Pat and Mark are extremely helpful dudes. Super knowledgeable and always willing to help and just chat. Theres been a few times where Ive stayed after closure just having a good conversation with these dudes. I recently had an issue with the quick connect hose leaking from my fuel pump. After trying to fix it a few times it was clear it was a defective part. The problem is that this part is on back order. However, Pat got in direct contact with Husqvarna and explained the issue, so Husqvarna grabbed that part off of a bike in their warehouse and shipped it out to Crosstown! Gotta love that kind of customer service. To top it all off, Pat came to my house and picked up my bike to put the new part in. Seriously, I cant thank these guys enough. Thanks, Pat and Mark! π€
Big City Service with a small town feel. Go get some.
Great service by staff, especially Pat, the owner!
Made a visit on a winter day to look over a KTM. Employee was very helpful. What he didnt know, he looked it up. Very positive visit.
Easy dealer to deal with.
Probably the worst service ever came in and asked questions the man was very unpleasant and unprofessional it was like he didnβt want to answer any questions about the bikes or he flat out didnβt know any information about bike prices etc had to go run to look at the computer for prices than he asked me where Iβm from, really ?everyone go somewhere else like Yamaha where they treat people like an honest costumers and answer questions without an attitude, good luck during this pandemic guys. Even restaurants are closing down .
I just bought a new dual sport Husqvarna Motorcycle from Crosstown, the guys there were super helpful and knowledgeable. They knew even the slightest details and differences between the bikes that made it easy for me to pick the right bike for me. They gave me an awesome deal and I didnβt have to drive out of state to get a good price. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends!
I am very often surprised and happy by which parts they have in stock when I need them.
Called for advice on servicing my 2017 ktm super duke gt. Debating having a shop service it or do it myself and was given pressure free advice with none of the sales BS. Highly recommend.
They serviced my Yamaha Zuma scooter and were great to work with. Accommodating and skilled technicians, top-notch customer service, fair price. Highly recommend this shop!
The owner is very honest and a great guy to do business with. He sells quality merchandise and a fair price. They handle all the service for my bikes. I highly recommend them!
Good guys. Very knowledgeable. Ktm and husky bikes!
Bought a new KTM super adventure R and the guys there were super helpful and answered all of my questions and made my experience very pleasant over all. Would definitely recommend!
FANTASTIC Experience - Started with a quick note to them from their website. Received a quick response. Brought it in a day early and they got it out before they said they would. These guys have a nice showroom and a organized shop area and good selection of aftermarket parts and replacement parts. My KTM is 15 years old and they treated me as if I had just purchased a new bike from them. I highly recommend this shop and will support this shop in the future.Update - 5 Stars again & a year later.....Went in today just to size a bike and was again delighted to be there. The shop is the most accommodating shop I have ever been in. The person helping us was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful explaining the different models and differences between the North American models and the European models you may read about online.
Great service
An accommodating and friendly shop. Pat never talks down to you, just good info and products without the attitude that you get so often at bike shops. No brand bias [hed a KTM dealer] and willing to help with any brand. All the stuff Im looking for in a shop.
Great team there. Pat will always take the time to help and explain things. Even if you dont ride a ktm or husky.
Ace service from good guys. Get a bike!
Had a problem with my bike that I couldnt diagnose. They had to go back and forth with KTM to figure it out, but finally we got it handled. They were fair with pricing and did a solid job. I will definitely go back in the future.
Prompt, knowledgeable, and very helpful staff! They never once tried to up-sell us on anything or get us to buy an item or service we didnt need.
Nice bikes, nice guys and a good location. No pushy sales, and they answer every question you could possibly have.
Love this place, Pat always takes the time to answer my questions. Nice clean shop.Would Recommend.
I recently purchased a 2019 KTM from Crosstown and I was very satisfied with the buying process and their customer service was great.
Great bike shop. They took the time to help me with multiple fixes on my Honda CM400T and would let me know how to save a buck. They took the time to answer any questions I had and were very patient. If its routine maintenance, or a complete overhaul, I would trust this bike shop with anything I had.
Fantastic ....getting good service for ones motorcycle when you need it is a combination of the kindness of the service provider and the customer being an active member of the motorcycle community......they aint cars they are a motorcycles
Very clean and well organized. Associates were very freindly and helpful. Love all the motorcycles!!
Super helpful and knowledgeable staff
They plugged my 990 ADV with a super snatchy throttle into the computer, cross checked it against the KTM dealer database, going over every change that had been made, before deciding the wrong maps had been loaded and updating them with the right reflash. All for 48 bucks! no more insane surging throttle. Staff was also very helpful with all the questions I had.Update: Took the bike in to get a normal checkup; to figure out why my power outlet isnt working, and why its leaking gas. I told them the battery had died the night before. They called me back a week and a half later saying the bike was done. When I came in, they told me they werent comfortable working on the bike because the wiring isnt stock. You couldve seen that in 2 seconds of looking at the bike. the battery was completely dead because they never charged or even started the engine, so im not sure how they did the checkup? They told me the oil needed to be changed (i just changed the oil 4 days previously).Im not sure what happened, they were pretty helpful trying to get my bike started, even trying to bump start it while I was waiting, but Im pretty disappointed they didnt call me earlier or even remotely try to look at anything but the chassis of the bike, especially considering a safety issue like a gas leak.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Pat knows a lot about his and other brands. Would highly recommend this place.
Good people, good service and excellent work
Always Receive excellent service. Pat is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.
They were willing to help me find correct parts for my bike without making a purchase - very appreciated, thanks for the help
Staff is short with patience and a bit grumpy otherwise has the part I saught after for a respectable price. Hope they have coffee to chear up the gloom.
I havent done any business in the sales area, but the service/parts people have been helpful and polite the couple of times i have shopped here.
Lots of KTM off-road bikes. Prices are a bit high. Staff is friendly. Parts and service available.
I havent been to there . But I can say its very much better then here in India. I want some power part for my Ktm Duke 390. Plz contact me on my Google acc.
Superior service, theyre great.
If being treated poorly and lied to by some shady amature wannabe motorcycle people interests you.. crosstown cycle is for you!
Pat and the Crosstown Crew do a great job!
I didnt go there
They will take care of you
Always great service
