After waiting for a new garage door from another company since January of 2021, and being given the run around repeatedly…I finally contacted Garage Door Guys. They are FANTASTIC!!! While it still took awhile to get the door in (not their fault, just slow shipping and delays due to Covid etc), they remained in contact with me giving me regular updates, and when it came in (less than a month), they made every effort to get it installed quickly so our home would be ready for appraisal and inspection for the sale of our house. I believe the door came in on Tuesday and it was installed by Thursday the same week. They are responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. And our new door looks great too!!!! Highly recommend!!Just had Mark & Clint install an opener for a 14 ft. RV bay. Fast, professional and making sure everything was the way I wanted it. Set opening height, programmed the openers for both the old and the new; explained the controls etc. Worked well as a team and were very personable. Certainly lived up to the expectations I had after working with both Sarah and Keith on the admin side.

When I purchased a low clearance overhead garage door from Lowe’s, it was hard to find somebody to install it. Kevin offered to look at it and even stopped by to advise my contractor when he had not sold us the door or was to be paid. A crew of two polite professionals installed new garage doors at my home yesterday. They took a look around and got the work done in an amazingly short time. These guys are amazing! We had a real estate closing and the garage door was not functioning properly. Everyone was booked out for the next few days however the Garage Door Guys took the time to walk my husband through the process of resetting over the phone and it now works just fine! Just got off the phone with Garage Door Guy and wish I had never called. Got yelled at and hung up on. Very unprofessional. Doors not yet installed and now worried about what kind of job they will do. Been waiting weeks for doors to get installed. Finally coming to install two and waiting longer for third. Blamed contractor and supplier and probably me now.

I called around 2pm, they called back within 30 minutes, scheduled me the next day, Mark their repair guy came out, fixed springs, and noticed my door had a weak spot which he fixed as well. Highly recommend Garage Door Guys! Oh and I didnt have to take out a small loan to fix it.

As a manager of service people in another industry, I know what it is to have good service. Having the Garage Door Guys repair the broken springs on my door was the best decision I could have made. They were punctual, went right with work, had all the parts with them for the repair, and less than 20 minutes later had the repair complete and were on their way. I want to preface this by saying that the installers did a great job hanging two separate doors. But Id summarize the work of GDG by saying: Great Install, Poor Service.Dont look to them around the holidays starting anywhere from October through late December... and dont look to them for a custom-sized door. You will hear every excuse. Your project will be left out in the cold because they wont give you a quote in a timely manner, theyll change the invoice from not needing advance payment, doors wont be ordered, and all of a sudden youll need to provide 1/2 the money as a down payment (contrary to earlier invoices and phone conversations where youve explicitly asked Do you want money ahead of time?).

I called at 7 AM to request service for the broken spring on my garage door opener (car stuck in garage). They had a fella at my house by 8:30, and the door was repaired and working by 9:30. Such great customer service! And nice people to boot. Highly recommend.

Kevin and his crew came to my house when they said theyd be there, and performed the necessary repairs quickly and cleanly. A few days later Kevin provided some tech support over the phone that helped me make an adjustment to the system without having to get them out for another service call. A month after that, a roller bearing gave out. The Garage Door Guys came right out and replaced the roller in no time. Kevin wouldnt let me pay him! I will continue to recommend Garage Door Guys to all my friends. Theyre professional, competitive, and know the importance of communication. It doesnt hurt they they have a great sense of humor and are just fun to work with.

My garage door started acting up and I decided to call the Garage Door Guys and honestly regret it. Not only did they never call me back to set up a time to actually meet (I had to call them, twice, to do that), but their attitude when they did show up was not inviting nor professional. Also, their fee to basically spray WD-40 on my door and tell me my opener is getting older (yep, knew that...), all in about 10 minutes, was ridiculous. To top it off, I just received an invoice for said bill that I paid the day off. Not looking forward to having to deal with that! Definitely going elsewhere next time.

Rarely do I provide reviews but these folks and this business are absolutly impressive. I called them this past week to look at a garage door at one of our rentals. They promtly scheduled a technician to look at it the same day and quickly diangosed the problem. By the next day the problem was solved...new opener installed..and they communicated efficiently through out the process; which made coordination on my end simple. To top it off, the final bill was exactly as quoted.In addition to their efficiency, these people were pleasant, communicative, and responsive. To me, Customer Service is one of the most important (and sadly, most often lacking) elements in todays business climate. I will gladly pay for being treated fairly, pleasantly, and for expertise in an area beyond my own; but rarely do I experience this anymore. The Customer Service of this company, along with the quickness and quality of their work was, very simply, IMPRESSIVE. I will defintely use them when the need arises in the future and I offer a very strong recommendation for their services.

A garage door breaking is like chipping a tooth. You know you need to get it fixed, but dread getting the bill. Our old, rickety garage door came off the rails and I thought I was going to need to buy a whole new door setup.
