On 12/31/2020 I went shopping on the way home from work. I had a car full of groceries and upon my arrival at home I found my refrigerator and freezer stopped working at 3:30. I called several appliance stores with no luck until I contacted Keven who agreed to deliver a refrigerator to our home after a purchase. It was New Years Eve and I’m sure Kevin would have rather been home with his family but he took time to take out our old refrigerator and bring the new one in our home which was no easy task.Thank you Kevin for your great service, for going above and beyond to make a customer happy and whole. My best wishes for a very prosperous 2021.

Was kinda nasty,it smelled inside the location and it was dirty!!!! The refrigerators stunk when you opened them up,they smelt grossThen the man said they would pick up our old fridge as long as it didnt have roaches in it!!¡ Rude,as if!!¡ Besides there appliances looked like they already had roaches in them!!!!!¡

It was quick cheap and you get a 90 day warranty on used appliances.

So I’ve bought a refrigerator from this place and greet had no issues no problems had it for about six months I went back three months after buying a refrigerator to buy a washer and dryer had the washer and dryer for about a week the washer stopped working the guy came out immediately perfect no charge fixed my washer now literally after the 90 days my dryer stopped working called asked if he can come out and fix the issue and I know that I would have to pay but on top of paying for labor and parts he’s also charging me $45 just for him to come out here to fix his own washer and dryer’s that he sold me from his store so for that I wll not be recommending people to this place any longer I feel like if it’s appliances that you sold your customer I don’t think you should have to charge just to come out and look at it whether then just come out and charge them for parts and labor

I purchased a used washer from this store about 10 months ago for less than a quarter of what you would pay for a new one and its been working great since. Mr. Ramirez delivers his appliances (for a fee of course) and sets it up for you... Very good service. Ill be purchasing an electric dryer from him tomorrow and I am confident that I will be satisfied with the product and his service again.

This place is a rip off place ! I went there to ask for a price on a appliance and went back to pick it up two hours later and they raise the price. Be aware!

This appliance shop had the best prices and friendliest staff of most of the places in the central modesto area.. they helped me load the washer in my vehicle and even came down on the price a little since I had cash. the only downside was their selection wasnt the biggest but I found what I needed

This guy is scammer, he charged me $40 just for showing up to the house. It took him 5 minutes to diagnose a dishwasher I bought 4 years ago, then he told me that he wasn’t sure what model number I had because he couldn’t find the manufactures sticker when it was clearly inside the dishwasher. I forwarded him a picture of the model and I didn’t hear from him till 2 months later after I kept calling him almost everyday for 2 months strait. “ if you’re smart you will not throw your money away by doing busy with this scammer “

Absolutely amazing work fast and reliable

I would like to give these people no stars me and my wife paid almost five hundred dollars for a refrigerator that worked for about a week and went out on us and they refused to fix it within our warrantee time they are very bad for business in our community I think they are scam artist and I suggest nobody buys anything from them. Just a fair warning.

I brought a washer and dryer it was to be delivered between 12 and 1 it didn’t come until 3pm, I washed two loads and the middle piece and screws came out I called and called and no is answering. I paid for it to delivered at a certain time and paid to have a working washer and dryer this isn’t right

Not a good place to buy used appliances, repairs and cost will cost you more than buying a new one with real warranty.
