Honestly I love going here if I could Id be there all the time. They have an amazing selection of books and even just fun stuff like toys and music it truly has something for anyone with any budget. The employees are very kind and also are ready to help I truly suggest going here

They have a humongous variety of genres and toys, everyone that works there is super helpful and kind. I recently spen over $100 and saved $12 or so. I would recommend getting the membership card if you love books and would recommend barns and nobles to bye your books!

I was looking for a bookstand. First staffer I talked to was pretty sure there werent any. Second staffer, an older guy, took me straight to them, then escorted me to a section of books on language-learning I requested, where I found a variety of resources. Then I browsed, and bought some more stuff, and saw some possible future gifts. Initial staffer at the checkout counter: Oh, you found a book stand. Yep. Spent way more than planned. Thats retail!

Love Barnes n Noble. Its my zen place has been for almost 20!It was a place where all that mattered was the next knowledge of adventures, stories of peoples journeys etc.

Everyone is always so helpful and I always wall away happy with what I was able to find.

The staff knows the store. They have a great selection for kids and also have toys and games.

A very large, spacious store. Very clean and well laid out. Book sections were well labeled. I enjoyed walking through the store and scanning the shelves to see what was offered. The Young Readers section was large and had all kinds of reading material as well as many projects for children to experiment with and learn from. I had a very nice time at Barnes and Nobles. I heartily recommend Barnes and Nobles.

I always fall in love with Barnes & noble! Whether Im looking for books or gifts for my friends and family I always find what I need and then some.

A great place to poop with ample reading material

Geneology has become quite popular and they not only had it placed in the reference section, but only had five, yes five, books for it.

The staff was so involved, interested and creative in helping find spooky stories to read for Halloween. They introduced us to the witch section, my 11 year is now practicing spells.

The staff was super friendly, and helped with finding what we needed. The selection is also amazing. I could have spent hours looking around.

It was nice that they actually had an area to sit down in

A wide expanse of books, games, and other literature needs. Staff is friendly and prices are nice. The coffee is also good and theres plenty of spots to nestle with a good book.

Customer service is excellent, very willing to help. Has a great magazine section and if they don’t have what you want they will order it for you. One female that works there talks so loud to be heard all over the store, just in general conversation with coworkers and also with customers. Needs to tone it down. Store very clean and following CoVid proc.

The staff is always so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They no only help you find what your looking for but give great references for other books to try.

Nice quiet laid out bookstore!

I looked for the book I wanted but could not find it so I asked for help. The gal was nice and was able to find it for me! I rarely go there but my experience was good.

I must say that when you walk into Barnes and Noble its like walking into a library. Very quiet and peaceful. The store is very maintained; very clean, well organized shelves that help find books and merchandise quickly, and classy. The staff are super friendly and polite! Oh! And you have to try their little coffee shop out. I havent had any of their drinks, but the cookies are to die for! Soft and chewy, and a big cookie for a great price. I recommend the chocolate chip; really big chunks of chocolate-YUM!

Really nice, well-stocked, and organized location. Its a little smaller than some other locations Ive been to, but that only serves to give it a cosier feel. I had no problem finding what I came in for, and found several additional items I didnt come in for. 😆 ALL staff I spoke with were friendly and knowledgeable, which is a definite plus. I live nearly an hour away, but I consider this one of my must stops when I head in to town now.

It was certainly a Barnes & Noble of average size. And that includes everything we have come to know and tolerate from a Barnes & Noble. Pretty good.

This is one of the last good places to buy a hard cover book. There is a Starbucks in this location as well. They have the typical selection and friendly hosts. The wifi wasnt the best as it kept coming off and on. There was plenty of seating in the Starbucks to sit and visit while browsing the book selection. It often makes we wonder how long it will be before these locations wrap up due to the digital age. I guess we will all see..

Its Barnes & Noble. Its big box store and Im pretty sure everybody knows what theyre going to get. Books, coffee, magazines and more. I was a little surprised by the good selection of games. The staff was extremely friendly! They were friendly to the point that I almost forgot we were shopping in a big-box store.

Im in Missoula for a family emergency, which has evolved into a relocation trip. In the process of waiting for daily updates from the hospital I have actively sought ways to keep myself occupied in order to deal with the nervous energy and anxiety caused by the events swirling about me right now.This store is just as well stocked, neat, and organized (although perhaps a bit labyrinthine in the execution of its rows of materials) as any back in St. Louis, and it seems that the staff is perhaps a bit more engaged, although B&N is usually pretty careful about who they hire.I went in looking for a manga title that recently came to my attention; they didnt have it (I suspect due to it being a few years old and a bit on the obscure side), but was pleasantly surprised at what they DID have. Lets just say that if you like manga, or just about any other genre, you wont have difficulty finding something to suit your tastes. Unless you happen to be contrarian in nature and find fault with anything that isnt 100% up to your scrutiny.Definitely recommended.

The store has a good selection and you can find some really great bargains. I like the coffee shop in the store. The reason for 3 stars is employee service and attitudes.

One of my favorite stores. Really enjoyed reading some Calvin and Hobbes in the little cafe with a tasty sandwich and cold drink. Extensive selection. Spent time browsing in the American History section and the Mysteries. Found a good Rex Stout novel. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

In an era of Indy publishing and ebooks, this is a place you can still go to touch the spines and smell the ink and browse the physical copies and walk home with something to hold in your hands and transport you to storyland. How could I give it less than five stars?

All the book shelves have been moved which allows customers to maintain there covid distance, masks required.

So two stars are immediately given if the bathrooms arent horrible, this was not the case. This bathroom made me feel dirty using the sink. The store was incredible but this bathroom got me to leave pretty fast though. Since this is the only Barnes its great for location and collection

Lots of good choices but not very good service.

The ladies room needs maintenance the handicapped toilet is loose if a heavy person were to sit in it, it would break free from the wall. And it was also dirty

The guy (I think Ben) was awesome, he had all the knowledge and personal experience to help me find some books for gifting to my son. I told him a little about him and he gave me great options. My son loves the series I bought him.

Always a good place to go and find a good book. Staff are always willing to help and are very knowledgeable about the books. They also have good recommendations for whatever you might be looking for. The attached coffee shop is also a nice place to sit down and enjoy a new read.

Took a very long time to get someone to come to customer service then when we finally grabbed a guy he was nice but walked so fast I ran out of breath. I am older and couldnt keep up. The lady at the register was wonderful. Thats why 3 stars, would of been a 1

Ive always loved bookstores. This one is no exception. I like that they have fun things for kids, like today Animal Wonders was there. The employees in the childrens area are engaging and fun.

Barnes and Noble is a quietly inviting place. The smell of coffee wafting through the air and the pleasant company of such a vast selection of books makes this place any bookworms dream. The staff are always smiling and friendly and very helpful when assistance is needed.

The are no book exchange, however despite thier lack of local appeal they do have a good franchise that strives to keep up with changing times and tastes. Not a fan of big box store but they are better than most. Plus they have a Starbucks, yah.

Wide selection of options, store is very large and well-organized. Plenty of aesthetic display shelves and tables for easy book browsing.

Great selection of products and helpful, knowledgeable staff. My family is in virtually every other week if not to purchase then at least to browse, although we almost always leave with something. My daughter loves the large childrens section while my wife enjoys browsing through not only the books, but the various other products peppered throughout the store. I enjoy reading, so I stick with the books mainly and there are just so many. Regardless it being a chain store, its always a pleasant experience to wander around and I still feel as if Im buying local.

In this digital age, the feel and touch of a book is really something I miss. Inviting store.

Its a typical Barnes and Noble. Over the years, the number of books keep declining. There are very few professional computer books. It does have a very good selection of magazines. Periodically the bargain books have a good selection. I miss the good ole days bookstores had many books. This is still a nice store to stop in and browse.

Nice place to go

We went to Barns and Noble about 5 min before closing time. The mom in law only needed a gift certificate, but the coffee smelled so good that she walked out and got the whole family to come in and get a coffee. Jenna was in the middle of cleaning up. But said Yes, she’s still open and she was more than happy to make us all a coffee. 5 coffees, 3 lemon bars and a peanut butter cookie later we left her to continue cleaning. Thank you Jenna!

Large, quiet store with plenty of employees, though not one acknowledged me while I was inside looking.

I love bookstores but this cafe is lacking. I ordered my drink and it wasnt filled all the way when I asked if I could have all the drink that I paid for she told me it would be extra. I went up to the front counter I made eye contact with the girl and she ignored me for 2 minutes. I have yet to find ANY plugs in the cafe. the rest of the store and staff is amazing but I hope management fixes it.

I am never disappointed when I visit a Barnes and Noble. I love books and can always find something to spend my money on. This location was particularly wonderful with customer service. The woman that rang me out was able to chit-chat about the books I was purchasing, even though most people would not buy the combination I purchased. She seemed genuinely interested in my books. Even if she couldnt care less, that is what customer service is aboit;making customers feel special.

They have lots of media but little you cant find elsewhere cheaper... except magazines. They have a uniquely wide variety of magazines.

I love Barnes and Noble. I just find myself not coming here for my book needs anymore. I love getting coffee at the cafe and sitting and reading for a bit. I had the membership for about a year, but found myself not using it much after the first six months. The coupons in the mail were nice, but the prices in store with the coupons still werent comparable to online prices. Plus I would have to spend a certain amount just to make the money back that I spent on the membership. I dont do shopping so much online, but I think Barnes and Nobles would stand to benefit from price matching at least their own websites pricing. Those prices are comparable to Amazon and I would be much more inclined to spend my money knowing Im getting a better deal.For my books needs, I find myself more often at my local bookstores who sell used and new books at a discounted price. Yes, even their new books. Popular book series like Outlander. I dont compare online prices to them, but their discounts are decent and I know Im getting a better deal than Barnes and Noble. Im also not paying for a membership to get the discounts.I really love this store and would like to see a more comprehensive price system. I would for sure be in the store more.

I purchased a book I had been looking for for several months. I love the over all atmosphere. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you havent been, its a must!
