Hailey R. & Gabe G. took care of explaining their service and the discounted rates. I’m very cautious when it comes to customer service. Every question that I asked had no hesitation with responses. If I see eyes go up and an “I don’t know” afterwards then I’ll take my business elsewhere. I want to hear that instead of an employee making something up just to make themselves look good. The original pricing was a little more than I expected but we have the discounted rate for 6 months so that will determine if I decide to renew my rental. Let’s hope they have another deal when this one expires. I’d hate to leave because of pricing but but the service is great.

Staff at Store 6377 are TARGETING customers via security cameras. Surveillance is purposely being used to WATCH what customers are storing in their units. As a result, units are BURGLARIZED or UNLAWFULLY entered WITHOUT customers’ consent and SEARCHED without NOTIFICATION. Customer personal/business items are STOLEN. There are NO cameras between the aisles; therefore, NO PROOF of what the staff did. They control the cameras and what is given to the POLICE. Internal security measures are PURPOSEFULLY NOT being used. DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT AT CUBESMART STORE 6377.

During the time of moving our family felt it was safe place to have our items in storage, this situation became a nightmare. For the breaking of people unit storages, there security cameras being conveniently place in areas where the cameras do nothing directly to guard your storage unit. Hailey Ruiz at first was very sweet than after the robbery of the storage units and the complaints of her entering people’s storage her attitude and stories began to change. Hailey Ruiz personally stated herself that she has dealt with several break-ins and she was very detailed about the last break-in, I am curious to know if she is the one linked to the madness? I grew up in this area, very safe area. Hailey Ruiz was an employee at the Cubesmart in Fondren area and knows the ins and outs of dealing with break-ins. She has a conniving spirit. This situation is traumatizing!!!! If you value your precious belongings PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!! They are THEIVES

I have had another unit at a different location for over 4 years. I rented at the 6400 location because the other location did not have the size unit I needed. Hello all, my family and I have had many storage units over the years (from a series of different providers). Up until now I hadnt felt the need to leave any reviews, because the experience was generally the same. However that was not the case with CubeSmart. Our experience has been fantastic! Their new generally manager (Hailey) is very personable and present. She answered all our questions a got us set up quick and easy. The pricing is very reasonable, and units are nice. I also just found out that payments can be done through an app, and scheduled to be recurring so that one less stress for me to remember. Hope this helps when making your decision.

My rates increased in less than a year. They would not change my due date.Response to Cubesmart: Please do not tell me to call the office, I did, and no one was of any service. I left a message for a manager to call me back, nothing, I called the manager, nothing. It seemed like it was a new manager every other month. I just simply needed my due date change. So please do not put a response as if your cared, because you did not do ANYTHING to assist me in my request. Wait, yes you did, you did do something..nothing.

Haley the manager is extremely efficient. She stayed in touch with me through the whole process. She answered my questions and helped me in anyway she could.

The property was kept clean inside and outside. I didn’t deal with the staff too much so I can’t really comment on that too much but when I did they were nice. When the price sky rocketed up on me last year I called and they were able to work with me. The main issue for me are prices can be steep.

Great customer service. Setting up my unit was quick, on-line. This facility is very clean and well maintained.

To be honest, it didn’t start off well. But people/businesses true character(s) have surfaced in this pandemic. As with many families, it threw off our finances and created dynamics that means most of our bills have to be paid a few days later than usual for a couple of months. CS has been understanding. When you are there when people need you, that’s worth a lot.

Natalie is the sweetest and you cant help but smile when she speaks to you. Lorena is very informative and helpful. Nice location. Ive been a cubesmart renter in Missouri City, Tx for about 3 years now. Im not local so having dependable storage is extremely important to me. I recently downsized my storage items and needed to find a smaller unit. Natalie the manager assisted me, provided great personable service and was even able to get me a reasonable rate for 6 additional months for an in-house transfer.

Rented a storage unit yesterday. The staff was excellent. Staff included Natalie Renteria, Manager, Andrea Saenz, General Manager and Nick Cres and Lorena Holdsworth. The staff works as a cohesive team and have a very positive work environment that makes clients feel at ease. The team efficiently and informatively helped me make the right decisions regarding my rental. They disclosed various discounts and terms of rental to give me the best value. They were very good about giving me the details of the rental contract. The tour of the facility to help me select my unit was also very good with Nicks and Natalias very helpful advice regarding access to various areas of the facility.The facility was very clean, with music in the background (to avoid creepy storage facility feel), well lit, and easy identification of my unit.The sign up process was efficient and the team worked together well to solve system issues during sign up to ensure I got the discounts they promised. I feel very confident my items in storage will be in a safe place and look forward to visiting the facility in the future.Definitely, this was the most pleasant storage rental I have ever experienced.

I used the facility for 3 yrs. after my father passed and I had all his stuff. The place was always clean and easily accessible. Sergio Scalzo was always nice each month as I went in to pay my bill. Thanks and if I ever need storage in the future I will be back.

The general manager is sooo helpful. The place is clean, safe and convenient. If you donot take their insurance you have to provide proof that you have outside insurance... no way around it...
