NationServe actually answered the phone when I called instead of like other companies where the call goes to voicemail and the call is never returned. The person I talked to at NationServe was very courteous and helpful and had a technician come to my house the next morning to fix my garage door. The only slight downside, is the confusion between using NationServe and Wayne Dalton names.

We needed to replace 3 panels in our garage door that were damaged. We first spoke with Shawn to get information and he was very helpful. Rob followed up with me and after sending him pictures of our door he was able to order the panels. We had family coming from back east in a few weeks and Rob made sure we could get the doors before they arrived. He scheduled the repair for the day after the panels could arrive. I was called that the panels had arrived and Scott was scheduled to come the next day. Scott arrived at 7:30 the day my family arrived and all repairs were done by 9:30. Scott was great in getting everything done in such a short timeframe to allow us to get to airport to pick them up. I would recommend Nation Service for your garage doors or repairs, they were great to work with.

I rate them 5 stars for promptness, efficiency and excellent work. I purchased a set of garage doors in 2017. Great on price customer relations and installation. I backe into the door this past winter. I called them on a wekend and they returned my call early Monday morning. THe repair was scheduled and completed within 4 hours.
