Go Moto is a very welcoming business. Also,they are incredibly quick to customer inquiries. I stored my bike here for the winter, and I am planning to do all my future maintenances and parts replacements here. Glad to have such a nice business in Minneapolis.

I’ve had emergencies on my way out of town, had friends who needed tires and other gear on the way through, and always talk to them when I need to order something. If they can, they take care of me, and if it’s something they can’t do or get, they’re up front and have suggestions for me.No babysitting, no BS, and always leave appreciative.

Awesome customer service knowledge is on point

I brought my 50cc Madass here to get a 70cc kit put on and didnt even make the ride home. Visit #2 resulted in nothing but bad communication and no progress. Sold it to a friend, he foolishly brought it here and also had no success. I highly advise you avoid this shop. Too bad too, they work on some unique stuff.

I recently bought a moped scooter here and had a fantastic experience. I received a fair price on my trade in, a fair price on my purchase, and was extremely well taken care of (including seamless towing with a trusted tower). The shop is clean and organized and Lissa and Marty are kind and professional. It was the smoothest customer experience Ive had in a long time. Lissa also is a community builder for women riders. It was great talking with her. Ill definitely be trusting them for maintenance and winter storage.

Looks good. Did not buy anything but watch out for that new Himalayan Royal Enfield bike. 1st production have weak frames and will break! Look it up on YouTube if you do not believe!! Nothing to do with this store.

Marty made me a custom throttle cable for an old Honda. It ended up being too short- probably my fault for not giving him all the specs. Brought it back in and had a longer one made. Was expecting to pay for it, but he gave it to us no charge. Go Moto is definitely an honest, integrity-driven shop, and I will absolutely be back next time I need something fixed!

Great shop, this is the place to have your two wheeled baby treated with love and affection. Marty does quality work and ensures everything is perfect before it comes back to you. Got new hoops installed and balanced on my 2003 Honda Shadow VLX 600. Went the extra mile and tightened my brake and clutch cables. Didnt even mention it but felt it right away. Cant say enough about how good it is to have a shop and people to trust working on your pride and joy. Many thanks Marty and staff.

I bought a bike last year from Go Moto and have had the best experience with Lissa and Marty. They gave me a screaming deal and have supported their product fully. Whenever I have an issue Marty always has advice and test parts to get me riding again. Winter storage a real deal, and when I wanted my bike back it was available in 24 hours.

These guys are awesome! I literally have nothing bad to say about my experience with Go Moto. I bought a Lance Cabo 50 from them last week and they made the process so smooth and easy. Their pricing was lower than the competition without even negotiating, and they were very accommodating with finding a time that worked to deliver it to my house! Lissa was extremely responsive and thorough with follow-up throughout the ordering process and Marty knows his stuff about these machines! I completely trust him for all of my future service work. Their website does not show all of their inventory, so if you are shopping for a scooter I encourage you to shoot an email to Lissa or stop in, you will not be disappointed!

Marty at Go Moto is great! Took the time to double-check the new muffler I was going to add, saved me potentially days and hundreds of $$ by carefully checking (where I hadnt) and realizing it wasnt going to work. When asked, he also gave me a reasonable offer to buy the unused muffler.Secondly, the re-jetting he did for the my bike (2012 SYM Wolf Classic) has transformed it. Night and day. Went from a surging, coughing, mess to a smooth ride, zero issues. Again, for a reasonable price and quickly.Thanks Marty, really appreciate the extra care and great work. Will be recommending your shop to everyone.

No one is more knowledgeable about scooters than owner Marty. He is also pretty much a motorcycle guru, in addition. Along with wife, Lissa, they run a relaxed business with a loyal clientele, based on fair prices and great advice. Better repair service cant be found anywhere. Want flashy decor and false assumptions from glad-handing sales associates, please head elsewhere; want great service and abundant two wheel expertise, thus insuring the most knowledgeable service within the five-state upper Midwest, head to Go Moto. If shes not too busy (given how many people come in for the best advice on motorcycles and motor scooters, she often lacks the time to give you her full attention), stop and chat with Lissa at the front desk. She, too, is knowledgeable about all things with an engine and two wheels. She is especially interested in helping women find out about the joys to be had on motor scooters (if you dont know, think of scooters as motorcycles with an automatic transmission). Scooters have the same sort of transmission as, say, a Prius, known as a CVT (Continuous Variable Transmission). Like a Prius, you keep expecting to hear and feel the gears shift, like most automatic transmissions, but it never happens. Its a little weird at first, but this reviewer has come to enjoy the continuous acceleration of his scooter. Scooters are not differentiated from motorcycles by engine size. Both can have small engines (although most scooters have engines at the small end of the spectrum, 50cc to 150cc, scooters can be acquired with 600cc or 900cc engines). I guarantee these large scooters have the zip to merge onto the freeway despite the jerk trying to block you out. My mid-size scooter (a SYM Citicom 300i), which I acquired from Go Moto at a most reasonable price, can easily maintain a freeway speed of 85 and 90 mph (or so I have been told 😉). Simply put, if you buy a scooter or have yours serviced anywhere else, you can expect an experience much worse than at Go Moto. When your life depends on just two wheels, youd be risking your life going anywhere else for scooter and motorcycle sales and service. Dont make that kind of mistake - make Go Moto your only choice for two wheeled transportation. Highly recommended!

I am in here almost everyday for something. Marty goes above and beyond to get you the right parts and save you money. He is extremely knowledgable and friendly and I have never been there and not been able to get exactly what I need. I have a chinese scooter that no other shop would sell parts for and he always has everything, new and used. Last time I was in there, I only needed a single gasket and did not need to buy a whole pack of them. He didnt tell me I needed to buy the entire gasket kit like most places would, he actually searched around in the back until he found a spare one. Saved me money. I will always come back here and I tell everybody in need of parts to come here.
