Just bought some shoes here from the nicest girl, I think she was new but, she said she is a freshman at the university. Either way one of the nicest empoylees that I have talked to there.

I have found a place that I LOVE to buy shoes. Checked out some Vans as I entered the store and discovered the most attentive sales person I have ever met. Not only was he able to meet and exceed my needs, but he helped many other customers at the same time. I went in with 3 friends and he ended up selling us 6 pairs of shoes between us! I bought some that werent even out on the sales floor!

The staff here are fantastic! I always walk out of there with more shoes than I planned to buy. If they don’t have what you’re looking for, they go out of their way to find it for you.

Ran a hustle on me right after I said I had just gotten out of the hospital. Little red headed girl about 19 maybe, offered me a coupon but only if I purchased the shoes she had picked out instead of something I wanted. When I decided on another pair of shoes, she went to the trouble to void the transaction entirely just to remove the coupon. I protested, she stated she wasnt obligated to let me use the coupon she was just trying to help me out. It was upsetting, made me feel like she was purposely trying to take advantage of me during a difficult time which we had just discussed, and she was a total brat when I protested.This store lost my business permanently. And I buy shoes for three people so I used to spend A LOT of money there.
