Be sure to know how there warranty works before buying let’s say you spend 5k-10k on a bed after the first year your are responsible if anything stops working The price goes up each year. So by the 5th year your paying almost 50% replacement cost for a part. They claim defects are rare but go read the BBB and many others sites they will REMOVE your comments from social media and try to silence you for speaking out. Be a smart consumer and research before making a purchase.

My wife and I decided it was time for us to research adjustable beds in hopes of getting better sleep and maybe less back pain when we got up in the mornings. We’ve always thought our bed was very comfortable and I guess we had just become complacent with it. I had started paying attention to my pains as I listened to her complain about hers. After doing a little internet research over a few days and making the decision that this could be very beneficial to both of us I mentioned it to her and found her very receptive of the idea. We took a ride into town to try out a few beds. We still didn’t know what brand or even what type of bed we wanted. I googled for bed stores to see where it brought us. Our first stop happened to be the Sleep Number Store in Mobile Alabama. We were met at the door by a young gentleman named Nate. I’ve been in the car business for over 40 years so I’m always skeptical about talking to salesmen. I’m used to hearing them tell you what you want to hear to make that sale and not let you out of the door till you’ve signed. Nate was extremely polite. I figured out after about ten minutes with him that he knew his product very well. He treated us with respect and was extremely professional in his presentation. I already had an idea what the cost was going to be but I already had it in my mind that we needed to shop around before making a final decision. Again, I was surprised by Nate. He never put one ounce of pressure on us to sign whenever I told him I wanted to check out a couple more stores before we made a decision. He gave me our quote and let us go about our business. I was very impressed with our experience.We did go to one more store that offered several different name brand beds. We had a less than stellar experience with the sales person there. She was pretty knowledgeable but nothing like Nate. I could save myself quite a bit of money with the other beds. But we just didn’t get the same feel of quality and service from the other brands. We couldn’t get the Sleep Number experience out of our minds. The following Monday Nate and I spoke and we closed the deal over the phone. I guess if there’s anything that I didn’t really like, it’s the fact that our bed had to be special ordered. So now we’re having to sit around waiting the three weeks for our bed to be prepared and shipped to us. We’re very patient people though. We know that it’s the best restaurants that have a 45 minute wait to be seated and we’re pretty sure it’s going to be the same way with our new bed when it gets here. We’re looking forward to our new sleeping experience. Thanks again to Nate!
I’m a first time customer and I have been considering purchasing a sleep number bed for several years. So I finally stop procrastinating and said the night before, I will least look into it. Several commercial and a great deal help make my decision easier 😃 .. My sale agent was Greg Davis, very professional, articulate the sale process with ease, step by step instructions on how to maneuver the bed and remote, and the best part he was just “ Kind “ very relatable. I was sold ‼️Also the other salesperson was just as nice. I always judge a store by professionalism, knowledge of products being sold and a genuine good personality. I have had nothing but excellent customer service from the store to delivery techs and customer service in New Orleans. Ill start with Nate who sold us our bed. To Greg who i have spoken to many times. Brianna and Shana in New Orleans.Now delivery techs... Mr Eric is absolutely the best. He goes beyond necessary to make sure u are taken care of. Today i had to have a swap out. Mr Fox and Mr Greg were just as helpful and understanding to my personal issues with a new dog. So i just wanted to make sure all credit is given where credit is due! !!!BUYERS BE WARNED!!!The staff is great! They will spend hours with you in the store helping you figure out what mattress and accessories would be best for you. The product itself is the worst thing i have ever owned.I can only assume the mattress are dolled up and setup with perfection to sell. Once it’s in your home. The mattress holds heat and makes you hot and unable to sleep. Sheets never stay on. The mattress slumps on one side or another. The adjustable frame always looses connection along with the other items.They say there is a satisfaction return. But only on the mattress. Though to get the mattress at a reasonable price you must purchase all the stuff along with it that can not be returned.I highly recommend going to other places and trying out beds that give a good night sleep. That won’t give you mental and physical pain everyday like the Sleep Number I own. Worst thing I’ve ever spent money on in my life.

Nate was both knowledgeable and attentive in assisting me. He pointed out the updates in the newer model bed we bought and helped me select the right options.
My experience was great. Due in part to the Rep. Ms Cloee, who was outstanding and very helpful and very professional.
Soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by an employee. She ( I think her name was Victoria or Tory?) asked us questions about our lifestyle to help her get a feel of what we were looking for. She then brought us to one of their display mattresses to get our personal sleep number. She led us to the other displays to try them all out so we could get an idea for what we were comfortable with. She answered all of our questions and explained all the details of the financing options. I was personally really skeptical about spending so much money on a mattress, but with the awesome customer service, financing and the mattress features, I have been won over.
My wife and I had a very good experience in the store. The lady helping us Tori was so helpful and patient with us while we tried several different mattresses and pillows. She was very knowledgable about the stores products and procedures.

I have had a sleep number bed before and loved it, but lost it in the divorce. Talked my new partner into buying one. The sales woman was great!!! We were told we would have our bed delivered May 22nd, three weeks from purchase. We were told that they would take down our old bed and set up our brand new bed. This is where the dark cloud started to come in. Just YESTERDAY we received a call that we needed to take down our old bed due to COVID 19, so we did, we understood. BUT today, they call and tell us that our new bed will not be delivered until next Saturday (May 30th) . WTH... how can you go from confirming delivery for 3:30 today to 8 days later?? I took off work today!!! And I have already received the bill.And they know how unhappy we are and dont care. Oh yeah, our almost $200 sheet fell apart in the first wash.

Royce Miller and I just recently purchased the i7 360 Smart Bed from Sleep Number and Jemienah Farrell at the Airport Blvd store in Mobile, AL was a Godsend. She was so patient and helpful and never failed to keep a smile on her faces and even giggled at our goofy personalities! She was helpful from the first day we called to inquire about the Sleep Number beds to the day (3 days later) we ordered our bed and accessories. We hate ours. We like a really soft bed, these are just glorified air mattresses so you just let air out to lower your sleep number. This causes air displacement and makes us sleep on a slant eventually both of you in center of bed. Mine is the one with part of the middle split so it can move up an down, maybe the regular would be better, but for 5 grand I think it should put me to sleep not keep me up. I dont recommend it.An the number is inaccurate, just use PSI since its just a air mattress. Thats your real sleep number.
We have had a Sleep Number for 12 years, love the bed but the drawback is when you have an issue with the controller or want to replace an item. Its an a la cart system that you pay way to much for re manufactured products that break again once warranty is out- go figure! I want to replace the cover on our king bed and they say it will cost me over $500 and I am getting a mattress cover that is no longer in stores so I cant see what the cover looks or feels like plus no return if I dont like the new cover. I am not sure that is good customer support since I initially bought this bed for over $2500. You be the judge...are they ripping us off on supplemental products that are needed as long as you have your bed? My 2 cents is, I think so.
My visit at Sleep Number was very professional and Mrs Roxann was so detail with her information. I am now waiting for my bed to be deliver so excited.

I went to the sleep number store in mobile to buy a bed but when i got there no one was in the store so i walked toward the back and all i could smell was weed im dusgusted
