Even though I bought my set from another store (which still hasnt been delivered after 7 days) David was most helpful in explaining exactly what the issues were with getting my mattress set delivered and even went so far as to set the delivery date for me. This store may be an hour away from my home, but David will have my business in the future! He displayed exceptional customer service and went above and beyond even though this was not his sale.

I recently purchased a mattress here and I told them the wrong size. Upon delivery, the mattress didnt fit. So I called the store I bought it from, Missouri City. David answered and was so helpful! Not only did I keep this mattress and use it for my growing son, but I purchased the correct size mattress for my daughters room. Omg. You guys got to come to this place. The store manager is awesome and will try to give u the best option for u to have a good night sleep. The prices are great. I recommend financing everything because for value mattresses (300-500) u will be coming back and back to the store every 6mo. To a year. Spending the same amount of money u would have spent if u bought the best comfort ones. The monthly payments are great. U won’t regret it.

This location exceeded my expectations. My husband and I initially went to a different location back in May and a couple of weeks later it unexpectedly closed down and we still had no bed or bed frame (we had already paid for it)and no information what’s so ever about what happened. We went to this location asking for information and for help and Mr Trent Taylor was amazing!! He was so professional helping us in the mistakes another location made. He found out what happened to our mattress and told us it was out of stock at that point and would take over a month to get that specific one, we were sleeping in an air mattress so we were desperate for our bed. He accommodated us and let us choose another bed that we would get within the week. He was so helpful and I’m grateful we finally have our bed!! I 100% would come back to this location and recommend it to anyone needing a new mattress!

Wow. Where do i start? Rochelle was absolutely amazing and was so helpful. She was very knowledgeable about her job! She didnt try to upsale us or make us spend our money. She walked us through the process and helped us and encouraged us to make a good choice for us. She encouraged us to take our time. She let us decide without rushing us even though it was late. BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE HERE...even if you do they may not honor it - I purchased an adjustable bed base (Serta motion perfect 3) at Mattress1 ( on Black Friday) paid in full by visa. They called me an hour later and said they were voiding the sale because the price was too low. I still have my paid receipt showing delivery for thee following day. They say they want to earn your business and can essentially price match anything as long as it had the same functionality/features (didnt have to be the same brand). Online there was one for $1770 -14% at checkout so when she said she can do 1500, I thought great. JC Penney also had it on for $1898. When she called me to come back to the store, she apologized but said she had to void the sale. The district manager, Chris Johnson, spoke to me on the phone while I was there and said she is new. I asked if she wasnt competent why was she the only one working the store for the entire day but he didnt have an answer. He just said she was fully trained. I called their head office who also said they could not do anything for me and they are the best company in the business.

When my wife & I first went into Mattress One we were greeted by Joe, He helped us pick out multiple beds for our new home and stated he would be able to include 4 Pillows for the two new beds at $10 each, when they came to deliver we saw only 2 Pillows and a charge of $200!!!! $100 EACH!!At first I thought this could have been a mistake and called the Joe, he told me that they no longer had the special for the $10 Pillows and he decided to send us 2 Pillows @ $100 Each without our permission, I told him I understood but he should have let us know before charging us more for less and to also expect less when it was being delivered, he then promised me two pillows for no cost at all. After going weeks from not hearing from him and ignoring my call and then telling me to call corporate I have finally had it. I just wanted a simple answer which is exactly what I told him.This is not about the money, it is about the principle. Joe tried to blow us off and not deal with the situation. This company does not stand by what they say. The endless lies of they are being sent from the warehouse & you should have them by now should have been a warning that this man was willing to say anything to make a sale.GO TO A REPUTABLE MATTRESS STORE THAT HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR YEARS NOT THIS WANNA BE THAT IS POPPING UP IN THE CORNER OF SHOPPING CENTERS!!!!- H.
