I really didnt expect to find a shop in this area with such a fantastic beer selection!Lots of IPA selections (my fave) but also many choices within the lager, stout and pils families.Prices very reasonable, and the staff definitely knows what theyre talking about.

Excellent selection of local craft beers, including crowlers. There is a pretty good sized refrigerator section and also a walk-in cooler space. There is also quite a few beer options not in coolers. Helpful and friendly staff, dont hesitate to ask them questions. They also have a loyalty program. Parking lot can get a little tight when it gets busy.

Whiskey lovers go elsewhere. Occasionally allocated bottles will hit the shelf at Elevated, but the prices are astronomical. Like well over secondary market prices. Its really hard to support local places that take part in this kind of pricing. Youre better off at Zipps or Marshall Liquors.

Very good selection, and I was super happy to find that they carry beer from Portage Brewing too! I got a few other items including some beers from Junkyard Brewing and I’m looking forward to visiting again when I need more craft beers on hand at home! Friendly service and plenty of parking available too.

For being a small-to-average-sized liquor store, Elevated in South Minneapolis has a solid selection, good prices and great customer service. I love that we can bring our dog inside - she gets excited whenever we go in and loves getting treats from the employees!

I love that that this place has the Raspberry Honey Ale I like and the nice store with a big inventory. I just wish the cashiers were friendlier. They dont speak much and almost makes me feel like Im not wanted there. Makes it less enjoyable to come in.

Made my first of what will be many trips. Great selection of beer, including singles for those who struggle with commitment. Oddly, a very little selection of fresh baked goods.

I was super disappointed when I visited this place. I had heard so many good things about it (I live in NE and never buy booze down there), but it was barely better than any other liquor store. And the people were rude. Some dude who seemed to be in charge (owner maybe?) interjected with someone who was helping me and made it very clear that berating an employee was more important than me receiving help.

The best beer store in the south metro. Period. If you can get there mid week before the post work rush, youll have your pick of some of the best beers in the region. Barrel Theory, Junkyard, Modist, etc. Also, I will always root for a store that carries Fernet Branca Menta.

Super chill place with a great selection of local booze. A HUGE beer selection, a great wine selection of good stuff that runs from the inexpensive to the show-off, and a really nice collection of good, often local liquor. A little bit of a pain to get to it but always, always worth it.

Elevated is right around the corner from my home and Im glad to have a liquor store in the hood. I was shocked to see the damage they suffered at the hands of violent teenage and 20 somethings while darkness persisted May/June 2020. May peace prevail and may Elevated come back stronger than ever.

Any time I am in town, I have to stop by here to bring home some liquid treasures! San Diego has great beer, but its not always what I want. Elevated has everything a girl could ask for from rare sours to awesome stouts. The occasional free vendor tastings are helpful too!

Sure wish they would have taken delivery order over phone as there was some glitch that I couldnt get past even though all data entered was correct and had been saved from previous orders. I was told try new browser...app..clear cookies..etc.

Every time I am in this store I am treated extremely disrespectfully by staff. I normally go their to buy menthol cigarettes. They never say hello. Never engage me in small talk when I’m checking out and they never tell me to have a good day- but the customer before or after me are treated completely different then me. As a queer, trans person of color I am fully aware that what I’m experiencing is covert racism. I really hope your business makes a conscious decision to not uphold racism and preconceived notions about who someone is, solely based on their appearance. I will no longer be purchasing anything from this store and I will let folks know that this is not a safe space.

Nice people and a really nice selection. Good choices for bitters (best selection Ive seen in stock), tonic syrups, and vermouth. A broad spectrum a quality whiskey and gin. I cant speak to the beer and wine (not my area of operation), but the staff are super helpful, so if I ever do wander that way I know Ill have good advice.

This is the best liquor store in the state. They have an amazing selection of beer. Decent sparkling wine selection as well. Staff is always friendly and helpful. And they have a membership for regulars with discounts for boozers!

Elevated is a go-to destination for beer. With a huge variety of local drafts, as well as a nicely currated assortment of unique brews, youre sure to leave with more than you planned on. The liquor and wine assortment is smaller, but still offers a good variety- again, highlighting Minnesota-made spirits. Plus, their loyalty club is a nice cherry on top, offering 5% off if you spend over... $75 in the last month? (Dont quote me on that.)

Holy selection! Are you overwhelmed by choices? Ask one of the staff but still go. Theyve had some of my new favorites and it is impossible to get bored with the choices.

Great neighborhood liquor store. A cooler full of classic favorites alongside a number of choice select craft brews. Large section for picking out individual beers as well. Pack a lot into a small footprint. Handicap parking, bike parking, ample normal parking. Only downside is that you can only access it traveling north / west on 55.

This place is Xanadu as far as beer selection goes. Its organized in their cooler from west to east coast with a solid sampling of the tastiest beers this once great nation has to offer. I say once great, because The Donald is fixing to make it great again, which by default means its current status must be less than great. The staff is dope, the layout just makes sense and they usually have some decent tunes playing. Plus their seasonal and rarity selection is topnotch.

Its the closest liquor store to my house so automatic points for that. Fortunately, their beer selection is pretty rad. Theyve got all of the classics with a very healthy dose of new releases, special releases, etc. Wish they had more aggressive sales on whiskey and they could absolutely work on rotation in the walk-in beer cooler (check those exp dates!). Cant speak to the wine selection/prices. Overall, Im satisfied every time I go in.

Awesome beer selection, I dont think Ive ever not been able to find something Im specifically looking for. Prices are consistently on the low end for most items I buy, lots of local beers are often on sale.Easy in and easy out parking situation right off of Hiawatha. You can easily pull a u-turn to get in if you are approaching from the north.They also have a monthly loyalty program that gives a %discount based on amount spent in the previous month. I believe there are 3 tiers of spending (I think it goes $50, $100, $150 for 5%, 10%, 15% off one purchase).Staff is super friendly and helpful, just as a cherry on top.

Not a bad spot with a vast selection of beer, wine, and liquor. I personally enjoy the build-a-six pack option thats available, as well as their reward program that grants you discounts. The staff are typically very warm and friendly.

Superb experience. Staff helped me and my father in law pick out the perfect build-your-own 6 pack based on our likes. The selection for the custom 6 pack was huge (4 shelves front and back dedicated). Also had a great selection of wine and liquor. Will definitely be going back next time Im around!

I was asked not to come to the store any longer after being a near daily customer for almost a year.I asked a cashier out for a drink one time (and one time only). After this, I should have been treated like any other co-worker or employee.Instead, I was given a verbal warning by the manager.2 months later, an apparent strong glance at a customer walking into the store as I was leaving which was observed by a co-manager and advocate for the employee from what I can tell, was enough for both the manager (and store owner), to tell me I violated their sexual harassment policy.I cant come back. I was really bummed. But I dont think I need them either.This represents a typical challenge for any manager in any business. To what extent is the employee more important than the customer and vice versa.I think the issue could have been handled better and that they deserve as much shame as me in the whole thing.
