Absolutely the best customer service I’ve experienced! I wasn’t expecting such a friendly, helpful encounter this morning when I arrived, boxless and labeless, with a pair of boots to ship. The gentleman at the counter measured my boots, found me the right size box (and even trimmed it down so the boots fit perfectly!), taped it up, and helped me print my label. I’m so used to the rushed and stressful feeling of USPS— long lines with eye rolls and attitudes if I forget my tape and/or marker. Thanks UPS for starting my day off seamlessly.. and with a smile!

Ive only had positive experiences at this location--the only one Ive used since living in Missoula. Even when theyre busy with a line, which is often, the staff are so polite and helpful.

Jerri the manager is extremely put off by any requests. Unlike any ups store I’ve ever stepped foot in. She tried over charging us for pre paid returns and her co-worker had to come over to our rescue. Her customer service skills needs work if she is going to be the manager there. I will never mail anything out at this location again…

They hustled to make sure my package was sent out on time! I was in a hurry and showed up at this location at 4:53pm with a over night package that needed to go out at 5:00pm. The truck driver was already there loading his truck and almost ready to leave. They quickly got my package scanned and physically ran the package out to the truck to make sure it did not leave without it! My package then arrived at its destination the next morning. Great job UPS!

Hilariously enough, I made this account specifically because I was in the store on Friday and a young man was being extremely rude with the staff about an Amazon return, so I wanted to make sure they felt loved afterward. Ive been coming here for my Amazon returns and reading my instructions given to me by a completely different company and have had no problems, but apparently some people cant read. This UPS Store has been extremely helpful. Sorry you have to deal with dumb, mean people.

I really like this UPS store. The two girls are fast and efficient. Even if theres a line, I feel like it moves quickly. Ive worked in customer service for a long time and know how tough it is. These guys put up with alot without going crazy. Im very impressed. They are very friendly considering how busy it is

Really love this location. Ive been to other UPS stores, but the girls at this one are so chatty and friendly. Shipping is always really stressful for me but they made the whole experience so enjoyable! Great rapport with customers! Will definitely be getting my repeat business

Also have the experience of not getting all of my mail, and having to wait while the staff has personal conversations instead of being efficient and respectful of customers time.That particular workplace would benefit from some diversity. It seems like a sorority of college-aged girls instead of a business. I dont think the employees there presence there seriously as an actual job.And handling mail? Is extremely serious.

Very disappointed with my experience here today. I needed to print a shipping label and was told it would be $3.10 just to print a piece of paper. No explanation and staff was very terse. On my way out, I followed up and learned that its only $0.10 per page for printing, but $3.00 to use the computer to access the document. $3.00 to use their computer for 2 minutes? Not a very customer-friendly policy, and the staff could have been much more helpful in providing an explanation and not blowing me off.Update: Based on their response below, they are completely oblivious to the fact that the $3.00 charge is barely an issue compared to the way I have been treated as a customer in this store. Any attempt to obtain an explanation from them about their policies results in combative and condescending behavior from the staff.And yes, while you have the right to charge for your services, I have the right to express dissatisfaction with the price.

Came in to see if my package that was supposed to go my doorstep got rerouted here. I was asked if the note said this address or another address, I said I didnt quite remember. The other clerk who was helping someone else was good natured.The clerk that helped me asked what my name was, I started to spell it out for her and I was interrupted and curtly told to go to the other store. Not appreciated.Three stars because theyve been helpful in the past and told me where to go this time. Despite being an interruption.

Theres a reason UPS spells OOPS.DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY AT THIS LOCATION. FOR YEARS THEY HAVE BEEN COMMITTING FRAUD AND SELLING SERVICES THAT UPS DOES NOT OFFER.Good morning Theo,Heres the receipt for payment and the shipment details. When I tracked the package, it was re-routed to a UPS access point. Despite being re-routed, it still shouldnt have been released to anyone except XXXXXX XXXXXX. I apologize for the frustration this has caused! I will be looking for answers during the claim process.-MackThis is what ups has on their website. No direct signature required option. If youve been selling this as an option for years, you have been selling the wrong stuff, and not actually providing this service since it is not available from ups.Let me know what you find out from ups when you can. Thank you.-TheoYou are completely correct. I apologize profusely. For years, I was under the impression that signature required was, in fact, direct signature required as opposed to their direct adult signature required which I assumed was the option available for any adult in the household to collect. I called UPS and they have clarified that this is incorrect.-MackAfter going into the store and requesting a refund because UPS does not offer this service where only the person on the shipping label can recieve the package: the store became very hostile, began using our great Lord Jesus Christs name in vein, they took my amazon packages I had already dropped off with them, and threw them violently back on the counter saying they wont be shipping anything for me.I said those packages are already in your possession you need to ensure that they are delivered back to amazon.I said its not worth this time, you need to issue me a refund because you sold me a service you dont offer, and these family heirlooms were intercepted by a family member and it was not delivered as I had paid, directly to the person on the shipping label.At this point, I am invoicing this store for my total purchase price of the shipment, and we will go from there for legal matters. The emails I have from the store blatantly shows they were in the wrong, and should not have sold services they dont provide.For your safety and the safety of the packages you want sent, DO NOT SHIP HERE.P.s. only FedEx offers true direct signature conformation. I found this out after the fact, but UPS does not offer this as a service, and dont let this store lie to you take your money and not ship the package according to the services they claimed to sell.

My go-to for shipping. Prices are fair and many options are offered, and they often help find ways to save money that I wasnt aware of. Wait times are far less than the post office, and customer service is excellent.

I sent a package to my grandmother in Florida, when she got it the box was smashed. Teo days later my credit card was charged by UPS. I called them and they said my measurements where wrong. The box said12x12x12. Tell me why it was charged as a 13x13 inch box. Luckily the stuff I sent her a sweater, but still. Either take better care of my packages or dont charge me when you crush them... Fedex is where its at.

Bad service. Failing to give me all of my mail is the norm. The service is so bad in fact, I have my roommate pick up my packages for me now Everytime because the girls there dont give him as hard a time. (Alarming they have never asked for ID and hes not on my box). Although, they still fail to give him all my packages almost EVERY time I have mail. I have made two complaints about it so far but nothing is ever done about it. Also very irritating how much personal conversations are taking place amongst the girls as well as their visitors at work, in such a busy business. Wait times can be very frustrating.
