under your eyes and not take your customers more serious,,,, i have photos of the cabinets that were wrong and mis cut and the tex messages from employees that work there saved apologizing for sams choice of words,, cursing and him feeling bad for letting his temper the best of him,,,,,,very sad but all the truth,,, and proof to provide to the real owners who want to step up,,,,, i would start off by apologizing for there employees remarks or should i say someone who claims to be high in there job... SAM,,,,, and not try like he has been doing and try to over see there mistakes,,,, but honeslty never ever expected this much turmoil from a company who strives to say there #1 and advertise all over the place,,,, customers should be heard and respected not cussed at and have fingers pointed when its there mistake,,
