Took my car in to have some acid rain damage buffed out. They did manage to buff out most spots but some of the etching was too deep in to the clearcoat so they couldn’t go any further without damaging the paint. I’ll have to take it back to have the hood repainted. I will use LaMettey’s to finish the job.

I took my BMW Z4 Convertible on to LaMettry’s Minnetonka location to have some minor scratches on a quarter panel buffed out. They not only buffed out the scratches, but they detailed my car’s entire exterior. My Z4 now looks showroom new! Being a long time customer, I am again absolutely overwhelmed by Lametty’s “over-the-top” customer service. They even paid for the expense to have a taxi take me to my home after I dropped my car off at their shop!! In my humble opinion, their great customer service exceeds that of almost all industries. Have had a couple of reasons to use LaMettrys over the last year. Have had a fantastic experience both times. The first time was due to a headlight frame left on the road, which I hit with the front wheel and it prompted kicked up and ran down the side of my car, damaging it in severaly places. Lamettrys made that disappear wonderfully.The second time was from me removing some paint protection film, not understanding that done improperly and if paint was not applied correctly from the factory, it can remove the paint. Thats exactly what happened... :) Lamettrys fixed that, at a cost half of what I was expecting, then proceeded to replace the PPF at minimal cost.I fully expect to pay for good service, with Lamettrys my experience was that the good service is standard regardless of how much is paid. While I hope my next interaction with them is because of something I want to change, I will not hesitate to call on them regardless of the reason.

I used LaMettry in Minnetonka/EP for repair in October 2020 and again in July 2021. Unfortunately I have broken BOTH of my side mirrors! Both times the quote was right on, the customer service was impressive, the work was well done and timely, AND as a courtesy they buffed out the scratches my kayaks made when the fell (breaking the mirrors) AND they brought my car to my work place totally cleaned and washed (like it was brand new)! I am saving this contact to my phone. I feel fortunate to have found them. Aaron was my rep both times and he was great!

Brought my Volvo in after some storm damage. They did a GREAT job fixing everything and it looks brand-new. They covered a loaner vehicle for several days after I found out my insurance agent had for some reason dropped my rental coverage. And to top it off when I picked my car up, they had even cleaned the interior. Great experience!

Back in September I was involved in a minor head on collision with another vehicle as they turned left out of a driveway into oncoming traffic. As you can imagine dealing with the insurance and everything that goes into it can be a tiresome and very frustrating process. Even when the other guys insurance took full responsibility/fault for the accident. Im mentioning this because not only did Mike Ballou provide excellent service during the entire process. He even fought the insurance company for me to ensure I got all original parts on my vehicle as AllState tried to sneak in after market parts on all of their assessments. Needless to say after all was said and done they fixed my car 100%, professionally detailed it and ensured I had a loaner car through my car dealership. I cant say this enough, but I highly recommend getting any body work and/or car services done at LaMettrys. They treat you amazingly and are so professional to work with! Ask for Mike Ballou! LaMettrys in Mtka made the process super easy. I had a limited time to be without a car so they worked with me to find the parts I needed and got them installed quickly. The car turned out great!!

Went to the Minnetonka location because I had to replace a bumper; they dealt directly with the other person’s insurance on the estimate and payment. The work was on time and done really well. They went above and beyond by checking the tire pressure and returning my vehicle cleaner than it was when I brought it in. Would absolutely recommend!

After a minor disagreement with an 84 year old lady in a parking lot, my Lexus RC Coupe was left in a really bad way. While traveling, a flying bumper from someone else’s car hit my car and broke my fog light right off and did a lot of damage to the front bumper. I was recommended by BMW Minnetonka and so glad they referred me to the best in the business!Even with their busy schedule, Mike was able to meet with me the day of and guide me through the process of making a claim through my insurance down to getting a rental while my car was in the shop. They worked with the insurance company and took care of everything. The shop was able to take my car in the next day and Mike kept me updated through the entire process. From the front desk to the representatives of the shop everyone was very professional. I was a late to pick up my car and they even waited to close office until I arrived.
