Being more or a tea drinker, I did appreciate their unique selection of teas. Also tried the abuelita chocolate drink, which was a litter sweet but will probably make most drinkers feel right at home (or at grandmas house). We came all the way from Harlingen, so my only wish is that it could be closer.On a side note... Since we came all the way from Harlingen, I asked my buddies to pitch in for gas. They all contently agreed. But now, all but one of them have thrown in their share of the gas, and I dont know how to ask him to pay up. Im not good with any kind of confrontation, so Im considering just not being his friend anymore. Any advice?

The barista saw me looking confused and immediately started asking me what I like. I was still quiet, but he started making suggestions. He was reciting coffee drink recipes to me and WOW.. I was impressed! I just said its too early for my brain but the last drink you mentioned sounds like what I need. It was excellent and I appreciated him taking initiative since I have no idea what I want at coffee shops. I was waiting for my BBQ box from El Sancho food truck in the back. Double bonus points for this place. 👌

The atmosphere was really chill and relaxing here. Perfect for studying, hangout, date, or just for a quick stop. Their coffee and tea tastes amazing with a refreshing boost of energy. They have some great hot teas made from tea leaves with a wide selection variety.

Havent been inside the building, but a relative bought me a drink for there. The drink there was AMAZING! I dont know the name, but it had Campfire or something like that on it. It was sweet, but the taste of coffee was present, and the balance of the spices was perfect. I really want to go again soon!!

Jitters is an amazing coffee shop. Ive been a patron since 2006 and they just getting better and better. Try the latte del Rey and the food truck behind the Cafe is great stuff. Completely chill relaxing area and great coffee too.

Jitterz is the O.G. Coffee shop in the RGV. 18+ yrs... Talk about consistency. The owners are really great ppl and truly care about the Coffee community. I can go on and on, but Im sure yall already know.

Great coffee! Staff was super friendly, as this was our first visit. She gave us a recommendation for an iced coffee that isnt overly sweet or creamy, so you can really taste the coffee. They roast their own beans here! Love it, well be back 👍👍👍 (triple thumbs up for sure)

A very cozy nice coffee shop, it has amazing coffee and awesome environment. If you are in mission and need a pick-me-up this is definitely the place to be.

Always have good service and amazing drinks baristas always are welcoming and nice atmosphere to chill with friends or even study. They play good music and just tried the 956 matcha and tastes so good but will warn you though because if your not into something different then I wouldn’t recommend it but if your taste buds are pretty wild and can handle weird but good flavors I 100% recommend it.

Deliciously awesome coffee! I remember this place back when I was in high school and being recently in the area I had to stop and show my family my old hang out spot. It’s only gotten better with time. Campfire latte, shake and chocolate croissant were finger licking good!! The vibe inside is not only “earthy “ but very serene and peaceful.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in the Mission/McAllen area! The espresso beverages are full-bodied and smooth and the ambience is conducive to both cracking open a laptop/getting some work done and sitting down with a friend or two for some good conversation/hanging out!Jitterz doesnt currently have any savory food options, though they do offer a few sweet pastries in case you get hungry and need a snack while youre there. Despite the lack of savory bites (which I really wish they offered, esp. when I stay for a while and want something more substantial than a pastry), this is still a fantastic coffee shop with great espresso, a cozy atmosphere, and plenty of space to grab a table and stay awhile. Definitely worth a visit if youre looking for some real coffee and a chill space. :).

What a nice place for a coffee. Tried their Americana and boy am I up and running. The place itself was nice and wish I could have stayed and took it easy. Very laid back place and the staff was awesome. Would totally recommend if wanting a little escape to warm up with a java.

This was a nice little gem my brother brought me to. Their Americano was perfect. The pastry was just ok though. I was happy to buy a souvenir sticker.

Great drinks, very nice ambience, great spot for study groups. Friendly staff. I even had one of the baristas be kind enough to help me move my car when he saw my struggle to get out of a tough parking spot.

Jitterz is the best place for coffee, it has a very relaxed atmosphere and the staff is amazing, not only at making coffee but at providing excellent service as well, I highly recommend Jitterz to all coffee lovers, it never disappoints.

Adding more electrical outlets on dead zones would be nice. There is parking in the back, but the entry is hidden behind the plaza next door. Restroom does not smell bad. Great coffee smell in the air. Recommendation for when they replace bulbs is to get frosted/glazed one to reduce glare.

Jitterz at 12th & Nortb is awesome! 2 drive thru and walk up windows so there’s never a line, quality drip coffee and large hot and cold drink selection. They do real breakfast foods, not just baked goods, so you can get a real meal that’s not fast food on your way. Great local owners do an awesome job starting early every day!!

I come here every other weekend to enjoy the atmosphere of this local place with a Latte Del Rey I always order this because it is simple and delicious. The prices a little higher when you consider the sizes of 12oz and 16oz for around $5 dollars. However, it is definitely a place you have to visit, relax, and try if you go to downtown Mission.

One of my favorite coffee spots in the Valley! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee is delicious and the atmosphere is very chill. Parking is a bit small on the front but there is additional parking in the rear. Great place! Highly recommended it.

This coffee shop was wonderful. They have great beans and great atmosphere. The employees are knowledgeable. Beans are roasted in house. Try the latte milkshake. They could improve by adding some more comfortable chairs/loungers.

Coffee is always fresh and great. Baristas are always giving off feel-good vibes. The atmosphere is similar to those shops from the east coast, like Syracuse and Buffalo. Highly recommend.

Hadn’t been to this place in a hot minute I had a double espresso and a latte del Rey (throw an extra shot in it-think I had the Ethiopian). Still a good spot for a coffee and a read. Workers are friendly and service is fast.

Frozen Campfire coffee is extremely good. I know it’s not real coffee with the ice cream and other creamers they put in it but it’s really tasty. Probably my favorite coffee drink around. The pastries I had were good too.The place has WiFi with any purchase which is nice. The atmosphere is nice. Music is at a good level. Place was clean. Would be nice if they had a bigger location and one closer to McAllen.I will return and recommend to others.

Ive been a regular customer for over ten years, and have seen this place change a lot since the first time Ive been here. This is the absolute best coffee in all of South Texas. These guys roast their own coffee in house, and that makes for some phenomenal espresso, excellent pour over brews, cold brew on tap (sometimes on nitro), and even the best regular drip batch coffee youll ever have. You can even buy bags of their roasted coffee beans to go, and bottles of cold brew to go when theyre in stock.

This place has killer personality — from the guys behind the bar, to the decor, to the innovative seasonal menus. Everytime that life brings me down to the RGV, I cant wait to stop by. Theres a sense of community within the walls of Jitterz which underscores the fantastic tea and coffee selection and that never fails in making me want to stay a few minutes longer than I really should. If you care about good coffee, good times, or good people, make sure that you stop by.

Love the atmosphere here. I usually like to have meetings here as its right on conway and its not too loud. The coffee is good and they have a variety of deserts. Staff is always cool.

The iced coffee is delicious and does not have a burnt taste a lot of other iced coffees have.

Amazing. I came to Jitterz, eyes bright and ready to take on the world. The slow bar options were incredible. This coffee helped me find my way when I needed direction most. Im sleeping better, running faster, and loving life with more passion than I ever had. Jitterz isnt just about beverage and bibulation: its about the PEOPLE. my faith in God was renewed after my visit here.

Ive been coming here since they opened, if you dont know what to try cant go wrongwith the (LDR) Late Del Rey, Campfire shake, or a flavored iced tea on those hot days. Pro tip: I like mixing the coconut with watermelon or strawberry. They also feature sweets from PJs Pies. They get 5 ☆ because the drinks are great, people are cool, and atmosphere is chill perfect for studying during the day or hanging out listening to music at night and getting to support local business.

Honestly this place has fantastic coffee. Some complain that it’s expensive, it’s well worth the price. Seriously good coffee.The only reason that I didn’t give it a 5/5 is because the staff that I interacted with wasn’t friendly at all. She seemed kind of impatient with us and indifferent. There was also a second employee that was just looking at his phone and kind of spaced out. I’m sure that they were tired or something it was mid afternoon! But I still felt awkward and unvalued as a customer.Besides that interaction it’s amazing! Great coffee and a reallly cool venue! I’m sure as I go more my rating will change!
