We made reservations for self pick. This place did not have to curtacy to move the reserved truck to the front of the line to prevent some one else from parking in fron of if and block it, they relied on people to be smart and know what to do... and thats exactly what happed. Horrible job by this establishment as they should know moving day is all about planning and its stressful as it is. Lazy work..pls be smart dose not take much effort and it does the community well.

I was scheduled to use the 24/7 pickup, but a another U haul was parked blocking my reserved truck. This took place on a Sunday, and the facility was closed, so the situation could not be rectified.

Military half off first two months. ID required. include retirees and active duty/reserves.

I have had U haul from different locations and unfortunately this time It was a rip off. I had rented the truck of two days and I returned the truck ONE DAY before BUT they still charged me for an extra dau.Totally unfair to charge me double for something I havent used.Please read the whole contract before charging me it clearly states that I had one more day that is 23rd December 2020 and I returned it on22nd,. It was not explained to me that I will be charged one day even returned the truck one day before. I explained that I couldnt bring the truck that night itself because I didnt had a ride and I was so tired and exhausted after the tiring day of driving and moving.Totally unhappy with this location and staff are not friendly even rude with me not had the attitude to even review the contract with me.

I love the storage place wonderful employees always kind with a smile to greet you. I have had to rent a storage unit before at several different places in this is by far the best place I have ever rented from. The units are kept up very well and like I said its all about the employees theyre wonderful kind people with a generous heart and always care about other peoples needs. If you need a good storage place I can personally highly recommend this one. I dont write reviews that often but when I find a place that is that worthy of my review I dont mind giving it.

Camille was Awesome... very professional but still personable to make sure our stressful transition went smooth... she really went above and beyond to help us pick out our unit, coordinate deliveries, and truck pick up... She also included pertinent advice when it came to movers and additional items that would be needed to save time and prevent damage to our items... Thanks again my family and I appreciate your kindness and attention to detail...

I passed by this place so many times but when I needed a storage close to my folks when I got a job offer on short notice...it turned out to be a gem in our own backyard! Camille the manager has been amazing & added a personal touch...assisting me with it even though I work out of town. I’m downsizing spaces right now with them & have yet to break the bank.. clean..nice..affordable with good service!

5 stars! The ladies here were very nice and considerate. They showed me around the lot and broke everything down to show me which storage was right for me. They ALSO helped me out with my storage truck and even held on to it for me until I was ready. There storage unit is SUPER CLEAN and ORGANIZED. I REALLY RECOMMEND IT HERE. The girl in the front spoke so proper. I really recommend this place.

Reasonable prices... staff is very friendly, supportive & respectful. The environment is clean and I feel safe going there alone. The hours are good. I have no complaints.

I have been renting with The Storage Place on Murphy for a little over a year. I have had a great experience with management, both Camille and Tai have been amazing to work with. The grounds are always well kept, and the storage community is quiet. I rent a couple indoor climate controlled units and I am very happy with them. The location is perfect for me, and I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

I own a staging company so I have 11 units at this location. The place is always very safe and clean. The customer service is awesome. I would most definitely recommend.

Exceptional service from Camille and her assistant whose name escapes me now. They were both very courteous, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Very clean facility, I definitely recommend it.

The Storage Place on Murphy Road is an awesome place to put your storage. They ensure that I have competitive pricing, they are very professional, offfer vehicles to rent for moving, and worked with me concerning payments when I was unemployed. Camille is fabulous and compassionate! If she doesnt know the answers she will get them and call you back. On top of all of that, my items in storage still look very good after being in the air conditioned units that they are in. Thank you employees at The Stoage Place!

Camille is so awesome and amazing. She helped me at a time when I was going through a lot. She made the ease of getting a storage unit stress free. The units are clean and the customer service is a triple A plus!

Storage was pretty ok, nothing spectacular. But please be aware they will raise your rent frequently with only a 2 week notice. 5 months after renting here my rent has been raised close to $10. When I called to inquire the manager only stated that the “owner” raises it sometimes for different reasons maybe that the taxes have gone up. If your stuck choosing between 2 storage facilities close in price go with the other vendor because you will end up paying that here as they continue raise the fees after all of your items have already been moved in.

I had the worst experience ever in my life. All my furniture got destroyed. Ive been paying insurance all the way and they never honored it. They were playing games. Too many rats, dirty, the manager told me that maintanace never do their job there. Plus I was told by their workers that corporate are crooks, they make you pay insurance for nothing and never respond to your claim. Horrible place, I am on my way to sue them.
