I use to go to this one but after some problems I stopped using it. A lot of misunderstanding and or confusion or just not paying attention and a friend who got my phone and changing to Verizon after I got a new iPhone want a certain type of data plan and I was sitting there listening and was given one that would not do what he needed we went back and he was blamed for the problem or misunderstanding. Well I had a screen protector and needed to replace so I had to go back. We were not greeted or acknowledged. Only one person working and it’s the one from before. We waited for almost two hours. When I told him what I wanted he said they don’t carry that one anymore so he have to order it. And going to charge me for it, an item under warranty. As h knew so I remembered him and he said oh yeah. Had to pay to have it sent to my house when I was going to get him to replace it so if a problem there would not be any questions went back and had to wait again not so long we got there when he opened up and he was working alone againIf you go there make sure you get what you want and make them repeat it back to you. Be prepared for a long wait. Unless problem with screen protector again I won’t go back

My husband and I came in to upgrade our phones 2/13/2021. Amanda and Noah were the reps assisting us. They went above and beyond to make sure we got the devices we wanted and also made sure everything transferred smoothly. I will definitely recommend this location. The reps here are super helpful and go above and beyond for their customers.

My situation was pretty complicated. For one, I needed the newest JVC audio noise canceling headphones for my son so that he could hear his tablet while I play my music in the car.. Aaaand i kind of didnt need to spend too much money on them. As well, I needed to lower my monthly bill but I didnt know that Verizon had a better plan than I was on for a better price available and I also thought that recovering my old infromation and registering for my veterans discount would be nearly impossible. But, my Verizon associate Garrison never lost diligence and saw me through to the end in a timely manner to save me a good bit of money, on my purchase and my bill! Thanks again man! As always, Verizon is best because of outstanding customer service. 👌

Jesse was the only person on the floor and he did his best to juggle the 3 customers he had, 3 doesnt sound like much, but the first woman was being extremely difficult and condescending. To the point I felt bad for the guy, but he had faaaaarrrr more patience than I would have had in the same situation. Jesse showed how difficult and under appreciated people in sales are, and she showed how entitled and rude customers can be, she should have been embarrassed.

Worst experience and huge lack of customer service at this location. Happy T-Mobile customer but came to Verizon for their hotspot device for a travel camper as T-Mobile unfortunately does not sell these devices. We needed a device that could stay with the camper rather then tether off our phones. We also have a Verizon hotspot for our remote work which functions great for our laptop data needs. This is why we went to Verizon for a personal hotspot. The rep sold me an ellipse hotspot and recommended a prepaid plan based on what we needed it for. Paid for the device in full and took it home $219.00 later. Ouch, expensive, but we needed it and figured it would be worth it in the long run. Took the device home, connected to my phone and nothing. Couldn’t get any data on my phone to load a page. Reset the device and nothing. Called the store back and spoke to the rep, recommended restarting the device. I Asked if the hotspot could be returned if that didn’t work, he simply said yes but not to expect a refund on the plan. Hmmm ok? Waited till the following day to see if anything changed and nothing. Looked online and found that the reviews werent all that great on this hotspot. Went back to this Verizon store to return the device expecting a full refund but nope. The hotspot was $110, however I was charged a $35 restocking fee despite the device being defective and unusable. I also couldn’t get a refund for the $70 that was charge for the prepaid plan claiming it was already charged to the account. Pre-paid or not I was charged for a service that was not provided nor used because of Verizon‘s defective device. Despite trying to explain and ask for a refund the rep did not care and simply stated that this was the policy. Careful, Verizon will happily take your money and not provide any service nor refund. I was also charge a $20 fee to set up the account and luckily the rep said the charge did not post to the account yet because all this was so recent from the day before. I suppose that’s the only reason why am getting that money back otherwise Verizon would’ve taken that too. In the end all the rep would do was give me a customer service line number which I couldn’t even use because my phone number for the prepaid account that came with the hotspot was deactivated so getting through the computer system on the phone line was virtually impossible. I also explained this to the rep and he simply said well that’s all I can give you or do for you. As I’m writing this I’m still on hold trying to reach a customer service rep, this has been an all day ordeal. As I said, worst customer service ever. Don’t get me wrong, T-Mobile isn’t perfect, but every time I’ve had an issue, they worked hard to fix it. T-Mobile customer for life.

Great service! The main store on the service road is always packed and the people there do not seem to care about the customer. I love this store. It’s quiet and you can actually sit down and make sure everything is done right. They are a little bit more expensive than the other store though which does suck, but it’s worth it. 10/10.

They told me 30 days for a new phone return policy. After 17 days I came back to return my galaxy a50, it was complete trash after 2 weeks. Just got off the phone and they said including from the DM, 14 days is the return policy for independent stores and they will not honor a return. Even offered to upgrade to a top model. Nothing like stealing money. Later Verizon.

I’ve been with Verizon for 10 plus years and pay almost $300 a month for service/phones. This location couldn’t help me transfer my information from my broken iPhone 8 to my new iPhone 8 unless they charged me $29.95. It supposedly isn’t a Corporate store. I don’t understand how one can Represent their store as an official Verizon location but lack the customer service. Their time is worth $30 but my loyalty isn’t. I’ll be looking for a new phone service.

Poor customer care! Im tired of all the times I call a place and ask for something specific and am told they have or do something and didnt care to listen to the actual question. A waste of my time even though i had to ask her like 10x and of they just happen to be sold out when I show up. Never had it in the first place she didnt care if she was telling me wrong! Our experience with the store at McGowin Park was exceptional, our salesman was very professional and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Apparently this store doesnt have a phone. Was trying to get in touch with store to see what phone cases they carry for a note 10. Customer service said there is no way to contact them over the phone that tgey handle all their calls. Well ok then, i will spend my little $60 somewhere else on a case.

They could not help me even activate my phone. Mainly lack of effort. Went to an official Verizon (on the belt line) they activated a sims card, I was good to go. Literally that simple. So just bypass the middle man and go to an official Verizon.

I bought a screen protector for my S7. I already knew the type I wanted but, not the brand. The manager I bought it from kept trying to sell me a more costly glass screen protector that I didnt want. I read reviews on the one she tried to sell and had already decided against one. After I told her no the first two times, she proceeded to try to tell me that the one I was choosing was the wrong choice. Ok sure but thats still my decision and my money. When she saw I wasnt going to buy her recommendation, she told me the protector would have to be ordered and take a while to come in. I agreed then she hit me with the price of $38. I was taken back because the one I had on my phone currently from VZ, cost maybe $20 and had lasted a year. So, I bought it anyways. I then went to Amazon and found a similar protector for $8!!! So I ordered it and it came before this one and it works great. I go to take the VZ one back and the guy today is sitting down behind the desk. Doesnt get up, just waits for me to walk across the store to him. (Maybe Im being petty but its a respect thing) I tell him I want to return it and he says well we have a 14 day return policy and youre past that date. I said oh on the paper I think it was 30 days. He tells me no its usually just 14 days so... I go to my car and get the additional paperwork that says 30 days and his tune changes. I wouldnt normally leave a bad review unless a company deserved it but these people just felt rude and entitled. They wouldnt be my first stop for any phone or phone accessory again. Not even the second....

Authorized Retailer, but dont expect the same deals as on Verizon website. Wait time was long. Only two associates who arent upfront about the plans and policies. Retail prices for devices are marked up higher than website prices. Bought a phone last year at an official Verizon store, 20 minutes. Knew exactly what I wanted here, and took over 45 minutes.
