If youre waiting for your car to be serviced for a shortish job (eg, oil change), this place has an excellent waiting area: recently renovated, large, well lit with natural light, plenty of distancing opportunity, and Caribou coffee grinder/brewer. Better environment than my actual office, in fact.I have no comment on the service itself as Ive never had any work other than standard scheduled service. Operation runs smoothly as far as I can tell. Will continue to go there every 5K miles.

I am very upset that 3 years ago u sold me a remote start on my new car and today I had to have it removed because Mazda deceided to not upgrade the system to a 5G system. They now r offering an outside company to install a new system for $599. This is not a bad offer but Mazda should pay the $599. Yes they are giving me a rebate for $400 but that leaves me $199 short to put a new one on my car. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and for as much as I love my Mazda I will think twice before buying another one.

I came in with a braking concern and wanted it to be checked to be sure I was safe while driving. After the diagnosis which happened in the exact time frame I was promised, the advisor explained to me what was happening and why, which I appreciated versus just “we didn’t find anything have a good day”. As long as my experiences keep like this I will be happy to return! My advisor was kind, straightforward, and even took care of the cost for my appointment since everything checked out!! Thank you!

This location was great. The program they offer educators is wonderful. However, I was a bit disappointed that with this promo they told me my interior and exterior would be cleaned and neither of them were. After a summer of driving my kids all over I was looking forward to it.

All of their employees are very professional and able to clearly and concisely articulate inspection findings and proposed repairs in an easy to understand manner. 135,000 mile service - this place is first class. They are prompt, professional, clean and their waiting area is great place to get some work done with WiFi and comfortable desk, chair or sofa to sit on while waiting. They also have a fancy coffee machine. I’ve been having my oil change and service here since 2014.

Cannot believe that the insurance I purchased the best quality insurance, through the bank would not cover this, lesson learned, not only did they take care of me they gave me a fair and right price in a timely manner. With these difficult times getting an engine for this make and model Im sure couldve been difficult. They dropped a brand new engine in my vehicle I am very very pleased with the service.

I had enough equity to upgrade to a CX-30 but there were none available. While we were considering other vehicles, one showed up and was due to be delivered the next day. Horn not working. The folks at Morries took care of my issue efficiently in 3 hrs, and in 1 visit the day after I called; the job involved proper diagnosis and solution; the techs checked air and cabin filters as they completed the work. The horn works again! Now the most expensive horn in the twin cities, another Mazda dealership was unable to fix the horn in 4 consecutive scheduled visits to their shop over a 5 week period. Please use Morries for any maintenance and upkeep issues you may have, the staff is helpful, courteous, and gets the job done reasonably without replacing 1/2 the electrical components; part of the problem was simply a bent connector........

I called several times to get in touch with an employee in the service department. This lead to leaving a message and waiting 2 days for a call back. The service department needs someone who can answer a call. My car is 3 Months old under 4k miles. Bought the extended warranty when I purchased the car,only to be told they wont cover my problem. Not impressed with the service or how they dont stand behind their own promises .

Mike checked us in and was very kind and efficient. He gave us a realistic wait time and then kept us posted thruout. Duane not only looked at the issue our daughter was having with her car, but he also checked the other basic functions, brakes etc and just made sure the csr was in good working order. Diego Gonzalez is the service advisor that assisted and did an excellent job of listening to the problem that I was experiencing with my car. Diego accurately communicated the problem to Aaron, the mechanic. Therefore the replacement of the brake booster resulted in the perfect fix.Both Diego and Aaron were professional and very helpful.I will continue to take my car to Morries Minnetonka for service.

I came in for the educator free oil change, car wash and interior cleaning. After I make the appointment, someone called me back and said I didn’t qualify because I don’t drive a Mazda. After I explain to them the fine print, they agreed to perform the service. Today, they did not seem to be familiar with the promotion since they did not clean the inside of the car.I appreciate the oil change, but was disappointed that they did not perform the cleaning as advertised.

After buying a used car from this dealership, there was an item that had been overlooked. I contacted the sales rep from whom I purchased the car, both he and the used car sales manager told me to bring it in as soon as possible. The service department fixed the issue quickly and the sales team made sure it was at a great price. Very happy with my experience there thus far and will return for future maintenance.

I was having trouble with my keyless entry system, so I brought my car in. I had a third party remote start that I thought may have been interfering with the keyless entry. The service dept recommend a diagnostic ($190), so I said sure. They called me shortly after I left and said they’d need to remove the remote start to do a diagnostic, and that the labor and diagnostic cost would be over $600. I said no thanks and returned to pick up my car. They were nice enough to only charge me half of the diagnostic fee, and I understand labor needed to be paid for, but they really didn’t diagnose anything at all. On my way home, I found a way to reset the locks in the infotainment system which completely fixed the keyless entry problems. Therefore no diagnosis was necessary, and this is something the service dept could easily have done. Once I figured this out, I was very disappointed in the service I received at Morries Mazda, and I feel like it was a waste of my time and money. They have great service, but not very knowledgeable for being a dealership.

I choose Morrie’s Minnetonka because they know what they are doing. I’ve been with Morrie’s for over 20 years and I’ve never had to return for incomplete or bad service; they work with my schedule and make sure I know and understand exactly what is happening. Any work not scheduled is discussed prior to continuing, along with options and the cost.

Clean and friendly with nice waiting room. Little disappointed when I purchased the tire rotation and oil change package and apparently it ran out. They didnt tell me this when I scheduled my appointment nor did they tell me when I arrived and imagine my surprise when I had a $300 bill! ( I got the wheels aligned too) They also seem to take a long time to do routine maintenance such as tire rotations and oil changes.

I have to say, I really enjoyed my visit. While I was waiting for the diagnostic, I went upstairs to peruse the cars and all of the sales staff were very friendly. The guys I worked with in Service were also friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated getting a loaner car while mine was being repaired.Now for the negative feedback. I think that charging $180 for a diagnostic when the repairs are ultimately done there is out of line. To compound that, the diagnostic found exactly what I had already told them was wrong; a bad coil pack. I normally try to do repairs myself just for the reason that I found to be the case at Morrie’s: the cost for repairs and parts is exorbitant. In this case, I was unable to find the part I need it in the aftermarket. In the future, when I know what the problem is, I will buy only the part and install it myself. The diagnostic fee and the other installation charges came to $530. That’s a heck of a lot of money considering that this was a bolt on affair; probably 45 minutes or less for an experienced a technician to do.

Very kind staff from begining to end! I came in needing an oil change and had a slew of leaks. I was set up with a loaner easy as pie and it was repaired by the following day. I even forgot my garage door opener and they quickly called me, held onto it and handed it right to me when I came back. ALSO- when I arrived they called me by name. I know my appointment was on the screen but it offered a wonderful personal touch. Very happy.

Purchased 2 cars at Morries Mazda, get all my maintenance there and twice-annual summer/winter tire switch since 2008. Always easy to schedule service at a convenient time. Routine service charges are reasonable with frequent service discount coupons from Mazda and Morries. The service staff has a very low turnover rate so Im always greeted by a familiar face. And, they always wash my car. Love the place - clean and efficient. The waiting area is bright, well-appointed, always clean and regularly updated. I look forward to waiting for my service visits because the environment is so cherry and pleasant.

Mazda called me and asked if I would be interested in scheduling a free oil change and tire rotation. Absolutely! They also mentioned that there was a recall for the mobile start that they would take care of. There were 3 options for the recall. I could receive $1,000 towards a vehicle purchase, Apple CarPlay, or a fob remote starter. I chose the fob remote starter. l I dropped off my Mazda3 (2016 with 40,000 miles) the night before.The day of my appointment Diego called me, and texted me the service video. He also let me know that they discovered that my timing cover gasket was leaking and that the CMU needed an update. Both of these items were covered by my extended warranty. They would usually cost $1200, but with my extended warranty it would only cost $200 (my deductible). They also discovered a nail in my front right tire. That was repaired for $30. My brake pads and motors needed replaced. They were repaired for $490. They also mentioned that my air filter and cabin filter needed replaced. My air filter and cabin filter needed replaced, but I told Diego that I would take care of them on my own. They would charge $32 for the air filter and $62 for the cabin filter.Diego was fantastic at answering all my questions, getting my permission to proceed with repairs for each item, and providing status updates throughout the day.From start to finish everyone I interacted with was great. Efficient and friendly all around. I highly recommend Minnetonka Mazda.

I am on my third Mazda because they really are good cars and the service staff and sales staff are top notch. Now they even have techy staff that help you set up your car/phone capabilities...which we know isnt the easiest for some...like ME! I honestly cannot believe the company sold such a bad product as Mazda mobile service. And even with the new warranty to replace this service with remote controlled key fobs we still only get one key fob.I scheduled valet service for routine maintenance as well as the warranty replacement for Mazda mobile start since we have a pandemic still occurring.I thought the valet service was a nice touch and very convenient. While the driver was courteous the car came back with the new fab not working so I had to bring the car into the shop AGAIN. Decided to bring it in in person to make sure it worked so I couldn’t have to go back again.Additionally the routine maintenance service is supposed to include a topping off of fluids and a car wash however my car returned just as dirty as it was when they picked it up.I don’t think I will ever buy another Mazda car again with the shoddy product they grossly oversold with Mazda mobile start and the continued inconsistencies I get with service quality. I feel like something goes wrong most times I bring my car into the shop.
