From the phone call to the technicians to the replacement parts along with the great attitude and top notch service. When it was over I didn’t feel like I had made a mistake I felt like it was a good decision. I recommend Overhead Door to anyone with garage door needs.

On a very short notice, i needed a truck roll-up door AND a bay door in the shop repaired. Within a couple hours, a crew showed up and fixed (not just patches like previous attempts by others) the shop door and after dropping the truck off their shop, it was done just as fast! I understand certain times are busier than others now days, but these guys will definitely be getting more of our business!

I accidentally clipped and bent one track of our overhead farm shop door with a truck and trailer full of hay while my husband was out of town for a week. Rather than take grief from him when he got back, I called the overhead guys to come and fix it before he returned. Sean (owner) was amazing and since his guys were headed out of town for a big job, came out himself to take care of my little job (which was a big emergency for me!), did super quality work and charged a more than reasonable price. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. Would recommend him and his crew a thousand times over!

I took out a garage door at work with a forklift, did a pretty good job of ripping it down. But these dudes showed up and put it all back together in like ten minutes! My boss didn’t see anything and I still have my job! Thanks guys!!

Our overhead door broke with the car inside the garage. I called Overhead Door and they were there within an hour and fixed it. Prompt, courteous and good work.

These guys are awesome. We have used them twice now, both times were a great experience. Most recently, we accidentally backed the car into the back of our brand new garage door (dont ask!) and thought we would need to replace a panel. They showed up and were able to pop it back into place good as new, no charge!! Super impressed with their service and they clearly stand behind their products (and their customers!) I will be recommending them to everyone I know, THANKS OVERHEAD!

Called on a Monday I believe, asked for someone to come out and give me an estimate on a door replacement for my business. Shawn told me someone would be out later that week. Thursday rolls around and I hadnt heard from or seen anyone from Overhead doors. So I contacted Shawn again. He assured me someone would be out Soon. Still no call, no show. So I just spent my money at another local business that gave a quote the same day I called them.

I called Monday morning for a garage door repair. A guy name Shawn answered and said he would be there by the end of the day... no call no show. I called Tuesday and Shawn answered again and had no idea who I was, but rebooked the appointment and said he would be there by the end of the day (again)... no call no show. I called Wednesday and once again Shawn answered and didnt know who I was. I just hung up and ordered the parts to repair it myself. Pathetic service.

Terrible customer service, called Monday was told they would be out either Wed/Thurs. Called midday Thursday and was told they would not make it out, would be out around noon Friday. Called at 1:30pm Friday and was told they would be there before 3pm. They never showed and never called. Guess they werent interested in the business, just wished they would have told me that on Monday. Wasted three days waiting for them to (not) show up. Horrible!

Ordered door and paid half. Waited a month. Called they forgot to order. Wait another month. Called they forgot to order again! Terrible service!

Shawn was extremely knowledgable and assisted me with my Genie overhead garage door opener in a professional friendly manner!

Terrible customer service. Called several times and got vague promises of service and in the end, they NEVER did call me back to schedule repair on my garage door. Went to Garage Door Guys and got excellent customer service and prompt repairs above and beyond what I ever expected!! Do yourself a favor and go directly to Garage Door Guys!!!

Contacted them for a bid on a 12 x 12 door and never heard back from them they may do good work but do you really want to deal a company cant return a call
