Went to buy a office chair I saw online on business website.the chair priced at 79.99 save 70bucks.could only buy it in the store.asked the clerk about said chair.they didn’t have it in the color that the picture showed.the same type of chair was in its spot and only thing was it was in black and they wanted 99.99.I asked them.why not give me the chair for the price I saw it online at when it said I could buy it in store?there was no tan or cream colored chair.they wouldn’t honor the sale price on the same chair different color.I said,I will check at Costco and/or Best Buy then.(in hopes they would have reconsidered?)I don’t know if management would have been any better handling the situation or if the clerk was manager?I ended up getting the chair I wanted despite I went to Walmart.point is if this staples continues to not work with the customers when they are out of a certain product.they shouldn’t be upset or any business that is if customers tend to shop more at home or go to other places to give business.this location can do better.the visit was June 24 at around 6pm.
Montana needs to go away, when whiteout is only available here thatsindless
They list the regular price of the shredder I bought for $239.99 in-store and as $219.99 on their website... So which is it? And then on sale for $199.94 in-store and for $179.99 on their website... Why do I have to price check these crooked stores on their own websites? These dishonest pricing policies are put in place to gouge the average consumer and shows how little these retailers think of their customers.
I didnt catch their names but this guy in there was great.. He took his time and spent just about 2 hours this morning to get my printer connected to my phone.. everything works good now and would come back again
I really have to give this Staples a five star because they just have everything right. I have been here a couple of times and always had great customer service! From the store manager to the cashiers. Just this last time I had a gift card that wouldnt scan and the cashier and the store manager both had patiences with me, and were able to get it to work. Very professional and friendly people. The store is so neat; I mean clean! I never have any trouble finding what I need. Awesome atmosphere!
Watch your price when you check out. I have caught them multiple times trying to charge full price on sales items at check out. When I’ve mentioned that they have the price wrong it’s like a hostage exchange to get them to correct it. Shop elsewhere.
Staples has virtually everything that I need for my home office, as well as a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Their prices are almost as low as those that you would find online, especially when you consider shipping costs and delivery time. They are my first and only stop in town for office supplies and most small computer parts.
I was so surprised walking into staples. I had located two employees before i made it in the door and was warmly greeted by another employee upon entering. They were speedy cordial and efficient at helping to direct me to where i needed to go to get my list completed and made my visit hassel free. The staff was patient while we explained our needs and on top of their game while I walked my shy kid through steps of talking with people to get a job done where you have to talk to people. Wonderful experience all the way around!
Since closing their other stores and moving into this smaller space, the retail/box store really has limited inventory and limited usefulness, in my opinion. The staff are okay, the stuff is fine, its just that youll find much better and often cheaper options elsewhere. Its good for standard office stuff, so you can get in and out quick for that.
Absolutely the worst experience with a company like Staples. The employees refused to give me a cash refund and wouldn’t help me with my refund unless I took a store gift card. I have my receipt, no issues with the product but they say because I made the purchase with a “prepaid debit card” it’s a different currency than a “debit card” and that the money on the prepaid debit card was “not mine” I had to take a store gift card or nothing. I don’t have the original form of payment anymore because I had to report a fraudulent transaction and the card was canceled. Being treated this way when I spent my hard earned money on something I no longer need and not able to get that money back is beyond absurd! Staples return policy online even states when paid with a card in store I can get cash for my return as long as I have my receipt which I do!
Service was fine, and it was just another visit to an office supply store. The young man who helped me the day before bent over backwards to help me with an exchange and return. Very good service.
Friendly service. Employees always right there asking if you need any help. Good prices today. I wish there was one on the other side of town.
I brought what I thought was a dead computer monitor in for Staples techie to check. He plugged it in and put his thumb on the switch embedded in the base. The light came on. I had nudged a switch I never deal with because I turn it on every morning with a master power block. The guy checked my power cord. All was well. No charge. Staples techs are the best.
I have been using the Print Center @ both Staples in Missoula for the last few years- the service is great & the quality is even better. The sales associates are always so kind & willing to help out! I love working with them & will always recommend to other business professionals in the community.
The staff was not helpful and seemed to be preoccupied, I just felt like they didnt want business.
Very helpful and friendly employees. Im big on customer service and I was very pleased.
Great customer service, always, but esp just now. I bought a printer that wouldnt do the job and they took it back and let me upgrade even though for various reasons I was beyond the return date (had never opened the carton. had assumed that the advice Id gotten earlier had been correct..but some places wont bend on stuff like that.) Ive been a customer for a long time and will continue to be.
One of my favorites. I can find almost anything there.
The girls that works in the copy and print center are amazing. They fix any mistakes and help walk you through ANY print project. I continue to go back because of the customer services.
Most of the employees were very nice! But at the check out we waited about 2 minuets while the cashier sat on the counter playing on her phone...
These ppl are very helpful and meet your office needs.
Staples is the office supply store for me. They have great products and even nicer, more helpful people!! Cant be beat, larry@ Lighthouse
HORRIBLE customer service! Was not even greeted with a friendly hello, but theyve already shipped, youre using the wrong package and what are you telling me you dont have an ID??!?! Not even a Costco card?!? Not to mention that upon paying the bill and asking for the store manager I was told MAKE sure you get my name right! I simply replied that I had her card and she said MAKE sure you spell it right, my last name is V-I-G-I-L! Another manager came up and I said that her behavior was unacceptable and that I only inquired about the managers name, she looked at me and said I did not say anything to her!! Her business card only has her first name, pretty sure I wouldnt lie about this but she apparently made certain that I not only looked like a fool for not having an ID to ship when I have a business account but hen a liar when I said her behavior was not acceptable with telling me to get her name right! Will NEVER use this store again, my heart hurts and I feel so humiliated and belittled.
The sales associates are always so kind & willing to help out...By far one the smallest I have ever been in.
Manager Scott and staff were great to deal with.
They charged me $50 to send 20 pages via fax to a toll free number! That is so far beyond excessive and left me with an awful taste in my mouth. I will never be a customer again.
Vwry helpful when i had an issue with my replacement printer all professional and courteous
Worst customer service ever. Sales associate told me they didnt have what I wanted, my friend who lives 3 states away got online while I was in the store and directed me to what I needed. Girl at checkout sat in a chair while she waited on me, drank out of her water bottle and stretched over from her chair and made me stretch and reach for my receipt. I teach customer service, I would fire them all.
Quick, easy to find what I needed. Helpful staff.
Very small, but glad we still have a staples store. Staff is friendly for most part.
Only place in town, that I know of, that carries ink cartridges for my antique fountain pen.
Fine. Staff was able to answer questions. Thanks.
Sean from the IT counter helped me buy and load my new office chair. Great service.
No customer service and printing from your device will not work because their internet does not work

Awful selection! For the most part customer service is alright. But I run a small business in town and I can never find the items I need! I just brought them my toner cartridge to replace and they couldnt help me!I will never go back, not when we all have amazon at our fingertips...
Printer ink was bad. Given a replacement, no questions asked.
