Called at 4:45pm to see if they did state inspections. Was told yes. I then asked if they would be able to do one for me this evening. I was told as long as I was there before 6pm they would. I immediately left my house after getting off the phone and arrived at 5:20pm. The lady at the front desk was rude to me when I said I was there for an inspection. She rudely informed me the inspectors leave at 5pm. I explained i called and was told to be there before 6pm and she was just completely rude. It’s okay that they leave at 5 but whoever is answering their phones needs to be giving out the correct information. I was also not a rude to them so there was no reason for her to be rude to me. I was considering this location for upcoming service I need done to my vehicle but after being spoken to the way I was, I will not be returning for any reason.

Management for this location needs to retrain their employees on customer service. The lady working up front is extremely rude. She has no clue how to be professional. I witnessed her talk rudely to a handicap customer and to myself, plus every customer to follow... The staff needs to understand it’s customers that generate revenue for this establishment. There’s absolutely no reason to speak to someone rudely. Maintaining professionalism is key in a service based industry. Hope management takes action on this and doesn’t just give a generic response to a Google review.
I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. I was given a fair estimate of time it would take to complete the job. I waited for my car vs. leaving. My appointment was at 8am and they finished earlier than stated. I was outta there around 9:30am. They are ALWAYS busy. I suggest that you call first and schedule early. I brought work with me to occupy my time, because the wait can be longer than estimate at times. Pricing are fair.
I brought my car in today for an oil change and state emissions test. They indicated it would take 1 hour and it has been an ordeal to say the least. They came to me and told me my windshield wipers didn’t work and said I needed to replace them. As I continued to wait I overheard the store manager ordering more windshield wiper motors... sounds suspicious! This place deserves 1 star and is a shame to the Firestone name! Beware and avoid this location.
Came in with an appointment to replace a blown headlight bulb. Even though I had to wait a few days because they were booked and busy (I mean, 9a and they looked like a dealership there were so many cars!) The guys were great and got me in and out in less than 30 mins! Was NOT Aa fan of the $85 bill but it needed to be done.

Before she even answered the question I was told they are too busy for me today and the guys won’t be able to leave on time if they worked on my vehicle. They close at 7pm which I understand can be busy but it shouldn’t seem like I’m inconveniencing them with my business. Thanks for nothing!

Arrived at Firestone early morning for an oil change and to check fluids. Firestone decided to place a mix match tire on my vehicle WITHOUT contacting me. Did they have my phone number? Yes. I also provided very specific instructions for the services I was there for to Jonathan. I’m very disappointed they they’d make this decision seemingly because it’s a fleet vehicle. No, Firestone, you don’t get to make that decision.My advice is to NEVER leave your vehicle here for service. If you have to leave, take your vehicle with you. They may decide to run up your total.

I am totally flabbergasted this Firestone Represenative refused to sell me a less expensive tire for my car he insisted on selling me a more expensive tire this is the second time this location insisted on up selling services I do not need. Buyers BEWARE and always get a second opinion.
I always take my vehicles to Firestone Complete Auto Care in Missouri City TX because theyre the best. I usually wait right there while my car is being worked on and they always get it done in good time with high quality and are very informative about what theyre doing.
I referred my 75 year old, cancer stricken mother to this Firestone to just get the basic oil change for her 2011 Nissan Versa, not thinking that I would need to call ahead to assure that they wouldnt cheat her; they did! She ended up paying $53 for an oil change that should have cost less than $30 with the discount. I found out afterwards and called the store manager; he claimed that they did a good job. I do not recommend this store and Im quitting Firestone after 41 years of giving them my business. Done.

Other than the fact they were completely packed, it was a pleasant experience. The gentleman at this Firestone were very professional and very well mannered. Due to my long wait and a understanding mix up the comped me my tire maintenance and oil change. I am very grateful. Thank you

Horrible customer service. I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour to install 1 tire and it ended up taking 3 hours. After waiting for an hour and a half, I went up to ask how much longer it would take. The service advisor (Rose) told me in a condescending tone that I was the next one up and to relax. On top of that, I purchased the tire at the Veterans Affairs canteen and the work order was sent to their office. Rose claimed they never received the work order and had me pay for everything again. As I was leaving I had a gut feeling that they didnt check for it so I went back into the store and insisted that they look for it again. Service manager Christopher claimed he had not seen it and walks into the back and says Oh wait, here it is. 3 hours to install 1 tire and having to deal with incompetent and arrogant staff. I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone. Firestone needs to reconsider some of the individuals working for them.
I dislike this place but I also like it at the same time so one time I brought our car in and they fixed it or at least they said they fixed it they didnt really fix everything that we sent them to and when we drove the car it broke out
It was a late Sunday afternoon. Their lobby In parking lot was packed. I was worried because my tire on my truck was wobbling. I’ve had the same thing happen on a car and the tire actually came off in caused an accident.The nice lady at the counter explained that she had no more appointments for today. When I explained my fear, she asked me to pull in front of the store and Immediately had one of my technicians to check out my vehicle. I found out that I needed a tire but it could wait till tomorrow.This type of service and compassion unfortunately is very rare. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a tire blowout a few weeks ago and the remaining 3 tires looked like they were due for a replacement. A buddy of mine referred me specifically to this location and I couldnt have been happier with the results. I drove 20 miles from my home to this location and really glad I did. Got a great deal on new tires, advice on routine maintenance, and I felt like I was very well taken care of.
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They offer good advice and always solve the problem.
I scheduled a 11AM appointment for a alignment and tire rotation. I called 2 1/2 hours later and they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. Upon arrival 3 hours later the store manager comes and ask me for wheel locks to do the rotation. After I got mad cause my vehicle was not ready the store manager told me to take my keys and never come back. I drove off and realized the alignment not the rotation was not done. That’s why he told me he wouldn’t charge me cause he knew the work was not done.... way to go store manager great customer service! 😞
It was such a great experience coming to this place. Within 2 minutes of me explaining what was going on with my car they knew exactly what was wrong and they were absolutely correct. Even with my weird way of trying to describe what was happening to my car while I was driving. This staff is not just a group of people working at a car shop I learned this is a group of people that absolutely loves cars and briefly had really informative conversation about engines and the future of engines. 10 stars!

Disorganized. Not trustworthy and unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble. Brake job costing over $1400 completed after I was told I needed it. Only for their own tech to tell me, when I returned with the same issue, that I did not need a brake job and my brakes had actually been in god condition. Disgusting and immoral.
Love these guys (lady too)! I am a complicated customer (I may have to buy one tire at a time:-). Everytime I show up, I ask them to pull magic out of their back pockets. Sometimes they can do the amazing and sometimes they have restrictions, however I sing their praises because they always try to fix my issues with quality work, integrity, and caring... Excellent car care at competitive prices.
Never use this place. They are always overbooked and having an appointment is pointless! Sat for over an hour and my car never moved and I had an appointment. I will be telling my company they need to look at other providers for oil changes because this is ridiculous.

I have not had any actual work done here. I have been twice for state inspection though. The people arent super outgoing but they are nice and very accommodating. I was in a hurry to get back to work and did not read the fine print when making an appointment online, they still honored it and had me out the door in 20 minutes. I will likely return for other stuff in the future.

Firestone hooked me up with a brand new set of tires. They had a sale going on. If you spend at least $500, you get $100 off. I shopped around and found this to be the best offer of all of the tire places. I did have to wait a little while since I did not have an appointment. They did work me in. The staff was very pleasant and courteous. Upon completion of the job, they gave me my recommended services. Besides the wait time, it was an overall good experience. I ended up getting a nail in one of my tires and they gladly repaired it.
They are very friendly and patience even I come in very late.They did a good job on doing my oil change. they take a good good on my car and points several things that needs to be fixed and patch my tire (which already has a screw in)Nicely done

I was visiting Missouri City (from Dallas area) when the Engine light came on and I described what was happening. I have a QX80 and prior to looking at it they mentioned that it might need to go to the dealer to be fixed and they knew I was from out of town and need to get back within a day. I was expecting the worse!!! They called and told me the problem and fixed it for the price of the analysis/diagnosis...less than 100 dollars. They could have easily taken me...but they didnt. Most honest group of mechanics. I will always go back to them
I have been visiting this place since 2015. One thing I have to say is that the quality of their tiers is not good. I have been asked to change tires well before the waranty period in terms of miles driven or even years. I always have to ask for pro-rata discount. This has happened with their battery also. So i would be skeptical about their parts.
Very prompt diagnosis and the work was done right. They have great rates.. l trust them on all my vehicles and Im picky about my vehicles. Recommended!
Everytime I visit this location for something as simple as an oil change they are understaffed. I have visited many times but I do not plan to visit again. I entered on a week day this last week and the estimated wait time for an oil change was three hours. There are cars parked in virtually every space and we often have to park in a lane of traffic because there are too many cars stacked up waiting either to receive service or be picked up. I am not sure which. Either way I recommend going somewhere else because you can expect an exceptionally long wait if you visit this location. For complex repairs, you could be waiting a couple of weeks of more. When I visited they had all of the bays open but only two mechanics were working.
Mario was very helpful in explaining the recommendations for my Jeep. Took in my vehicle for inspection that would take 2hours.. an hour and a half later my inspection AND oil change was done! Always a pleasant experience when I come.

After discovering that my vehicle had some possible tire issues, one of the workers took it for a test drive. He drove off and came back into the parking lot and the whole tire came off damaging the front fender leaving me with a thousand dollar bill. I understand that they didnt work on the car yet, but to take no responsibility is just wrong. Im grateful that the worker or I wasnt hurt, because it couldve been worse. Im patiently trying to resolve this matter. Of course, I wont return or recommend anyone to this location.

Very nice service advisors, unfortunately the mechanics are slow, really slow. 2 hours to get the wheels balanced and rotated, and thats with an appointment. Drove it on highway next day and steering wheel was shaking heavily at speeds over 65mph. Had to go back in to get them rebalanced and was told that it would take upwards of 2 hours because I didnt have an appointment!!! I guess its my fault for them not doing the job right the first time. Im a long time customer of this location, bought tires for 2 cars here and regularly balance and rotate tires here but Im going to take my business to the Discount Tire shop nearby.

The agent asked me to pay something is free under the law, when he insisted I asked him to call the police because I’m sure it’s free, then he said sorry and you can go boss. It’s difficult to manage with people like him. That’s not all what happened, so I need to contact with his manager to understand what is happening
Dropped off vehicle at 9am for standard alignment. Was told it would be ready for pickup by noon. Called at 3pm as no one had gotten back to me and was told at that time that it would be ready by 4.30pm. Called back again at 5pm and they told me they were not able to work on the vehicle as they were getting ready to close for the day. The promised me they would work on it first thing the next day (which they finally did)... Nearly 24 hrs after the drop off. Very disappointing at the lack of communication and urgency.

This place is a joke went in on 4/11/19 replaced the battery went back in on 2/20 they told me I needed a Alternator replaced that went back on 10/20 having same problem they said they couldnt find anything wrong with it toke my car to dealer they told me it was the Alternator again it was not good

Mr Keenan Barnett did a really good job inspecting my 08 Camry and was very professional and very helpful and really knows what he’s doing. Definitely recommend speaking to Keenan if it’s your first time at this Firestone location.
I hardly ever write reviews but this was a horrible experience. I was a first time customer of Firestone. I told the technician that I possibly needed an alignment because my car starts to wobble when I drive 40 mph or more, and Id like that fixed. He proceeded to tell me that I needed a balance and rotation instead. I trusted his expertise and went along with his advice. After paying for the service, I asked him if my car was still going to wobble. He said yes because I needed the CV axles replaced, which he never mentioned until I asked. I asked him if I even needed the balance and rotation, he said not really.After leaving there, the trunk of my car would not open from my key, the inside panel, glovebox or the emergency trunk button. When I took it back, another technician sarcastically told me twice, that they didnt need to go into my trunk to rotate my tires. He obviously didnt believe that it could possibly be their fault. I have had my car for over five years and have never been unable to open my trunk until leaving Firestone. He then rudely tells me that it would take half a day for them to get to my vehicle because there was a line. This was on a Sunday morning, I was there when he unlocked the door.

Showed up for a flat tire replacement that was under road hazard warranty, the guy lost my car keys at first and then 2.5hrs I get a call that my car is ready and when I show up, nothing had been done and i was told that they made a mistake and were suppose to call me to inform me I would need a new tire, which I obviously knew what the issue was! Had to wait another 40 mins for them to replace it!

My tire blew out and they were the closest store. They were so kind to put my spare on (at no charge) so I could get home with my toddler. I didnt even buy a new tire there, they were just nice.
Horrible mechanic and 400% mark up on parts. Had to return vehicles back 3 times for shabby work and now my regular mechanic is replacing another part because simple work wasnt done properly.
I was told it would be 15 minutes before they looked at my truck but instead it was almost an hour and no one moved my truck in the bay. I watched a few people just walk around and help other people that came in after me
Was hoping this would be a good experience, but was really unimpressed that I scheduled an alignment for my jeep, drove a fair distance to bring it in, just to be told they wont touch it because its slightly lifted (2.5). Ive never run into a shop that has this policy. If thats your policy, PLEASE clarify this with your customers over the phone first when they call for the service.

Made appointment for alignment on BMW. Brought the car in & was told shop does not do alignment for BMW & Mercedes. (1) What kind of auto shop does NOT do alignment on old BMW? (2) If it does not do alignment on BMW, then call to inform customer about it so that they did have to waste their time, the appointment specifically stated cars Made/Model/Year. (3) When customer arrived, the rep did NOT even want to talk to. Did NOT ask if customer need help or not.

Short story: This location is a scam (HEIDI).I took my car to get a my car aligned without a appointment but I didn’t mind the wait. The person that took care of me is named HEIDI and told me the wait till he 2-3 hours because they have a couple of appointments ahead of me. She called me back 2 hours later telling me that I was missing bushings, both struts are bad, battery is low, window wipers are bad, and air filter is dirty. She told me she can’t do the aligning because it won’t hold and I had to go pick it up. She gave me a recommendation of what to get that ended up being being $1,222.59. So then I took my car to the pearland location on broadway and they did it without appointment but the wait was 3 hours to get to mine. They called me and told me that it’s done and I asked if anything was wrong with my car. The guy name Jose told nothing is wrong with my car! Well done Pearland location and shame for Missouri Firestone for trying to ripoff people that has lifetime alignment.
I visited the location today and a tire was replaced and charged to my company without my permission! This location is pure unethical in its practices. When I asked about it, I was told they had too! Actually, you didn’t, my company approves only what the driver approves and you all didn’t ask me!

3 years ago I had my subaru at the dealership for weeks due to a stalling issue decided to pick it up and took it to this location since a neighbor recomended it to me ..the mechanic (miguel) figured it out in less than 3 hours ever since then i took my cars there, i was there last saturday for an alignment and was informed that he no longer works there i decided to still do the alignment (big mistake) the steering wheel is off center and still pulls to one side there is no way they didnt see that while test driving it..im so disapointed!

Went here for a state inspection. They said I would have to replace my wiper blades or would fail the inspection. I was surprised since these were not too old genuine Honda blades that were functioning perfectly without a streak. I asked to see what the issue was, so they took me out and showed me how a very small part of the rubber had separated at the edges of just one blade. I insisted they replace only the one blade with the issue instead of paying Firestone price + labor for a pair. DPS does say that any rubber-blade separation is grounds for rejection but in the approx 45 min I was there, I heard them bring up the wiper blade issue with multiple guests who were there for an inspection. Maybe it was coincidence, but if youre going here for an inspection make sure you look at your blades very closely and take a pic before you drive in. And if they ask you to replace the blades be sure to inspect if both require replacement or just one.
