Pricing labels are not accurate for the merchandise. I selected a 3 piece set, clearly tagged as 49.99 for the set. The cashier rang up the merchandise but another sales associate argued that it should be priced 49.99 per piece b/c thats how they sell the metal table sets. Again, label clearly states 3 piece set 49.99. She instructed the cashier to charge for each piece and not what the tag stated. If each piece is sold separately, labels should clearly state this and not say a set.

Normally, I would give this store a high rating. My last transaction was, to me, not a good business practice. I bought some merchandise from the Fairy Garden section and was pleased to see that we were not charged full price. When we got home, I realized one of the fairies was broken. I attempted to return it and was told it was non refundable because it was clearance. There was nothing by the display showing it was on clearance, plus this time more stock had been added. The amount of money is not the issue to me, but the fact that it was not returnable was very irritating. Maybe clearance items need to be marked better.

Large store with a variety of home items. In the back there is quite a rug selection. Some garden decor is available. Great place for retail therapy. Have lunch at Judys with a friend and shop ❤ together.Ps. Upgrade that bathroom!

This is a great place to shop for literally anything! I love it. Great supply of decorative items for yard and garden and theyre unique. Plan on spending time there because this is a big store. Well worth the trip from anywhere! You wont be sorry.

Pretty quaint place, a lot to see. Pretty fair priced depending on what youre there for. Excellent price on shelves. Sometimes the clearance is the best option. Although I like clearance items at stores. Overall pretty cool place.

I went thinking they would have essential oils. I asked as soon as I got there. When I was told no, I walked out the door and then remembered that I wanted a kitchen gadget that I didnt have. I found a very nice, expensive one but wouldnt pay that much for something I wasnt sure how much I would use. Found a less expensive one I successfully used tonight. Then, I checked out some of clearance items. Ended up buying 3 nice chairs in a bag for really good price. Ones I had were on last leg. Happy about visit .

I m dangerous in OTP.I want to give them all my money. Only grip that I had was there was not any pricing on a lot of itemsI came in to buy big baskets.I picked out two. Unfortunately it did not have a price on it nor did the other one.So my sweet cashier had to get someone to find a similar one with bar code and price.Imagine her frustration, mine and the line forming behind me. It all could have been a positive shopping experience IF whoever puts out the merchandise would also have priced all of them not just a few.I think your cashiers and shoppers would appreciate the courtesy

Today we were able to buy new pool furniture for our pool side for a 40% discount! Ive been looking everywhere for wrought iron (something I wont have to replace after two years of use!) The tables were 47.00 a piece. Saved me money and they were able to hold one item for 24 hours until I was able to return with a vehicle suitable for hauling them.

I could easily spend a couple of hours in this store!!! Everything you could want & then some and at beyond reasonable prices! Look here 1st for everything from glassware, framing, area rugs, floral and seasonal needs.

Great selection and prices for flower pots. Service was also very good. One of the ladies helped me load my car.

I buy all my cemetery flowers from here. They hold up well for being exposed to the weather. I change the flowers 4 times a year. Always a nice selection.

Manager on duty this day a white heavy set with long blonde hair was rude to me n her cashier...didnt want look up an item to make sure it wasnt discounted even though it had an sticker on it!! Discussed me customers after I left..Two ladies exited the store and told me she said I tried to pull a fast one!!! She was ver unprofessional. .however I think it sursprised her how professional a customer can be despite poor customer service..Old Time Pottery was my go to store..I think my family, friends and I need to find another for business and personal needs.
