I took my wife’s ring to be resized with somewhat of a crunch time. Unsure if the timeline was even doable, Kari had the ring back to me a whole day earlier than expected. Polished and good as new. My wife loves how the ring fits and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this place for a quick turnaround and excellent goldsmithing abilities!!

Sadly disappointed with our service from here. My fiancé brought my ring into fix and it ended up taking a lot longer than quoted as well costed a lot more than quoted. At that point we should have sent it else where - that’s our mistake! I really wish they would’ve told us that repairing hand made jewelry is not their specialty. They thought the finish of the jewelry was dirt and made it look completely different as well as the ring is waaay too big for me now - falls right off. Luckily the original maker (who doesn’t make jewelry anymore) is fixing it for us!! I’m sure gem jewelers is great for other things and they sell beautiful jewelry! but for resizing/repairing handmade silversmith jewelry I would look elsewhere. (:

Kari was amazing from start to finish. She helped me solidify my ring design and then crafted something that I am proud to give to my fiancée. She went above and beyond all of my expectations, absolutely lovely place.

I walked in GEM Jewelers because of the cool commercial I saw at the Griz game to see what they offer. Ended up finding a beautiful sapphire necklace for my girlfriend’s birthday. On top of that, they were able to also fix my watch that had been broken for months. Kari is the real deal!! This store can do everything jewelry! I will definitely be back here for family Christmas gifts! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I went into GEM Jewelers for their grand opening just to support a local business. But it was the best random decision I’ve made. Not only did I find the PERFECT engagement ring for a price that no other jewelry store could compete with but they’ve become my go-to for all things jewelry.I have high standards and I am not easily impressed. However, we have taken a few pieces in for repairs and they have exceeded my expectations every time! They not only do amazing work but they ALWAYS go above and beyond with service. They work faster than any other jewelry store I’ve worked for or dealt with and I love knowing it’s all done in house.I won’t go anywhere else!!

WOW I cannot even begin to say enough nice things about this business. First of all, their customer service is absolutely outstanding! Second, they are crazy fast. I asked for a fairly difficult task (a rose gold ring sized down my three sizes) and it was done with impeccable skill and attention to detail... In less than 24 hours. I am just so impressed.

Went in for a new battery and service for my Omega watch and ended up going back twice more to get another watch serviced and a tennis bracelet fixed. Service was very good and they were all completed before the promised time. Attention to detail is great and their recommendations are spot on without being pushy.

I went here to try to sell my gold ring. It had a marking on it that according to two other jewelers indicated 14k gold. The lady here said she didn’t recognize the marking, that she thought it was copper or some other metal. I would recommend a jeweler who knows jewelry better than these guys.

Kari was there when I lost the stone out of my ring that was given to me by my sister from africa. It held a special place in my heart and Kari did such a great job replacing it and matching it as close as she could to what I had before. She took such great care of my ring and I couldnt be more thankful!

I had my ring for 5 years and it broke. I brought it in they fixed it the same day polished it up, it looked brand new. The ladies are so friendly. I highly highly reccomend!!!!

I pondered on this shop when I was looking to sell one of my rings. The blonde lady working kindly told me what she could do to help make the ring look more presentable and she cleaned it for FREE that same day! Then offered to repair the ring and had it sold through consignment for me within only a couple weeks. You can tell the employees know exactly what theyre doing.
