Amazing service. Went in with a kind of random idea of what I wanted and spoke with a woman named Katie who went out of her way to spend time with me figuring out exactly what I wanted and needed for my event. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease with her guidance. Would go back for any future orders that I need to have done. Katie at the shirt shop is amazing and wont go anywhere else.

We used The Shirt ShopOnce a couple of years ago and they were great, I went back in May to get hats, coats and other things and Katie was really nice saying that they would get it done and everything. A week went by and I couldn’t get an email back, so I went in and she made excuses on how they didn’t know this and that and we were finally back on track. Another couple weeks went by and I couldn’t get a call back, an email back nothing. I went in and she wasn’t there. I decided to take our stuff to Exact Image and Sherri is on the ball, emails and calls me back. I still haven’t gotten an answer to rather The Shirt Shop had even started on our stuff. Please don’t waste your time or money with these people. I gave them every chance in the book to get our stuff done. I wasted two months with them. Please just go to Exact Image.

TLDR: They will waste your timeI had a pretty quick turnaround time for a project, but shirt shop agreed to complete it. However, a few days before I needed the t-shirts, they told me they wouldnt be able to finish it anyway. I appreciate they were trying to make it work, but if I had been told well before we were over a week into the project together, I potentially could have found someone else, as I was in communication with other print shops in the area who were willing to try as well. The delayed communication from Katie and the oh well we cant do it anymore attitude is absolutely unacceptable and ruined the ability for the project to be completed. Again, I recognize it was a quick turnaround time (about 2 weeks), and that there was an attempt, but please dont commit to something you cant follow through with.

Not a great experience at all! The owner talks down to customers, the dont offer fair pricing and in fact, are a bit all over the place with pricing - depending on who you talk to. Poor customer service and disappointing overall!!

Called in early august for what we thought was a simple job. shirts for a family get togather in CO for labor day. A nice woman took down our info and said they would email us prices the next day. told her where going to order them anyway because it was a surprise for the folks we hadnot seen in two years because of covid. never received anything...called again the next monday, put on hold, nobody remembered or had anything. said we would have to provide the logo to get them done. but still had two weeks.

For 10 years now they have printed my shirts. I am always pleased. Their graphic artist is amazing. I love his designs. I highly recommend them.

If you want to be lied to and have your time waisted then call the shirt shop i have used them in the past but there customer service now is the worst, i can get better service online and better prices dont play local people like fools it will haunt you small town talks
