Auto zone is a great store. They usually have whatever I need for my car or trucks...and then some. Never do I walk out of there without something awesome that I dont need. Im giving them a 4 star rating only because of a recent visit in which the employee wasnt hearing me out when I knew what I needed but he was telling me I was wrong because thats what the computer said.

Not bad but the employee at the counter didnt really know much and I wasnt the center of attention. The other employees were chatting with him. Like i said not bad but customer service is everything. If I didnt already have an account with auto zone I wouldve just gone somewhere else.

Pretty much everything you might need you could find / order. Employees helpful when trying to find a specific part / item. Rewards program slaps, just make more frequent, smaller trips for optimal progress.

Great customer service! Love autozone! The only thing they could improve on is more selection as far as accessories for your vehicle. Examples would be more choices for shifters, license plate holders, steering wheel covers etc.

Looking over recent reviews of the past year I see alot of people complain about lack of knowledgeable staff at a corporate business that advertises having knowledgeable staff. Well they did up until a little over a year ago when they fired and lost good staff after Joe took over. The staff they lost had degrees in automotive and years and years of experience behind a parts counter. Now it hard to find one that you can rely on help from. If you want help that might be reliable go to 3rd St or go to Napa or Oriellys.

This happened a few years ago. 2 things I will not do. 1, I will never shop there again. 2, I will never recommend anyone to go there. I do not agree with calling a customer stupid over the phone because they sold me the wrong part. And dont get me started with the manager, basically agreeing with her employees. Very friendly and helpful staff. Always seem to go out of their way to help. My husband and I have always had a good experience dealing with auto zone. They seem to always be in stock of what we need and they are always fairly priced. Never have been disappointed. Definitely would recommend for all your auto needs.

I was having trouble with my vehicle, was unsure if it was a battery or the alternator. The manager of the Reserve store came out to check the battery and said the battery was bad. Ok time for a new battery. Then he started going on about how I needed the felt kit to make the connection better. I explained that I would be selling the vehicle soon, and would wait to leave that purchase to my fiances discretion. I just wanted the battery. He asked me about it again walking into the store and I declined the felt kit a second time. When he wheeled the battery out, the felt kit was on top of it and I reminded him that I wanted the battery only. He acknowledged that and began to ring the purchase up and when we got to the total, it was more than the battery. He had gone ahead and tacked on the felt kit anyway! I guess when a woman is buying, no does not mean no! I reminded him again I did not want the kit and he begrudgingly took it off. Got the battery in, and checked the alternator, said it was fine, and I went about my way. The idiot lights that had been on were still on. I was concerned, but by that point, was not buying anything more from that store. Two days later the truck died.... from a bad alternator. I am unhappy about this transaction from a number of angles. I felt completely disrespected by having to refuse the felt connector kit 4 separate times and having it put on my bill anyway. Given that disrespect, I feel like Ive been cheated with the battery, I doubt that it was actually bad and that it was the alternator all along, but he just chose what he thought would be the most expensive item to sell to a dumb woman. I do not intend to ever shop that store again, and I may never shop Autozone again, either, if that person is an example of what manages their stores.
My shop has a commercial account with Autozone and has done plenty of dollars in sales over the years. We originally started doing buiseness with them when Tim was the manager and then Sam became manager, the original sales manager John and store managers used to be awesome to deal with, they used to brag that they had the best parts warranty in auto buiseness and if there was ever an issue they would even cover the labor on defective parts! they also use to price match the competitors. Autozone used to take care of their commercial accounts! but recently they have had issues hiring competent help, they also have been slow at issuing parts returns, and if you have a commercial account they put you on hold because they only have only one person in the store that can help commercial account holders, even though there is other employees that could help you but they will not! A couple weeks ago we turned in our first labor claim i think ever with AutoZone, our first ever defective warranty claim for a recently installed clutch that was defective, the clutch would not fully release. We had lost labor time to see what was causing clutch not to opperate and then labor to replace clutch again. we only sent in labor time of 5 hours thats a total of less than $500 we did not charge time to diagnose, time to fill out labor claim, charge back overtime fee for having to catch up after hours to keep up with scheduled repairs due to defective part we gave them an honest and fair claim of lost labor. The manager Dakota sends us a labor credit for $250 half of what i asked for and i would have settled for that if it wasnt for the manager Dakotas lack of tact, he said if we bought an average af $5000 a week they would have paid the full amount. I thought Wow That is a total corporate BS story to stick it to the little man I told the manager that i wanted to speak to someone that makes the decisions as of end of friday i have not heard back from any managers to resolve this issue!

If you want to get in the zone for shooting a great round of golf, dont go here. They sell car parts. They do a really good job of it, too. Its so good that Ive decided to not start my own auto parts store, which I was going to name Car Area. I figured I just cant compete with Auto Zone.
Super super helpful. Cant even explain how appreciative we are. Both men were so nice talked us through everything explained everything they can and with no hesitation did it all. One even gave us numbers to call in case anything happened on the road. Just extremely helpful. Outstanding service.

I think I found my favorite auto parts store! My wife ( Kala Bartzer) and I have bought two batteries already for two different cars and they run awesome! I havent had an issue yet. I love how this company stands by their products, and how the warranties cover everything if something goes wrong. The workers are very friendly, polite, and I like how they will take care of you from the time you walk in the door to when you walk out. I want to give a shout out to Pat at this AutoZone. He answered all my questions, and took care of all my needs; thank you Pat! Im not a mechanic, but if I have to do anything to my cars myself I am coming to AutoZone. I recommend these guys to anyone! I am in the zone, I will definitely go to AutoZone!

Long lines and slow service mean that there is even more exposure to the cashiers (and a manager) that dont wear masks or wear them improperly.
I dont visit auto parts stores often, but I was very impressed with the selection and service. When I had questions about how parts and tools would work with my vehicle, they grabbed stuff off the rack and headed out to the parking lot with me to experiment. Very satisfied.

Sadly~ on the day of my visit they were short staffed & I got the wrote part to boot...Though I was compensated for their error... The surly did there best, but hopefully theyll see better days.P.S. I would recommend them!

We were just in to change out my battery but we’re not sure if it was the battery or the alternator and Alessa walked us through the whole thing we went and got the battery changed and she checked the alternator and battery! Anyway here The store worker was the most rude back talking mental person I have ever met, Shes Gray long haired older girl, That shouldnt be allowed to work at a counter in any store. Mental home is more suited!I will never use an Autozone again after this!

My boyfriends car unexpectedly died in the hotel parking lot next door. Luckily James was extremely helpful, going the extra mile to help us diagnose and fix our car. He even clocked out and stayed an additional 4 hours past the end of his shift just to make sure we could get the car working again. He saved us a costly trip to the mechanic that we definitely couldnt afford. THANK YOU James and the rest of the friendly staff at autozone who helped us fix our car.

Showed up right before closing with a dead battery. Dakota came out and tested the battery, explained our options and prices on a new one, and had the new battery in the car in two shakes of a lambs tail. Super nice dude, great customer service even though we were those really annoying people that come in right before closing. Thanks!

I dont have much experience working on vehicles and the people at Auto Zone are very helpful, in the past month I have replaced the radiator and water pump in my Yukon and solenoid and oxygen sensor in my wifes exploder with no problems, and I was able to rent a special tool I needed for the sensor, that was really cool.

He was super awesome and I cannot remember his name, but next time I go back to this store and he is there Ill get his name so everyone can know how awesome his service was! He knew everything and was super helpful. Some of the other guys tho, not so much...

My son worked there.. He was given less and less hours so family that dont know much about cars or repairing them could work.. Sad he always worked with a smile and never had any problems helping customers. He knew what snap rings are and he never treated anyone rudely.. I went there and they just do not know what they are doing....

They tried to sell me a bunch of parts I didnt need. Then they insulted me and called me a diy guy.. they are clueless pushy sales people trying to get you to buy add-ons and unnecessary custom install kits. You dont need an install kit for a battery!! I will never go back.
