As far as the delivery is concerned, they were off by a few minutes, but they were good. I have to be honest though. Both of the delivery kids smelled like weed, but they were polite. They didnt take anything and they did what I asked them to do. I dont guess mattress firm is paying them a decent amount of money so theyre not going to get people that dont get high on the clock. The bottom line is that they did what they were paid to do.

I’ve been looking for a new mattress for a month and was not sure what to buy. Having seen so many different options online, I decided to stop by the store to try out a few models in person. Phillip, (technically his name is George, but He goes by Phillip) was extremely helpful, very friendly, and a wealth of information. After talking with him and trying a few mattresses I found something that felt right and promptly proceeded to purchase it. Last night was my first time on my new mattress and for the first time in over a month I have awakened without any pain in my rotator cuff or back! Thanks again Phillip!

My experience at mattress firm was phenomenal. I made two visits and both occasions were easy because of the incredible customer service(the first visit I met with Ricardo and the second I met with Philip). Both representatives were very honest and greatly helped my girlfriend and I find the mattress that’s perfect for us. I can comfortably recommend that this is the location to make a big purchase decision, because you will certainly be satisfied with your experience!

Hi,I went to Mattress Firm on a Friday, last minute before moving, and was in deperate need of immediate in stock purchase and next day delivery. I was informed due to Covid it may be highly unlikely that will happen, but nonetheless Philip was going to do everything he could to make it happen. Not only did Philip make that happen, it was well within my price range. The two delivery guys, Devin and Austin, were patient, kind and went above their job description to help me. I was thoroughly impressed with my salesman, Philip. He has obviously paid attention to his training! He knows his products, and what they can and cannot do for your sleep health. It was one of the pleasant experience I’ve had making a purchase. Phillip is a very good sales person ... never did we feel pressured. He went to great lengths to explain everything concerning the products. I would highly recommend him to anyone .

I visited another mattress store just before coming here this evening and was not pleased. Sign on the door clearly stated that masks were required and there was a couple literally hopping from bed to bed. The sales person was seated on a bed while trying to present varying features to the couple. He encouraged me to lie down on the beds to try them out but there were no disposable pillow coverings or they simply werent being used. Seemed very unsanitary and unprofessional.

Philip was awesome! It was their Memorial Day weekend sale and I found my perfect mattress. They offered several sale incentives and good quality brand mattresses. I decided to stay with the Serta Perfect Sleeper which is the same brand and line that I currently have and Ive had this set for 19 years! They offer several different financing options and were very accommodating! I highly recommend this store at McGowin Park in Mobile Alabama.

Which is why I’m changing my review to 2 stars.Shame on us to not look at the return policy here.. you have to pay fro them to pick it up and wait 5-10 business days for a refund.With Tuft & Needle we didn’t have to pay for the pickup and got our refund the same day..Today, we have tried calling numerous mattress firm locations and can’t get anyone to answer.We are going to a different company.. and loosing about $1,000. My Mattress Firm experience was very positive in large part due to the assistance of Jessica Burks, sales associate. I was interested in the Tempurpedic brand of mattresses and she gave me a thorough orientation. I tried out the different versions of the mattresses over about 1/2 an hour and, with Jessica’s continued help, was able to select the right one for me. All in all I am quite happy with my experience and the outcome. I would happily return.

Had an easy, quick, and pleasant experience with Mike at Mattress Firm in McGowin Park April 17.Went in dreading this chore, but it wasnt bad at all. I was in dire need of a good mattress but felt overwhelmed with the surprising amount of variety of mattresses nowadays.Mike took a lot of time to explain the differences, perks, and misconceptions that I had about some mattress types, and successfully sold me on a new one.Needless to say, Im looking forward to getting rid of the old one and getting a decent nights sleep.

I love mattress firms its the worlds largest money laundering company LOL. I mean seriously think about it you see four or five mattress firms all within a mile sometimes literally across the street from each other ask yourself why? Well I will tell you why. Think about the number one place people like to hide their money? In their mattress. They have huge warehouses where you only see maybe one or two employees and very rarely more than one customer. How can they afford such high overhead? People usually only buy new mattresses every 10 years it just doesnt add up if you think about it look it up on YouTube if you want to get all crazy, just make sure you make yourself a foil hat ;-)
