Boost Mobile, Schillinger Rd, Mobile, AL sold me a buggy iphone with hardware issues out of the box that could not be resolved by the store clerk then refused to take it back within six days of purchase without a restock fee. The owner/manager, AJ, took an arrogant what are you going to do about it attitude with me. The salesperson attempted to reconnect my original Boost phone to Boosts own network, but he was unable to, so he called customer support for guidance. The only solution they could/would offer for totally having effied up my phone was to cancel my current plan of eleven years and to charge me a higher monthly bill for less data service. I drove directly to Verizon, where I received excellent service, better coverage, and highly competitive data options.

I have boost mobile service when I first got it I had great reception three weeks later the reception is awful.the associates at boost was very nice but there hands are tied on what they can do and what they know not there fault But when you call the company its worse they dont care, they tell you all kinds of things they are doing to fix it or adjust your bill.Well boost its been three months wheres the FIX

Ive been here a couple of times now and everytime I go the service sucks. Employees just sit on their phones and dont help at all. When you ask them questions about the phones they have for sale they give the quickest least explanitive description like they dont want to talk to you. I originally went in to buy a new phone but since the staff dont seem like they want to sell me one Im taking my buisness elsewhere.
