If I could give this place a 0 I would . Now I understand why Bert Ogden is losing there clientele. So I go to Bert Ogden Cadillac to purchase a 2021 XT 5 they had online for 45k already approved and ready to buy the sales guy comes to me and says my manger says that this xt5 is the last one they have considered new because it was a loaner with 2500 miles and we are gonna mark it up 3k, I was speechless, and then the sales guy says what can we do to earn your business, I responded your trying to cheat me on the sales posted price and now you expect me to trust you to do a whole deal when you are already trying to rip me off, I then just said no thank you and left, now I see why people say to stay away from Bert Ogden!!

Bert Ogden Dealerships are ripping off people with their “market adjustments price “!I went to the Cadillac dealership and spoke with the sales representative We been looking for an Escalade and they had none of the 2021 or 2022 Escalade and told me I could not make an orders of an Escalade because GM was taking none so we only had a choice to buy the ones in transit but for our surprise they had a Mark up of 10,000 to 20,000 !!!! ARE YOU GUYS CRAZY ! He told us we could speak with the manager to negotiate on the market adjustments ! If that’s not ripping off peopleI don’t know what is !! BE AWARE !A 95.000 100.000 will be worth 120k plus taxes !! Not worth it as it devalues so much !We ended up ORDERING AT STICKER PRICEIN SEWELL CADILLAC in Dallas, no Bull SSpeak with Robert Perry excellent sales person !!

I recently purchased a vehicle with Bert Ogden Cadillac and had a great time, seeing and selecting the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Mr. J. Perez was very patient, a consummate professional in all regards. I test drove the vehicle and was totally sold on what I needed/wanted. I bought a 2021 Cadillac XT6 and it is a smooooooth ride for my girls and I. Apparently, Cadillac will have their very own electric model, the Lyriq, soon, which I am totally psyched about going back for. David and Norman worked together as a team to make the process move forward seamlessly. Courteous. Professional. Answered my questions, and I had many! Took my vehicle in for service. They noticed there was a recall for the airbags so that is good. Took it in because the drivers door handle was loose. I was initially upset because I was getting charged a diagnostic fee as well as the repair because the third party warranty company refused to cover the expenses. After some back and forth, they agreed to waive the diagnostic fee and I agreed to have them do the repair. Eduardo was very helpful in resolving the matter and making sure that we understood the process and were happy.

Where do I start, I’m so very disappointed with the handling of my husbands and my situation with the General Manager. He doesn’t care to keep his customers happy. We bought a 2021 Cadillac Escalade which has been nothing but an issue. I have tried all resources with handling this situation with service (Barry is amazing). But unfortunately the boss is Jakob and he doesn’t care to help solve my issues and safety concerns. He does not call to see what can he do because we have wasted soooooo much money and he doesn’t care about us nor putting my children in harms way.I am over this brand, this is not what we are used to. Before Manny took care of everything for us and since he left, These people are like a tank of sharks who don’t care for a long term relationship. It’s only about the money and toss you to the trash. Please understand we are a family and we purchased a 2021 Escalade for comfortability and dependability and all it’s been is a SAFETY CONCERN. Would you want to risk your family’s life? I think not. The manufacturer is responsible for the issue but the way the dealership is trying to help us to switch out is not. And We never got a phone call.“Are you okay? I’m sorry your going through this. Let me try and make things easier for you guys. “Nothing, upper management could care less for business. This is a personal and very hurtful way to make a consumer cut all relations with a dealership that doesn’t care after years of business. I believe it was February 9th 2021 When I reached out To Bert Ogden Cadillac in Mission, Texas. I really did not intend to purchase a vehicle because I was looking at BMW, infiniti, Lexus and Nissan. I was getting emails from all of them but it seemed like Bert Ogden Cadillac really wanted to make a deal. I was looking for a mid size luxury Sedan and the Cadillac CT5 seemed to fit my needs perfectly. I did my online researchwhich included many hours of YouTube vids and it peaked my interest. The 2020 CT5 was redesigned And replaced the CTS and ATS models. I have to give a shout out to the general manager over there who was willing to make a great deal and had my sales person David Hernandez work with me in every way to make the deal possible. With my credit score being very close to 800. I was able to get a great interest rate in very low payment under 430 a month for a 2020 luxury CT5. I also want to give a shout out to Jose”Freedy” Marroquin in the F&I office (finance and insurance) for giving me a great deal for wheel, tire and bumper to bumper coverage that included scratch, ding and dent which I paid upfront to keep my payment below 430 a month. They also bought my 2018 Toyota CHR that I was leasing before based on the pictures I sent them without question. I only had less than 2 payments left on it and it was a car that they were interested in and knew they could turn around and sell real quick.I also didnt mention that I live in Texas but I work out of state in Louisiana and did this completely over the phone. It took about an hour over the phone to get this all squared away and they were going to transport the vehicle to me from Texas at no cost to me. However they did not end up transporting it because as you all know the big freeze hit taxes and shut things down and if it wasnt for that week of the freeze where the state was crippled Due to poor state management and preparedness. I would have had my car within 48 hours, instead I got it almost a week and a 1/2 later. And David Hernandez had to drive the vehicle because due to increase oil and gas prices the transport option was no longer available. He got the COVID-19 vaccine so he can follow safety recommendations and keep me and my family safe during this ongoing pandemic. Mr. Hernandez was so dedicated he made the 10 hour drive-in one shot and came to my house a week and a 1/2 later at 6:00 p.m. with a colleague that I unfortunately do not remember his name. He brought the paperwork which I signed and he explained the features of the vehicle and help set up my OnStar Services. Which by the way I have for free until 2023 and then if I want to keep it at the premium level its just 34 bucks a month. Which includes remote start from an app, locking, securing your vehicle and other features. Vehicle also has a WI fi hotspot With 3 gigs of Data for 3 months Which is kinda low for my familys needs but its enough to get us from Wi-Fi spot to a Wi-Fi spot.So if you looking to lease or buy a vehicle and you want A luxury brand that has been redesigned to cater to more modern taste that not everyone has and you should consider getting a Cadillac with Bert Ogden in Mission,TX. Just make sure to ask for David Hernandez and tell him Geoff sent you and he will definitely take care of you and work with you, as look as your willing to be up front and honest about seriously purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Called to make an appointment to test drive the 2021 Escalade. The person said they would call back when they had one at the dealership. A few days later they called me back to say they had one available for the test drive. Confirmed availability of the vehicle on the morning of the appointment. When I arrived there a few minutes later, the salesperson took me into his office, taking down my information, DL, etc, all the while not telling me that they did not have a vehicle for me to test drive. After a lot of time wasting they tell me the vehicle was just sold the other night so they do not have one to test drive. Seems a lot like the bait and switch-the oldest trick in the book of a slimy, slick car salesman. If you value your time and want to be treated with respect, my advice is to shop elsewhere.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer and service was average. My temp tags accidentally fell and proceeded to call the dealer to see if they can help with my issue. I made an attempt in the morning and a Mr. Cruz was suppose to return my call. Then 5 PM came around and decided to call back just to find that the department in charge its closed. The entire experience has not been great. My salesman was very nice and knowledgable and I did appreciate that, however, we were promised all our paperwork would be ready by 8:30 AM after completing the bulk of things the previous day (which was about 5 hours). We ended up leaving at 9PM the next day because our paperwork took forever. It was a two day ordeal to purchase the vehicle. Now my salesman no longer works there all of a sudden so I keep getting the run around any time I need help since they always want to refer you to the salesman. On top of that my fender came off 72 hours into owning the vehicle and I was blamed even though it had to have been a faulty part because nothing I did in 72 hours even came near my fender. However, I did further damage the fender myself because I wasnt aware it had fallen and when I reversed, I caused more damage, which I do admit fault for. But they swore this brand new vehicle couldnt possibly have been defective so I had to pay to repair my brand new vehicle. The cherry on top, is a few days later my center console no longer latches. So it seems a brand new vehicle can have defects. Also, the service advisors are extremely rude and callous. There is no care for customer service at all. I dont expect to be treated like the queen but politeness and not taking a rude tone isnt a lot to ask for. Monica who assists with service is amazing though and is polite and so helpful.

GM and Bert Ogden never again. Bought an Escalade and from the start transmission problems which never got fixed, screen stopped working, ac front and rear stopped working several times, shaking after 15k miles, poor customer service and Bert Ogden is the worse service in the valley. They never answer the phone, lie to you about the car being fixed, they give you the run around. At the end fought GM going to court to buy back the car. They basically sold me a lemon and Bert Ogden did nothing to try to fix the issue. At the end ended up either quitting or firing all their service dept at Cadillac Bert Ogden. Even GM told me not to take the car there for repairs. To take it to another Cadillac dealer.Also have a friend who also bought an Escalade here and is having issues with the service dept fixing it. So word of caution stay away from here. Oh and by the way after GM bought back the vehicle, Bert Ogden decided it was their right to keep the extra coverages I purchased for the vehicle. I’m already fed up with them so I don’t wanna even pursue anything against them.

Horrible experience and all I did was take a test drive. When we said we were comparing best offers from Mercedes, GMC, and all others. Sells person started bashing the competition instead of selling me their benefits. Poor approach. Also seemed like they felt I didnt belong but just to show appearances arent everything since I ended up going to Mercedes. Nice cars but poor selling.

I so wanted to give them a good rating but they are terrible. Poor service, leaves the vehicle dirty, told the vehicle would be ready same day and takes 2 days. For the financing they submit to all the banks and hurt your credit by doing so instead of just submitting to one bank. Also they sell your information to other companies and you will get lots of junk (regular letter) mail about extra coverages. From companies you never even heard of.

I went to the dealership to have my screen replaced and the a/c control console. The technicians scratched the leather when they installed the new screen and a/c control. I went to the dealership to speak to the manager and he was the rudest person. Instead of helping me out he made me feel like a liar by saying that maybe I was the one that scratched it! How am I gonna scratch the leather when it is evident that the technicians were the ones that scratched it when replacing the parts in that area. To be honest, it was the worst service ever! Rude manager as well!FYI: Take pictures yourself from the inside and outside because any damage they will blame it on you.

Service department is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I would avoid buying another Cadillac for the purpose of not having to deal with their service department. Every time our vehicle gets dropped off for service, we’ve never been offered a loaner car but that’s not even the worst part. It takes DAYS to be able to get ahold of someone to find out the status of the repair. I call and am told, “we will send a message to the department and will call you back”, only to never hear back from them!

The customer service at this dealership is horrible. i was mistreated and spoken to very unprofessionally. i was mocked multiple times by their representative for not knowing my zip code, (i just bought a new house). every response from her was confrontational and she claimed my service records were missing for 3 consecutive days, when the manager pulled them up in 1 minute. they do not honor the manufacture warranties and lie so they dont have to. i have owned 3 Cadillac vehicles in the past 10 years. i will never purchase another car from them again. take pictures of your vehicle when leaving if for service here. they put a 8 dent in my door and denied they damaged it. by the time i noticed the next morning i knew they gave it to me at night so i wouldnt notice the damage on the passenger door. and by then they just claimed i couldnt prove they did it.

According to management and the technicians at this location, mold growing in your suvs air ducts is perfectly normal even after being serviced for the same problem 3 months prior. The young female receptionist they have has no manners or sense of customer service she will yell at you like an animal. After I asked her twice to not be rude to her customer she had the audacity to claim we were being loud and called her manager. He then claimed the exact service they performed for mold in my vehicle was now part of my maintenance schedule. Even though Cadillac has 45k between filter changes. Thank you Cadillac for convincing me to never buy another car from you again. I will be contacting the BBB and attorney generals office about this matter.
