Really enjoyed my experience with LensCrafters, the staff is amazing and was so accommodating!! Sales person was great, the manager was not. My credit card was charged twice and the manager said there was nothing she could do, go talk to my bank. She was very clear that she didn’t care. I eventually got the issue cleared up with my credit card company, it took almost a week and due to her attitude I will not be returning for future business.

My first time ever needing an eye exam and glasses. Staff were fantastic and walked me through everything in detail. Overall was an awesome experience. Will definitely be coming back for future purchases.

Lens Crafters on Airport had a very large selection of frames. The employee explained everything thoroughly regarding coverage plan and was very helpful. The staff that made my glasses was super friendly. Very good experience!

The staff was very helpful and quick to assist me. I came in to pick out new frames..(not realizing my prescription was out of date). They got me in quickly as a walk in for an exam, picked out new glasses and was on my way! Hayla was super helpful and patient as I tried on what seemed to be every pair! There was a gentleman there that was nice and helpful as well, I didn’t catch his name. :)

I love LensCrafters and have been using them for myself and my family for years. I’ve had a lot of good experiences there (4027 Airport Blvd, Mobile AL). However, today I had an absolutely exceptional experience with the manager and one of the associates. The special kindness she showed today to my sister was well beyond the call of duty. Even for a manager. I can’t say enough about how much her kindness meant to my sister (and me). It made me cry.THANK YOU!

I had recently went to Stanton for my glasses but they got broke by my granddaughter and they said they couldnt do anything about it till my insurance would pay again. I decided to try a new place and the initial visit was fantastic. The issue I have is when trying to acquire my new glasses I paid a small fortune for nobody could tell me where my glasses were!!! After calling 3 days in row I was still told the same thing that they had shipped but that was all. I called the 800 number, asked for t u e store manager, and still got no where!! Its really crazy to me that they had taken my money but had no idea where my glasses were other than they had shipped? Never got the manager either and so far after 4 days dont have my glasses!! I see I picked the wrong place once again!! Tge 100% happiness guarantee must not mean a thing here!! Dont waste your time or money!! I 100% guarantee I will never be bsck!!

I typically have a very pleasant experience here but this year was different. The Dr. was absolutely wonderful however the other associates were not as pleasant. There was a problem with their system while in the middle of placing my order so I was told that they would call me and take my payment over the phone when their system came back up but not only did that not happen, I returned to the store a FEW WEEKS later and the same thing happened again with no resolve. I then went to another Lenscrafters and was out the door in 15 mins.

The office staff was very nice and professional. I was assisted by Miranda. She was extremely patient and was very knowledgeable of products. I am highly satisfied with my experience overall.

It takes months to find a customer ... but seconds to lose oneDO NOT WASTE YOUR hard earned MONEY HERE. The employees are rude and snarky, probably explains why the store is always empty. They texted me saying my glasses were ready for pickup yet closed their store early. I had to go back across town the next day to pickup the glasses, no apology or explanation for why they closed early. They did not adjust the glasses for me on the day I was picking them up nor did the bare minimum of asking how they felt on my face. I had to go back again today and the lady really tried to argue that “ears are different.. idk what you want me to do ... bend it?” My ears are not uneven as in one is THAT much higher than the other.

TORA AND STERLING AND I DONT KNOW HER NAME BUT SHES NEW, SHE IS THE DOCTORS ASSISANT,AND DR.NGUYEN WERE ALL GREAT. THEY TREATED ME WITH KINDNESS AND MADE ME FEEL AT HOME.

I had insurance and one of the lens was spotted after about 4 months, they took care of it with a smile..

Prices are higher than the prices I got online,but love the service and definitely will continue to be loyal as I’ve been for years. I do believe you pay for what you get.

The people were very nice. The service was very quick. Dr. West found the beginnings of cataract and glaucoma. She sent me to my home eye Dr. for further testing. They found by dilating my eyes a different prescription. Lens crafters has a 30 day limit to change your glasses. It was 41 days later when I called them. The manager listened to my explanation and repaired my glasses. Praise the Lord for good people with common sense to know I did what I could as fast as possible could. This is a good business.

Receptionist was extremely rude. I think this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.I did like the doctor- he was very informative but I will not return to this location due to my experience with the rest of the staff.

Huge thank you to the optometrist staff here at this Lenscrafters for their assistance on Saturday morning! My boyfriend tore one of his contacts on Saturday AM, and in true male fashion, did not have his glasses or a spare set of contacts. As we were traveling from FL and customers of the Lenscrafters in Jacksonville, I suggested we see if the local office here could assist. Very thankful for their help (and quick help at that) so he wasnt blind for two days!

The frames are way too expensive. They charge you $20 for training on how to use contacts which I feel should be an optional service. They forced my child to do training way beyond his comfort level, his eyes were red and irritated and no one offered drops before we left. They said they dont have drops for that. I stopped the training myself because (1)my child was extremely frustrated with trying and (2) the trainer was not good demonstrating in my opinion, I had to help out. I was told they accept Care Credit and once I began to pay, I was told they dont accept it, so I made a partial payment. Days later, the rude as ever front desk clerk calls me requesting payment and I begin to explain to her that I will pay the balance for the exam but didnt think the $20 training fee was necessary since I stopped training and that fee was never made aware to us before our exam. She began using a tone that was unprofessional so I hung up! Seconds later, DR. WEST began TEXTING MY PHONE BACK TO BACK requesting payment of the balance which I feel was VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! It had not even been 30 days since our appointment, only a week and a half! I do not recommend this location at all!! Terrible service!!

Staff was very lackadaisical, and not welcoming to customers. Ophthalmologist and assistant were very dismissive and inattentive. Would not go again.

I was in town and had broken my glasses. Stopped by expecting to drop them off, but they served me quickly and didnt even charge for the repair. AWESOME! In and out in about 5 minutes.

I came in there dressed in overalls and driving my work van on my lunch hour. They treated me like I was poor and I ended up going to eyeglass world the rude women didnt even realize I have plenty of money I just didnt want to spend it with them.

I enjoy doing business in this store. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. I especially like the service my husband and I receive when we are fitted for glasses. The staffs always take the time necessary to see that we are satisfied with our eyeglass frame selection. I look forward to doing business with them again and again.

Wen in to get help with lenses as I had had cataract surgery. First the lady said it would be over $ 400.00 to get new lenses. Told her that was about what I payed for glasses and lenses .Then she went in to her computer again and said I was right . That she would charge me $ 200.00for the lenses. I onley needed one. She was polite about trying to rip me off . I left as I dont have that kind of money to put into tempers glasses.

Very convenient appointment times. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I recommend them to the staff at my office because of their convenience in scheduling.

There is an elderly blonde lady in there that over charged my friends and did not go off what their insurance covers.I called earlier and was quoted $99. Plus tax. Then that lady tried to over charge me by $200 and I complained so another girl made it happen. I was also told I could get same day and the older woman said 7 to 10 business daysBut the younger girl said she was told same day. Make it happen. The older lady was very rude to all of us.The older lady continously coughed in my face and J was disgusted.

The staff here is great & Dr. West (Tiffany) does an awesome job.

They were very helpful and didnt pressure me to buy glasses, although I NEEDED GLASSES also, (the best glasses ARE terribly expensive), when I requested contact lenses. Paying almost $500 would not work in my budget.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and the doctor took the time to explain everything to me. Didnt feel I was just another number. Did find out if you want a Saturday appt. call before Sat. Otherwise you get worked in for a couple of hours.

Had a good experience at LensCrafters yesterday. Polite staff, professional doctor, reasonable price.

The big lady at the front desk is MEAN.The one armed Dr. Lady is terrible.There was 1 person in there aside from myself and I still waited more then an hour to be seen. I gave them my insurance information 1st thing and they didnt check to see if my insurance covered the eye exam (which it does, get 1 free a year). When I was done they said my insurance didnt cover the eye exam and the wanted over $100.I told them to send me a bill because I dont carry cash and I was going to my HR department to get this settled. They threatened to call the cops if I didnt pay cash, cause apparently its to hard to bill someone.Again these people suck, do yourself a favor and go to a small family eye doctor, or a real eye doctor NOT lenscrafters on airport.
