Fantastic place! They were able to quickly diagnose my laptop, got parts in, and got it repaired with a minimum of fuss and reasonable rates. Quint was knowledgeable, fast, and affordable. A hinge on one of our office laptops broke, and Quint had the part here in a few days and replaced it in an hour. As a bonus, he deep cleaned the keyboard and screen, making the laptop like-new.

Quint provides a better price and better service than other area computer repair and service shops. He provided a laptop to laptop data transfer, update/clean-up, and antivirus installation with new device instructions for less than the quoted cost of 2 other businesses. My father used to run a similar service and I could see Quint was never trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Honest dealings.

Missoula Computes made a housecall and determined that my Dads printer was, as my Dad put it, kaput. He installed the new printer for my Dad a week later. He was fast and the price was very reasonable and most of all he was friendly and kind to my parents who are in their 80s and not very tech savy. I broke the hinges of my Lenovo gaming laptop some months ago. When I brought it to Best Buy (I purchased it there), I was told they could send it away and repair it in Kentucky. The issue was that I would be without my computer, which I use for work on a daily basis, for four or more weeks.So I brought it to Missoula Computes. They ordered the part I needed and I only had to wait one week - but I was able to keep my computer the entire time! When the part came in I dropped of my laptop. Much to my surprise, I received a call an hour later stating that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. In the end I was without my laptop for one hour and only had to pay half of the price that Best Buys offered.Let this be a lesson to all: Go local. Go Missoula Computes.
