Free 60 pt inspection found issues with a newly purchased car I bought from another dealer. Saved me over a 1k dollars! The staff was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. They showed me the issues with pictures and tangible items. Highly recommend!

Been here a couple times, once for tire repair and once for routine maintenance. Both times excellent service. Quick, efficient, and superb customer service in terms of both in person and text/email based notifications and summaries.

My car was recalled I called and was told that it would take about 4 hours to do the work. I asked if they had the parts and was told they had them. When I got there they had my car for 15 minutes then told me they had to order the parts. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate their screw-up and when I went back it only took 1 hour. This place has always been fast when I have been there in the past but they need to have better more accurate communication with the customer.

Horrible customer service. Had to take car back six or seven time and they still didnt fix the issue. They know our engine is messed up and should be part of the KIA recall but they just keep resetting the code and recommend stuff that has nothing to do with fixing the problem. Our engine is burning oil and there is serious knocking. They SUCK!!!

Great service, but it is difficult to get an appointment, and impossible to get a hold of a person in the service center. You have to talk to the call center for appointments and then they will leave a message for the service department to call you back.

I have been going here since I bought my 2016 Kia Forte, I was introduced to SM Kia when my brother bought his 2013 Soul. Like any maintenance shop I have had ups and downs, but Jon Howell (Service Manager) and Rick Ulin (General Manager) took real good care of me this trip. Just when I was considering leaving they made it right. Joe Stroble was my tech and was honest and upfront and double checked everything. They have kept me as a customer.

Had a issue with a Engine Control System error, come to find out it was just a plug that came loose under the hood.
