Average Quick Lane Experience. Arrived at 7:30am; had the oil changed in my F350 Diesel; was out by 8:30am.I guess they didnt serve coffee at this location due to COVID-19.Waiting room is large so separation for social distancing was not an issue.Staff just didnt seem enthusiastic as other Quick Lanes but they got the job done.

I do not recommend this place at all. Took two different trucks there on separate occasions. First truck took 5 days to get repairs needed had to constantly call for updates. Thought that maybe was just a one time issue. 2nd truck took in this past Wednesday May 20th. Took 2 days before they even looked at the truck was told each day when we called that still waiting on the tech. Gave the benefit of the doubt on Thursday but when I got the same response on Friday thats when I started to dis trust them. Was looking for a new car to buy as well but after this experience I will not go there to spikes.

Good prices on oil changes with a coupon IF youre not in a hurry. Its impossible to get in and out in less than 90 minutes. They have a smallish waiting area with decent WiFi. They are dog-friendly.

Came in for a tune up on my 2015 Nissan Versa they did it and later after I left I had some problems my check engine light came on and the thermometer light came on as well. Idk what else they did to my car. Never bring your car here for service

It shouldnt even get the 1 star. Dont ever take your vehicle to the Quick Lane service. They are incompetent and careless. These mechanics messed up my car and the manager refused to see any fault in her staff. I went in initially because my Service Engine Coolant prompt came on in the car. The Service Rep said I needed a coolant flush. I did the recommended service. Exactly a week later my car ran hot! lift my hood and there was almost no coolant in the reservoir! Its a sound car and I keep it in good mechanical condition. Mind you I have never had any mechanical issues with my car in the past. NEVER, and Ive had my Ford for 6 years. Well I live in Mission now so I figured the dealership would of course know what they are doing if I have any issues since Im not back home and my mechanic cant check it for me. So they end up keeping my car for 2 1/2 days and told me finally on day 2 that I had a slow leak in my water pump. They sent me a picture of some rust on a component. Thats it! Didnt know what I was supposed to be looking at. I asked if it could have been caused by the car over heating and they said possibly but there was no way to be sure. 1st time trying to put off a mistake on the customer. I wanted my money back but the manager said since I asked for the service then I couldnt get a refund. I never came in and asked for a coolant flush. I simply said this prompt came on and the service rep recommended the services. So 2nd time placing fault on the customer. I took my car back. It wasnt running hot anymore because I put coolant in it myself. They had it for 2 days trying to cover their own backs. Idk what they did to my car but when I got it to Houston and had my mechanic start the water pump replacement, he immediately noticed that the components were loose and not connected tightly. The clamps for the hose were just placed on and not tightened. There was even a piece of the pump just sitting inside the engine block. Due to that being loose all week and on my drive to Houston, it stripped the housing and a goblet located at the bottom. I had to miss 2 dys of work and rent a car just to come back to the valley from Houston. The parts for my specific engine type are hard to get because there arent many models made with that type of engine. So I walked in Spikes Ford in Mission, Tx with 1 problem and came out with 2! I talked to the manager and all I can say is she doesnt have any clue what shes talking about. She literally said just because SHE doesnt THINK or FEEL that they messed up so they cant be held liable! So since when do we bypass facts and evidence for thoughts and feelings? She had the nerve to say my mechanic loosened everything! Girl! If that was the case I wouldnt have the housing stripped..l thats proof that it was loose that entire time. It is a blessing that I didnt get into or cause a major accident driving my vehicle like that! I only had my cat at Ford ( for 2 1/2 dys) then my home and then to my mechanics shopNobody touched my car between it leaving Ford and arriving at the shop in Houston. They refused to do anything about their negligence. I had to call coporate. Apparently this isnt the first time theyve been irresp with customers vehicles and put blame on Casper the friendly ghost instead of owning up to saying we messed up, let us rectify the situation. I guarantee it wont be the last time. Do yourself a favor and find someone you trust to work on your vehicle. Dont ever take to Spikes Ford in Misson.SN: Mr. Giles and the first service rep that helped me initially were great. He did all he could on his end and I dont hold the service reps at fault. Its the careless mechanics and the incompetent manager.

Dont keep appointment times nor tell you until youve waited for hours that they didnt start your repair on time...Update: they gave me a decent discount to offset the very large wait time, so it kind of made up for the hassle.
