Very nice staff at Starbucks ❤️ very kind

Stop by every morning on my way to work. I order drink up to 30 min before I arrive and sometimes I still have to wait an extra 10 minutes after I get there. Service is slow or really fast, no in between

The drinks are always made to my liking and the baristas are very friendly and seem to catch on to regulars quite fast! Big plus!!! The only thing that makes me drive to another location (and the reason it’s not a 5star) is the crazy way the line is set up. Even when I get through to getting my order, I’ve waited 3+ minutes just to get out of the parking lot area because I’ve had to drive around instead of them just having a straight exit to expressway like most locations. Overall, the service is great!

Me and my wife usually get expreso coffee or shot however you want to call it, we order and they said -we are only serving decaf because they were out espresso how that’s compared to a Coffee. Management has to do inventory or put someone able to do that job or close that location is the second time we got the same issue in that area decaf don’t wake me up 😐 that’s why I like Starbucks strong coffee ☕️ I hope next time I get whatever I need to follow up with my day

This is a decent coffee place. Mostly, the service is quite quick and also the employees are friendly. Heres some constructive criticism: offer stoppers, napkins, and make sure your employees dont spray windex in the drive-thru while customers are in line. I got some residue in my eyes and it was quite irritating. I do like this place though and will be coming back.

I’ve experienced 10-15 minute wait times In about 80% of my visits. On one visit they handed me my 4 dollar drink with coffee spilling over the top and all around the cup causing some to spill on my clothes and vehicle. No apologies just an eye roll when I asked for a napkin.

Last night I bought a $17 coffee cup and 2 min I went to return it. They didnt want to accept it because they didnt give me a receipt. The cashier said that she was new and didnt know how to print it out. The managers on duty saw me purchasing it and they denied it. Worse customer service Ive experienced in a Starbucks.

Didnt like anything about this visit, when I placed my order the gentleman that took my order was not friendly at all. I proceed to the drive through window to get my order and same demeanor. When I arrive to work and take a drink its clearly not what I ordered. Total disappointment. I guess it will be another 8 months before I try this same location again.
