That level of service extended to my arrival for my appointment - great metro location easy to get to and clean professional offices. Scott was super helpful in talking to me about the various tint levels and helping me decide on an option. They got my vehicle in on the scheduled time and did the work quickly. Afterwards Scott advised I may see some haze and bubbles which would be normal - I saw none of those - it was perfect from the get-go. I had seen that on some tinting on my old truck that I had tinted years earlier and was expecting it again - but it was just smooth as silk. Highly recommend.

Fantastic window tinting company. I contacted TintWorks to get my new Lexus worked on last year. I was greeted by Sheridan who booked my appointment right away. The person who worked on my car was Scott. Him and his entire team did a great job on my 2020 IS300 and I couldnt be more pleased. After seeing their work on my car, I referred 2 of my friends to have their cars tinted. To no ones surprise, they were also very satisfied with the quality of work done on their vehicles. When I got my mustang naturally I had to tint it immediately. I did a lot of looking around and research. A lot of the places in Minneapolis area looked a bit sketchy, like their quality wasnt great or it looked like the shop would close well before the warranty expired. Tintworks had a great informative website that allowed me to trust them enough to head into the shop and get some more info. The employees were incredibly nice and professional and never tried to push a sale or pressure anything. They had a few vehicles with different tints so you could get a clear idea of how it may look on your vehicle and what would best fit your needs. They helped me choose the right shade and immediately went to work. In maybe an hour or less my car was all done and looking so good. There were NO FLAWS whatsoever and no problems to this day. They gave plenty of aftercare instructions which were easy to follow like dont roll your windows down for 3-5 days I could not be happier with their services and products. TintWorks exceeded my expectations. This was my first time researching and purchasing PPF for a vehicle, and I had a lot of questions at first. From answering my questions, executing a flawless installation, and completing my installation of PPF and window tint ahead of the estimated time, TintWorks was the true definition of customer service and execution. I purchased their GT Package for PPF, and as a bonus, they allowed me to change the door edge PPF to PPF for my headlights as I wasnt worried about my door edges. Thats flexibility and a company looking to deliver, which they did! I highly recommend TintWorks and will one day return.

I had Tint Works put a 35% tint on the front windows and a sun strip on my F150. Super satisfied with the result. Can’t remember the exact cost of it but it was very reasonable and high quality. I’ve had it for about 8 months now and it’s held up perfectly. Super helpful staff and got my truck in and out in about an hour.

From the beginning, Tint Works was awesome to work with. I first reached out to them to find out about how their process works, and they were very transparent with the whole process. Another thing I was extremely impressed with was the timing and how quickly they were able to get my window tint done. I am very satisfied with their work, and my truck looks awesome with my tinted windows. Ive already referred them to three family members!

I have gone here twice now, once for the two front package, and again to tint the rest of the vehicle. Both times I waited in the waiting room and it was done much faster than I was expecting. Very good work on my tint job. I had a dash cam installed on my rear window which they had to remove but they promptly gave me instructions on how to put it back on without peeling the tape. Tint has been on there for almost a year now and have had no issues.

We had a great experience at TintWorks. When we stopped in to ask about tinting our car windows, the young woman who at the front desk was very helpful in talking us through the process. She took us out into the parking lot and showed us examples of the different levels of tint and how it looked on different cars. She pointed out how the size of the car and the windows can affect the perception of how dark the tint looks. That was very helpful for us in making our decision. They got us in for an appointment a day or two later, and again, everyone we dealt with was very kind and helpful. The whole process from start to finish was comfortable, courteous, and professional. It was very clear that they wanted us to have a good experience and to be satisfied with the results. The pricing was competitive with other tint jobs weve had done in the past but they definitely offered a higher level of customer care. I went to TintWorks to get my windows tinted a few months ago, and while they were fast and professional and my tints looked good on completion, on the back glass of my vehicle the tint began to peel after one month of getting it done.While I know it has been a weird period for businesses during COVID, I have tried calling to set up a fix or get word on if I can get it reapplied with no luck.

They really took care of me they gave me an appointment and was able to fit me in the same day they had quoted me a time it was done 20 minutes earlier than the time that they had said and on top of that the price of their film was almost $100 cheaper then some competitors and I like the fact that they put the tent all the way up to the line to where you cant even tell what your windows down that you had 10 on there excellent job extremely good work never been happier.

The job they did on the windows was great no bubbles explained the care needed. They were timely and had me out before estimated time. Cost was fair. I did deduct one star however for the simple fact they did not put my belongings back where they were when they were done.

I got my Cadillac DTS done here at the end of the summer. They gave me a great deal they were responsive. During a worldwide pandemic they made the interactions mimimal. I loved the result. We had our RX 350 tinted here today. It’s the 4th vehicle we’ve brought here. These guys are very thorough and FAST. We had 2 door windows and two smaller windows done in about 45 minutes. We waited in their lounge.And as always, their workmanship is flawless. They left our car as clean as can be, as if it hadn’t even been touched. I can’t say enough good about these guys.

Top notch customer service with outstanding workmanship! The price I was quoted in an email to tint my mk7.5 Golf R was the exact price I paid when the installation was completed. No hidden fees and absolutely no attempt to up sale me. Its been 2 weeks since the tint was installed and it looks incredible. No air bubbles present and looking through the glass is crystal clear, zero distortion as can be the case with lesser shops.
