Dishonest sales and finance people. I test drove a truck that the salesman kept telling me I was in love with. It was a nice truck and fully loaded but wasn’t necessarily what I wanted, other than it was a diesel. After the test drive I told him I wasn’t interested and wanted to keep looking. The salesman begged me to let him show me the numbers. I told him I wasn’t ready for that because I have a house pending sale in Indiana and don’t want an inquiry on my credit right now. He said it would be a soft pull with no impact to my score. Guess what? That was a lie, as I was leaving the lot I got three different notifications that my credit had been pulled. Luckily my credit score can withstand it, but I’d hate to see how many people they do the same thing to that can’t take the hit to their score. Needless to say, they won’t be getting my business.

This was my first experience at Spikes Service Center and Joana was extremely helpful. She was friendly and accommodating. I would be happy if she was the agent that helped me on my next visit as well.

I came to Spikes Ford for an oil change and Daniel was the associate assisting me. He was informative, professional and very nice.The wait time wasnt too bad and the Works oil change was affordable.I plan to return for future oil changes.

We understand that finding good help right now is tough, but 7 weeks and a day is too long to wait for our truck to be fixed. May I suggest that you call when its close to your turn, then take the vehicle in to be fixed! Having your truck sit in your lot for weeks before they even begin work is terrible! Thank God we have another vehicle or we would have been stranded!! Also, the price was RIDICULOUS. Prices have gone up, but come on! Our starter was fine when we dropped off the truck, but while they were fixing an oil leak and putting it back together, the starter got cracked. Thus we had to pay for a new starter. $718.00 more!!! We got a discount, but this whole thing was a disaster. Also, there is a tiny oil leak. We are watching it closely, but really cant lose our truck for another 2 months! After sending almost $6000.00 it should not leak at all!!

Michael was amazing from beginning to end. He made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We never felt rushed or pressured and did everything to get us what we wanted for what we wanted. We would DEFINITELY recommend him and Spikes Ford to everyone!

Always aim to have Spikes conduct regular maintenance. This past week, in a regular tire rotation, I was very fortunate that they found a potentially dangerous suspension problem on the F250 underside. They fixed the problem expeditiously quickly and thoroughly in two days. Very satisfied with Quick Service at Ford. Service managers are superb.

It was very informative learning about all the options, and I was able to choose exactly what I wanted on it. When it came in, he made getting all the details taken care of easy, breezy, and I was on my way! I am truly disappointed and disgusted by the lack of honesty and professionalism from this dealership. They do not take responsibility for the mistakes they made and the lies that were told in order to sell this truck.We bought a 2020 Ford Ranger Lariat; it was sold under the pretense to have a decent fuel efficiency of 20-22 miles/gallon. Immediately we noticed that it did not give more than 14-15 miles/gallon.We explained to the dealership what was going on, and they said that it was due to the leveling kit to the front.They removed the leveling kit, which still did not give us the advertised fuel efficiency, and told us to wait until the engine loosened up with some miles.I use this truck daily and drive at highway speeds.When my husband drove it this weekend, he noticed that the truck was pulling to the side, and he checked the tire, and they were worn out.He immediately knew the car was out of alignment and brought it to the dealership.They informed us that they had aligned the truck after taking the leveling kit out and that the warranty did not cover the damage.We bought this new truck, and it only has 11000 miles on it.I could not notice anything wrong with the car, which is supposed to be new, and if it werent for my husband driving the car, I would have ended up having an accident.They tried to blame us, that we hit the tires, but when my husband told the people at spikes to show us that there were no marks on the tires or the rims to back that claim up.My husband bought a new set of tires and immediately took it to a reputable alignment center, were they said that the truck was out of alignment and the alignment that it had was for a different height of the vehicle. They did not align the truck after taking the leveling kit off.What they did was dangerous, and to save themselves some money, they could have placed my life and others on the road at risk. We are going to get rid of this car.The worse part was that we did not see how terrible the reviews were of this place. Do yourself a favor and do not go there!

Had a great experience dealing with these guys. I had them add a few aftermarket items and they did so at a decent price and finished the install faster than they estimated. I highly recommend stopping by.

I went to check the status of a friends truck, & it was RIDICULOUS!!! It took them 3 months to install 2 different rebuild transmissions!! Obviously the 1st install was junk, the second hes been waiting for 2 mo. Front desk was very vague about answering questions we had & got nowhere, so we were back to where we started! Definitely will NOT recommend for either Buying, or Servicing your vehicles!! Sorry Bro. That you have to deal with these guys! 3 months people!! Wow 3 months bumming rides!

This Ford dealer used to feel like home. I had purchased 5 vehicles from Spikes since 2016 without a single issue. Enter: Adam Herrera. His unwillingness to even budge was so disheartening that I was forced to reconsider my relationship with this Ford dealer so much so that I had to leave. I felt like another number on a spreadsheet gone was the familiarity of years prior. Treat your loyal customers right and you’ll have them for life. Absolutely terrible service. They told me they have the parts in stock and after making an appointment and not having a car for days, call me to let me know the parts are not in stock and have to be ordered. Then they tell me the vehicle will be ready on a certain day before lunch time. So, I call that morning to verify and they now tell me the vehicle will be ready by the end of the day. During my lunch time, they now call me that my vehicle is ready for pick up.How does this miscommunication keep happening? Stick around.I call the dealership and ask to be transferred to the service department. Im on hold for over 10 minutes and the receptionist says there is no one to take my call and for me to leave a message. I then say that Ill need to schedule a shuttle pick up later today. What does the dealership do? Send a lyft driver immediately to my address on file, not where Im at. So I call the dealership back, say I want to speak to a Dealership Manager who can fix this mess. I get my call answered and then put back on hold immediately. What terrible service this dealership offers. I will be going to Boggus Ford next time.

Have a 2020 Ranger and is wearing the front tires due to the fact that was not aligned after taking a leveling kit from the front of the truck . The service Department denied any responsibility and said that it was not covered by warranty at 11,000 miles,Had to put 4 new tires and had it aligned by a reputable shop and was told that the truck wasn’t aligned properlyThe truck is supposed to give at least 20 miles/gallon and we only getting 15 to 17 miles/ gallonWe bought Ford trying to be supportive of American industries, but this is a terrible disappointmentDefinitely going back to SubaruDon’t recommend this dealership to any body.

Salesman Eduardo was great, but once manager Jorge got involved, it was not a good experience. Raised voice, and gave different information to same question regarding finance. Was approved and ready to buy bronco, deal went sour following interaction.

The service provided was a oil change service. The people were nice enough to give my daughter a ride home so she wouldnt have to wait there for my vehicle to be serviced. It would be nice if the fluid levels would be checked and topped off if needed. Paying a little extra for a piece of mind would be ok.

Rude representatives. Employees act as if they do not want to sell. As a customer and potential buyer my experience was horrible. I ask a question and get a quick sarcastic response. Management needs to see and address that from their representatives walking the floor, and develop better seller customer relations. If negative stars was a given option I’d gladly add it.

This dealership went above and beyond to help service my Ford Fusion. Dianna in service is the best! My dad and I had gone to Boggus Ford and Hacienda Ford with no luck in finding availability. We arrived to Spikes and Dianna greeted us and helped us check in our car right away. They diagnosed the car right away and ordered the part we needed asap. Overall this was a great experience and I would like to buy a vehicle from here in the future.

I’m not one to rant but, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED doesn’t even begin to explain how I feel!! My vehicle has been getting “serviced” for almost 5 months now and I still can’t get it back! It’s extremely frustrating since my husband works out of town and that’s the ONLY vehicle I have to move around and they won’t loan me one! Mind you I’M STILL PAYING for it MONTHLY and my insurance as well.Every time I call to get updates the receptionist says my service advisor “can’t be reached, is out, on vacation, or is busy”Today I went above and beyond to get a ride and speak to them personally but I left with an emotional breakdown because I’m so frustrated that they STILL CANT GIVE ME MY TRUCK!!!! Came in for a service on my 2020 ford escape. They told me I need an appt, guy did not help me set up one. Did not seem to care about the customer. Bad attitude. Lazy attitude. First time getting service, i just bought the new vehicle, so when i got to the service dept for the oil change, i was greeted immediately by the sales guy, i told him what i was there for, he was so nice and he explained what they would be doing, he was so nice i felt so confident and safe with him there, after going into the office, he explained again what they would be doing, i sat to wait and within 30-40 min, oil change, tire rotation all the works that needed be done, got texted when ready and got texted again from Spikes to see if i was satisfied with work, they were on the BALL, appreciate yall

Just purchased a used vehicle from this place and they sold me a lemon! I absolutely don’t recommend purchasing vehicles here. They promise you to fix the vehicles, they promise to give you a loaner, then they want you to change insurances just to get a more expensive insurance. General manager doesnt even bother to help simply said you don’t want to leave your vehicle for a month just to get transmission oil, then not their fault! Besides the fact that not even two weeks and the vehicle started to half a million problems. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! Whatever you do make sure to check your vehicles when you purchase here because not even to service will they attend you! Very very poor maintenance! 😡

Overall, I had a great experience with my first ever Ford purchase. The sales personnel were very helpful, finance dept was also helpful, and the process was a lot quicker than what I have experienced in other dealerships I have previously shopped at. I was shown how to use Ford Pass, how to set up my vehicle and connect to my phone, and also the features of my new vehicle. Excellent service from my salespeople. The only thing I was not 100 percent happy with was the cleaning of the vehicles interior. There were a few spots that were missed and I felt that it was maybe a rush job. Overall, however, the buying experience was one of the best I have had.

Got both of our vehicles here. Staff really works with you and are very respectful and polite. Very nice experience. Only thing I will say is when I bought my vehicle I was given the wrong plates. Didn’t find out till I went to the DMV to get a new inspection sticker.

Don’t plan to buy at any point these people. They’re just going to judge and talk about you’re not going to buy, they shoot themselves in the foot. They keep treating new customers so poorly it’s no wonder people leave so fast.
