Today was my first time going to Firestone I was a little skeptical at first because I had not been there before but Michael attended me right away and made me feel comfortable, he was very kind and courteous and he let me know what my options were and that it would be awhile with the option I went with to get my rotors fixed but he did make sure to keep me updated along the way. I can easily say that in the event that I need something else fixed on my vehicle I will be coming back and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you very much Michael.

Bad service there was 2 gentleman there and it took them 5 minutes to great me. I was the only person there. One was on the phone, which I understand but the other guy was just taking up space. I have worked for customer service all my life and Im a branch manager and I do not accept that type of greet. I dont know who the supervisor is at this location, but yall need to retrain your employees because they lack at C.S.

It doesnt seem like making an appointment matters. I made an appointment at 10:30 for my car for a wheel alignment (I will admit that I was 5 minutes late), and was told that there would be a 2 hour wait. When I asked why, the excuse I was told was that, this appointment is like a doctors office appointment, you may not be seen at the time you scheduled. Its upsetting that this is the mentality here because I dont see a point in making a customer wait when they do not have to. Appointments are made for people to save time. I would understand if I was a walk-in customer. Im still here at 11:50 and my car still has yet to be worked on, which makes me feel like not even the 2 hour estimate was accurate. I feel like since they already got my money years ago (I purchased a lifetime wheel alignment), they dont really care to provide me with quality customer service.Another issue I have is that masks arent being worn or if they are, theyre worn below the nose (which doesnt protect anyone from anything). This virus isnt funny, and if you have a sign that asks customers to cover their face, please also honor that sign yourself. You may be exposing others to the virus.I would hope that these reviews would influence some change, but Ive seen other customers complain about the same things from 2 months ago. I would hope that maybe receiving more of these reviews would influence some sort of change.

No waiters infront of me store is empty, was told From advisor 30min wait, and its been an hr and still they havent got to my car. No friendly service here must not like working on Sundays!!

The guys here know their stuff. I prefer to bring my truck here rather than taking it to the mechanic down the street. Sure its going to cost more but its once and done. Even at that, they will work with you on prices. The warranty is great as well. The staff and manager treat everyone fairly and with respect👍

I have purchased several tires here for my vehicles and mark all goes beyond and really explains everything I can tell he really loves his job thanks for the awesome service 😀

Went in on a Sunday, to get my car checked due to a noise that I had noticed, and just to get my car a full inspection prior to a long road trip. Employee was very helpful in finding the problem and knowledgeableIn how to fix it and recommendation on what parts to replace.

Staff wasn’t wearing their masks inside and their wait times to check a flat tire was 4 hours. So if you like long wait times and enjoy possibly being exposed to covid this is the perfect place for you.

The one thing I didnt like was that they dont enforce customers to wear a mask . Their was a walking customer without a mask talking very close to one the employees.

Had something in our tire causing a slow leak. Since our tires are Firestone we contacted this location for repair. Got right in and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend these guys for your automotive needs.

Phoned to make an appointment for a tire rotation. Appointment set with Mark for 12:00 noon Saturday April 18, 2020.Turned up at about 11:53 am and booked in, gave them the keys.The car was still sitting outside at 12:50 pm.Finally, the car was moved and the task completed. We left at aprox. 1:15 pm.The tire rotation was completed OK, but the inordinate wait, when we had made an appointment, was unnecessary.

I recently bought 4 tires at an affordable price with great customer service. Sadly the atmosphere was uninviting and dirty. I dont think the windows there have been cleaned for years. This place needs a good cleaning and dont even think about using the restrooms.

Single handedly the worst experience ive had regarding anything automotiveTook them 8 hours to do a very bad job (cant use explicatives) on the alignment for my truck and tore the rack boot on the day old rack i gotWhen apprached about it they simply said to pound sand and never got me the rack bootThe sales rep is worthlessI find it funny seeing the genaric 5 star reviews made by the employees and their friends/family than the genuine 1 star reviews

I went on 08/03/2018 there due an issue with the A/C of my car. The A/C stop working and their a/c technician gave a estimate of $1280, because he was going to replace: drier, expansion valve, compressor, receiver drier, evaporator, expansion valve and the labor. I was suspicious because I did my homework searching on internet what could be the issue. I went to the car dealer and they replace a leaking hose and a condenser (both $240) and the total $1100; a little bite cheaper. So with the firestone repair will replace everything and I will have to go back in a few months to replace a leaking hose. Friends educate first before go there.

First of all i took my wifes subaru crosstrek cause i installed a lift kit and it needed an alignment, two young guys here that where extremely rude and driving my wifes car in the parking lot like they stole it and driving it fast and just all out abusing the car like if it was theirs!. then the guy inside tries to tell me that the car cant be aligned cause my wifes car needs parts for the alignment, and i didnt believe him cause ive had lifted subarus before and they all align with stock parts fine, then he got offended when i told him i dont think it needs new parts cause my old subaru didnt need parts and both my wifes car and my car have very similar if not the same exact parts. then makes us sign a paper that says that they are not responsible for misalignment, so i tell them to align it as best as they could. after we get on the road and the car is now pulling to one side and completely way off and it was not doing this before.so my wife and i take the crosstrek to mcallen firestone and they told us no parts where needed and where not necessary and aligned it perfect with all stock parts! then the person in mcallen told us that whoever aligned the car made complete mess of it and almost looked like it was done on purpose. if you have extra time i recommend going to the mcallen firestone on 23rd they are amazing and i feel they are much more professional and trust worthy compared to these idiots in mission.! please excuse me calling these people idiots but i knew i was getting screwed when i saw how unprofessional and rude they where! remember mcallen firestone is way better!!!!!

Horrible service

Very unsatisfy with there service had my car checked for squeaky tire noise and they couldnt find the problem and Ac check. They let me know that they couldnt find the problem and at the end left with squeaky noise and paid 53 dollars problem not fixed.

Theyre pretty good and fast, prices can be a little high, but sometimes theyre willing to make a deal.

Had a flat tire and was asked if I was going to drop the car or wait (what!) of course I said wait. He then told me it would take a while. Whats a while I asked, an hour or two. Wow! One or two for a flat tire? Came to pueblo tire and after 10 mins my car was already being worked on.
