Bought three queen mattress sets as I was in the midst of adding on to my house. They held the mattresses for a few months until I was able to get the addition finished and furniture delivered. Even though it was completely sealed in plastic, somehow one of the mattresses was dirty. Without hesitation, the delivery man took pics and ordered a replacement. Also, I ended up having to switch out two of the box springs for low profile ones because of unexpected bed height. One was damaged when they delivered it but they ordered a new one and replaced it. Several months later, one of the box springs had a board break. They are replacing it under warranty. The Manager, Adam, has been the best!!! 100% A+ customer service! The kind of service I have received here will keep me coming back and I will recommend them to others.

I’ve bought two mattresses here and they have the best service. I don’t like waiting so having things in stock is a huge benefit and both times they arranged for quick, same day delivery. This is the only mattress store I’ll come to!

I first purchased a mattress and adjustable base from Debbie on the last day of July and had it delivered in August. It was a very good experience in the store and in my home where it took several trips to make me happy by fitting the new base to my very old antique headboard. I thought I wanted the firm mattress, but after 2 months, I was not thrilled with it. I returned to the store today to select another mattress that I would find more comfortable. Debbie was not there but Adam gave me as much attention as if I were purchasing a new mattress from him. He was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me make a good choice and in setting up a date for my delivery. I would highly recommend this store and the personnel there.

I ordered a mattress protector online that I was told was in the store. However, when I got there to pick it up it was not available. I was extremely disappointed. Then the manager gave me another mattress protector in the size that I need it that was a few dollars more for the same price as the one that I ordered. He exceeded my expectations.

The first day I stopped by Gary was a great help in showing me the new technology in mattresses. I didnt buy that day because I wanted my wife to be part of the decision. So a week later we came back and Adam was there to help complete our purchase. Gary and Adam were very knowledgeable at assisting us with our decision.
