Not size inclusive at all. Found a few cute things in sizes L and XL but my friend couldnt find anything in 2XL or shoes over a size 7 or 8

My friends and I love Runway Fashion Exchange! Everyone is so friendly when you’re there! They greet you, and they tell you how items look good on you! I am able to get name brand clothes that I could never afford to really cheep. I also get all of my prom dresses there and they always look amazing! They clothes there can fit anyone and any type of body! I love Runway Fashion Exchange and it’s one of the only places in Missoula I will shop!

Absolutely love Runway! Best place to buy (affordable) clothing that is fashionable and good quality! I almost never shop at the mall knowing I can get cheaper (and honestly better) clothing here at Runway! I also love that I can bring in apparel of mine that I don’t want and get MONEY! What a deal! Since switching new management, the place have immensely improved! New marketing strategy and fully engaged on social media. Love that they advertise the new items they receive and they will even hold them for you! The quality of the clothing is amazing as well! The girls are super friendly and the place is well organized.

I have loved shopping here since the new ownership. The manager and girls who work here, are super friendly and helpful. I also love that they post outfits on social media and allow you to hold them, comes in very handy ;). I have been able to get super cute name brand clothes that I would never pay full price for and whenever people compliment my outfit, I make sure to tell them to go check Runway out!!

Love, love, love this place! They always have the cutest and most reasonably priced items and It has just gotten better and better the longer they’ve been open. I love this place! Ive gotten so many nice, close to brand new clothes here. I shop here for clothes I wear for student teaching and they have adorable, appropriate clothes. I shop here for fun too, and the clothes are so cute. The people working there are always friendly and helpful.

They always have the top brands at the best prices!! I get the best name brand clothes for a small amount of the retail price. I don’t live in a location town, so they make picking things out and shipping a breeze!! When I am able to make it into the store, their staff is always the best!!! Since the new management, Runway has become my favorite place to shop in Missoula! My friends often ask me where I get my clothes from, and I love bragging about how inexpensively I find them at Runway. Ive found all sorts of brands I normally cant afford (Patagonia, American Eagle, etc) in great condition. The gals at the counter are always really friendly and helpful too. I couldnt recommend more.

I love shopping here because they have GREAT prices on their clothes & the girls who work there are so polite. Ive sold clothes here many times & always get a fair deal, whether its store credit or cash. I highly recommend shopping at Runway!

Now 3 times I have made a trip up to missoula an hour out of my way to get idems that are on hold until close tomorrow and have come up the next day and they have been sold. I commented 20 minutes after the post was made on 6/16 for the black sweatshirt and I am now up in missoula on 6/17 at 5:29 (if Im correct you close at 8) and am leaving with no sweatshirt. If you tell people you will hold clothes for them until close you need to do that . I have wasted my gas and my money here and been disappointed to many times. This is absolutly ridiculous and you guys need to get your act together!

Love this place. I hardly ever buy clothes, especially brand new and expensive ones. Runway makes it easier to update my wardrobe when needed for a well rounded price and tasteful attire. Honestly runway is one of the only places i really spend time in and actually am able to successfully find a perfect fit and end up with tons of variety to choose from. Hands down best place to shop and you cant even tell its second hand. 🙌🏼🤗

Runway Fashion has always been a great location to drop off clothes and get store credit or even cash. I always take my little sister school shopping here as they have the biggest selection of JEANS! Prices are fair and staff is friendly and helpful.

The girls here are so sweet! I take my kids back to school shopping here every year and we find the best stuff. We get Rock Revival jeans, pink and everything else you could think of and its all very reasonably priced.

I love this place! Everything I have ever found here is super nice and a reasonable price! Ive sold to this store and restyle before and most of the time both places have only taken a few items for a little bit of money, and all the items were pretty nice name brand. But if Im trying to get rid of the clothes anyway, a few bucks is better than nothing. Restyle is the same way when buying clothes, a little picky but like I said before if Im trying to get rid of the clothes anyway then something is better than nothing cause theyre just going to goodwill anyway! I recommend fashion exchange over restyle, the prices here are much more reasonable for used clothes! Fashion exchange has new clothes too, and the staff here is really friendly! Also if you are just trying to get extra money and picking out all of your favorite clothes that are still nice and that you still wear I would say selling them to these stores (fashion exchange and restyle) is NOT worth it, they will not give you what those clothes are worth especially if theyre pretty new...if you are truly cleaning out your closet because you never wear the clothes or dont like the clothes, then it would be more worth it. Id rather shop at these stores and find me some steals rather than sell them my nice clothes for a few dollars. :)

Went in and Sierra helped me. She is a very sweet girl and was very helpful. She assisted me right away and was very patient with me trying to find the perfect outfit . Ive been in there a few times and even the one in great falls and she was amazing at both locations.

I love coming into Runway to get great deals on trendy clothes or when I need a new outfit for an event. Plus they have a great staff! Bailey is always so friendly and helpful.

Of the few times Ive been in there, this is the second time Ive found two of the same item that are marked with different prices. When I presented this to the manager, she agreed that it was weird that they were priced differently for the same thing but was unwilling to price match one to the other... be reasonable, work with your customer on something like that.Other than this irrational rigidity on mismatched pricing for the same item, the employees are pleasant and the selection and pricing are very agreeable. I hope they consider being more accommodating to their own mistakes in the future.

This store definitely caters to a younger demographic, I would say 14-22ish. So I find some items there that work for me, but its definitely a small audience. While they do curate well, choosing good brands and items in good condition, the staff is not very helpful; Ive walked around for 15-20 minutes without anyone asking me if I needed help (I did). I would definitely only go if I was looking for something very specific.

Last Tuesday, I came into Fashion Runway and was greeted happily by Loralei! It was the first time I’ve ever been in the store and I was blown away by how kind she was and how helpful she was. I will definitely be coming in again!

Their music really stinks but they have a good collection of clothes and good prices. If you dont go insane while shopping you will find good deals.Edit: (since I couldnt figure out how to reply to the comment below) I dont mind pop music but the particular station being played is sometimes inappropriate/explicit, and seems very unprofessional. It just isnt appropriate for a store. We have been in the store twice, a month apart, and the same kind of music was playing both times. I just purchased 2 pairs of jeans there, one empyre and one Levi’s, and both get so many compliments. People are shocked when i say i got them for less than $30 total. Not to mention the pair of Levi’s i bought my boyfriend that fit him like a glove!!

I honestly dont know that I could give this 1 star after the experience I had today. I brought in a very nice pair of Big Star jeans, no holes or stains nothing wrong with them, as I was filling out the piece of paper stating what I had brought in the sales girl rudely put her hand on the paper and said we wont be excepting these. She did not say it in a nice tone at all and gave no reason as to why. After seeing some of things that are taken I was very shocked that she was not willing to take these jeans. I will not be back to bring my clothes nor to shop.

This place is really nice. The prices are extremely reasonable for nice clothes. I wish they would have some larger clothes available though. Shopping here isn’t really an option if you wear anything over xl.

Friendly staff great environment! My oldest daughter hates shopping for clothes but loves coming in here because of the atmosphere! The sweater I bought her a year ago still looks new!

They have cute used stuff but a lot of it is overpriced. We went school shopping here and unfortunately a few of the items we wanted to try on had stains, rips and tears and they were the most expensive items. When presented the flaws to the staff they seemed unfazed. I don’t think they inspect their used clothing very well. They also have some new stuff from China that is overpriced. If you stick to the used items and inspect them well you might find some good deals.

Everything about this place is perfect! I love it here. I dont need designer brands, so Runway is perfect. They have good quality stuff for less. I dont even want to give a 1 star review here.First, I went in on a Saturday morning, the manager was working and told me she was moving slow because she tried to call 6 employees below her and not would cover her shift. Ok, no problem, just call me with a total for what the offer is for the dresses I took in.So, these formal dresses were all $100-200 dresses with tags currently on them in excellent condition. I have taken similar dresses to runway fashion in the past and found them to be fair in pricing.I didnt receive a call Saturday nor Monday. I finally call on Tues and the manager says, oh she did finish them but must have forgotten to call you. We can give you $67 for 10 of the dresses...WHAT!!!I said that is much different pricing than before. She then proceeds to tell me that the new owners are giving much less for clothing....WELL...let me tell you...they wont be in business for long!!!!

This store is amazing! I went in and the store was fully stocked, the employees were friendly and helpful, and I found exactly what I was looking for and more! Runway Fashion is far better than that other little store down the road.

I am alway able to find brands like Adidas, Lululemon, Patagonia, Free People, and Rock Revivals! At the mall youd spend a small fortune, but at Runway Fashion Exchange you save so much money! I am a college student that loves to shop and change up her outfits. This is a great place to save money and still get the brands and styles you want! Whenever I go in I always ask the employees about the brands and styles Im looking for. They can always point me in the right direction! I find Jay to be very helpful, enthusiastic, and always happy.

Ive been coming here for the last three years selling and buying clothes. I stopped for a while because the old management was terrible and treated their workers and even some customers rudely. I came back when I saw they were under new management in hopes things would change and sadly Im still disappointed. Every time I come in the sales associates are rude and seem as though they hate being there. Ive only had one good experience with a sales associate there and she is the only reason I gave them two stars instead of just one. Shes so far the only worker there that has given me honest feedback about why she cant accept a specific item of mine instead of just pushing my bag back across the counter at me and saying we just cant. I would stop coming here if the other store in town (ReStyle) was better, but sadly theyre not.

You would think that a reused clothes store would want name brands (eddie bauer, burberry, nautica, etc) instead of walmart and target clothes, but when I took a bag of brand new to new-ish clothes they told me they werent casual enough ? But on the other hand the staff was very nice and fairly quick to sort through them.

This place is a total ripoff. They told me they were going to sell a pair of $150 pair of jeans for 6 dollars, thus giving me 2. They took my cheap target clothes for mere dollars and rejected Anne Klein, Patagonia, Gap, Citizen of Humanity etc nice clothing. I understand that places like this are picky, but this seem backwards and a total ripoff. They then gave me $5 for a pile of 10 items. And then shopping around I noticed they have cheap brands (target, payless, Romy) that they are charging 15-20 dollars for. Plus, even though the woman ringing me in was accommodating, she took forever because she was chatting with a coworker. I just spent 45 minutes at this place for 5 dollars. Never going back and never recommending it. Ill be going to other places from now on, such as Restyle or My Sisters Closet.

Loralei was extremely helpful! I was trying to redefine my style and she helped me pick out the right clothes that fitted me perfectly! She was extremely nice and showed me a ton of options. She put together really stylish outfits. If you get a chance ask for loralei to help you out!

The staff is pretty friendly but I brought in a large box of very nice clothes from stores like Holister, Abercrombie & Fitch and Buckle. All clothes I brought to donate were in great condition, but older than 1 year old. It took them 1.5 hours to look through it all, only to have them tell me that they “don’t accept bootcut jeans” and they “don’t accept anything older than a year”. I wish someone would have asked me the simple question of “are these clothes older than one year old?” so I wouldn’t have wasted so much time there. I find it very bizarre that a thrift shop only will sell rather new clothing! I won’t be returning because of this. As a firm believer in thrifting clothes to help stop the overproduction of clothing that happens everyday, I am disappointed in this place.
