Very good place!! I was in a tight spot with needing my contacts and I was able to do a walk in. Dr. Clardy was very professional and nice and he’s one of the only places who will take my horrible insurance lol will be going to him for my future visits. Also, the staff was very nice!

Dr. Clardy was very friendly and easy to talk to. The office staff was so nice! One of the ladies had satsumas from her tree at home on the counter for the customers and let me take 2 with me. (:

Very professional and was able to make quick appointments. They take VSP insurance and my out of pocket expense was the lowest it has ever been. Would highly recommend. My coworkers now go to him for their glasses.

I initially chose CCLC because they were one of the few vision centers in my insurance companys network and they were conveniently located on my way from work.This was my first time needing glasses (hit the ole 40 yr+ limit on my 20/20 vision), so I didnt know what to expect, but the staff explained each step along the way. They even helped me pick out frames that complimented my looks.Would definitely recommend them to others.

I have been going to Dr Clardy for years, and he is great but I absolutely cannot tolerate his staff anymore. He needs to clean house! His office called me, did not leave a message, and when I called them back the lady was extremely rude to me because I didnt know why they called. THEN they ordered the wrong contact lens for me, and acted like it was my fault. The last straw is when I had to go back up there to pick up the correct lens, not only did I have to PAY for the new lenses, but staff was rude to me again. I explained I was there to TRADE the lens out, and she rudely said you are not here to TRY them out because we dont do trials. She obviously misunderstood me, but there was no need to talk to me in that tone of voice! I am a paying customer! I should say was, because I will not be back. If I want to be treated like that, Ill just go to the mall...

Dr. Clardy is thorough and explains each step of the exam. His staff, Phylisia and Courtney, are very friendly and offered a same day appointment. Very pleasant experience.
